Landon is a great guy. We purchased a new Sienna and a new Camry from him this year. Both transactions were flawless and Landon got us a great deal on both cars.
He always delivers and his customer service is great. We travel from Modesto to Tracy to purchase our cars from Tracy Toyota. The dealership is clean and they have a great selection of vehicles.

I had a rather poor experience here. I went because the 4.9 Rating on cars.Com and they had the best list prices for the car I wanted. I went there expecting a good experience and it turned into a 6 hour long ordeal. Within 10 minutes I was dealing with a confrontational sales man who insisted they need to run my credit for me to shop. I immediately asked to speak to the manager. This was the first shady thing. I requested a new sales man. After all I drove 2hrs there and didn't want to waste my time. So I decided on my vehicle and then came the negotiation time. They offered me 5000 under bluebook. Shady practice number 2. At this point I grab my stuff and was getting up to leave. The salesman kindly asked me to wait so I waited for one more offer which was still 3grand under blue book. I inspected the offer they had printed there was also like 5k in service contracts and extended warranties on there I didn't ask for. Shady practice number 2. They don't tell you the terms of the financing I had to confront them About it. At this point I told them I don't have time to play these games, I had already been there for 3 to 4hours, and to make a real offer or I'm leaving. I was pretty furious at this point. 3Rd offer came back with what I was expecting with one small correction they had door edge guards listed on the vehicle and they were not so I had them remove that charge. Even though this dealer ship list there vehicle prices as low on cars.Com they put dealer accessories on everything to boost the price back up. I will not be returning here and wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone.
Car shopping can be a hassle. I saw this 300c online for a good price. An almost unbelievable good price. We had an appointment in Walnut Creek so we stopped by to see the car. My husband wasn't expecting much because of the price of the car. The car was beautiful. Justin Potthoff was our salesman and he made the whole buying a car experience a good experience. Everything went very smooth. All of the staff are very friendly. The finance manager, Alberto Fletes, didn't even try to pressure us into buying add ons, no pressure! Very nice place.
This was my first time having to go to this Service department since this is my first Acura. First of all I want to let you know that Yves Vrnoga who wrote up my order was very professional and extremely helpful. My service was to pick up my key number 1. I had no idea that this takes around 90 minutes because of programming. I was so greatful that they drove me somewhere where I could wait and did some errands. even though there was a mix up and I have to return for key I highly recommend this service department. They took care of me. The only drawback is I live in Brentwood and have to return.

was very helpful in explaining, each package that was on the various Prius models. We felt he was truly outstanding. We are happy with our purchase.
We had a GREAT experience at S & R Motors. Jerry, Carlos & Tony took really good care of us. Buying a car can be a super stressful experience -- and there's lots of research to do, especially with a used car.
There was NO pressure to buy here. Everyone was helpful and friendly, willing to talk thru our concerns and questions.
The Honda Odyssey we purchased was also a great deal! Tony worked to get us the best rate with the many banks he has relationships with.

I spent a ton of time on the Cars.com app looking for the right vehicle before I called this place. When I did I worried that the price would go up. But the price actually went down a bit. They were totally transparent. Sharon Mercado was lovely in showing me around the car and the paperwork. It felt like a win win.
I loved the no hassle and great price on warranties. I would recommend CarMax to everyone.
