They were upfront and honest about the offer and didn't try to stretch my budget. I was super happy and will purchase all future cars/trucks through this dealership. They exceeded my expectations at every turn.

Came in due to transmission stalling and needing to get into work ASAP on a Monday morning. Turned out I was overdue for an oil change! Thomas stepped up immediately and made sure to get me in line for this to be done ASAP! Thomas was very proactive and showed leadership skills that any team would be proud to have! These guys are really good and get the job done. We all know the dealership service dept is in business to sell services, and follow the Acura maintenance schedule. Maintenance service prices are not cheap, but are required to keep your your Acura running for many thousands of miles. You have three options- go to a local guy and pay less while maybe not getting the exact service you need, do it your self on fluids save $$$$ but you have a mess and need time and space, or use the dealer. Charlie and team are really good- and always provide suggestions on service based on mileage and service schedules. You pay what you get - no bargains but if you have an issue Charlie and team will make it right.
I worked with Jack Daniels Porsche and their sales team to purchase a certified pre owned 911 targa. I live several states away, and buying a car unseen in person takes a lot of trust to do. I worked with Marty, and he did an amazing job describing the vehicle, and sending me additional pictures to help me make an informed purchasing decision. Marty did an exceptional job of explaining the vehicle, and how it rated in comparison to other Porsche models, as well as other similar models available elsewhere. His professionalism was exceptional, and he never pushed me into a decision to purchase, but rather educated me on if it was right for me. Overall it was an excellent experience, and I would work with Marty again.
I usually do not write reviews but felt compelled to do so after my experience with the staff of Island Mazda in Staten Island. For many years I have been leasing from Honda and had no intention of switching but after a stressful day of going from one dealership to another, I decided to stop by Island Mazda before calling it a day at the suggestion of my dad. I'm now very thankful that I did. Freddy Bosco was beyond friendly and personable. Both Freddy and the manager Mike are hilarious with big personalities. They are genuine, professional guys who made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I was given a great deal and am more than happy with the car I ended up with. Even after all the paperwork was signed and we were about to leave, Freddy got in the car with us to show us everything again and make sure no questions were left unanswered. This is my first Mazda and I couldn't be happier, not with just the car, but with the entire process. Freddy and Mike went above and beyond to assist me and they did it with honesty and integrity. I highly recommend them to everyone due to their impeccable service.
