Willowbrook Ford Kia review
We had a great experience. My wife and I went in to check a tahoe that we have look up at car guru. When I walked in into the dealership, Dave Wishart welcomed me and ask me how can he helped me. I told him I came to see a tahoe I had seen at a website and Dave immediately was able to help me and pull the tahoe around so that my wife and I could see it and test drive it. We approved of the tahoe and Dave got to work and made it possible for us to be able to drive home with a new vehicle. Thanks Dave.
2024 Kia EV9 review
Had EV9 for a week now. I have owned lots of different SUVs -5 different MDXs, a suburban, an Infiniti QX56, an XC90T8, a Navigator, an Expedition- and so far it is my favorite of all. It drives so smooth and FAST, plenty of room- but not so big it is a hassle finding room to park like a suburban can be. The interior is nice for an EV- only EV I have personally seen with nicer interior is ETRON. I do wish interior was more refined but it is nice enough. much prefer EV 9 to the Tesla in every way. The three rows are all usable. I am thrilled to be done with the MDX 18mpg with premium fuel, this car is more fun, bigger, and saving me a ton on gas. The Semi autonomous driving is very good also.

I sincerely appreciate how easy and enjoyable the purchase was. Mike Wynne ⭐ treated me with professionalism and grace, sparing me all the typical stories. The vehicle was very clean on the inside and out. For a first-time car buyer in the US, Mike provided helpful advice quickly. I'll return, naturally on my own, and with references! Cheers.. 👍🏼😊

2024 Kia EV9 review
One month into owning my EV9 and I can say I’m a happy customer, both for city use and highway road trips. The range is great, exterior design looks great, and I’ve been impressed with the technology and infotainment features. The map function is not great (I was used to the Android Automotive platform in my previous Polestar 2, which is best in class and apparently what Kia is now switching to next year) but everything else is excellent. No quality or performance issues at all - great initial build quality. Feels zippy, especially for such a large car. Plus, they have some amazing lease deals running right now, it’s an exceptional value.

2024 Kia EV9 review
Ok, good car. Lots of great reviews online. We have a GT and let me say the biggest issue is technology. Tesla has set a high bar with customers. I expect EVs to fully integrate with mobile and to require less to do more. Kia is truly bombing here. Smart Key? About as difficult to setup as can be. Second Driver? It’s like Kia didn’t know the concept existed. Interconnected Experience? Kia Connect Reps don’t have my name or address, yet the app does? Online Experience, different architect, limited features, slow. It took two hours to get me and my wife setup. I gave up on the keys.

Gay Family Auto review
a day ago New Awesome experience all around my salesperson, Brian Muñoz was amazing from first contact all the way to me driving off the lot. He had sent me videos of the car I was interested in, he walked me through the process of applying on the website to get pre approve, followed through with any concerns or questions I may have had, and he informed me of all the documents I needed to bring with me. I did not feel stressed during the process and it was a quick .

Whenever I have looked for a car Igor T has been super helpful. He really listens to what my wants and needs in a vehicle are. I didn't end up purchasing with them this time but if I'm ever looking again I will stop there first.

Tamiami Ford Inc review
I purchased a 25 Nissan Kicks from Tino Molina today. I had the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Tino was kind, professional, caring & his knowledge of the car sales industry is beyond impressive. James also made the final financing part literally a breeze, so I thank you! I am truly blessed to have met Tino & become part of the Tamiami Ford family. Thank you Tino from the bottom of my heart!

Landon, Steven, and Trevor made buying my vehicle super simple! Landon was very helpful explaining everything and stayed in touch the whole time. The finance team was great and straight to the point with no hidden fees. They even gave me a full tank of gas at the end, which was awesome! I highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase.

Willowbrook Ford Kia review
I was looking for a specific 2027 Kia Carnival Hybrid EX, and Trajce kept my preferred vehicle in mind. As soon as one came in, he contacted me right away and made the entire process quick and seamless. I had visited several dealerships, including ones in Gerald and Schaumburg, but Trajce and his dealership were the only ones who offered me an amazing price. I truly appreciate how attentive, honest, and helpful he was throughout the entire process. I’ll definitely be going back to Trajce for my second Kia as well. Thank you so much, Trajce, for making the whole experience so easy and enjoyable!

Faricy Chrysler Jeep review
We had such a great experience with Gabe at Faricy Jeep. We had already been to a few other dealerships, but none of them came close to the customer service and professionalism we received from Gabe. He really listened to what we wanted our payment to be and worked hard to make it happen. We ended up leaving that day with a new 2026 Jeep Cherokee and couldn’t be happier. Definitely ask for Gabe if you stop by!

I loved my service experience with Battleground Kia. They were attentive and professional. They had me in and out in the time they stated. They offer free car service for those who don't want to wait at the shop. They are friendly from the sales staff to the mechanics. I highly recommend them.
