Crowley KiaReviews
Crowley Kia review
I bought my first Kia here 7 years ago. I came back for a 2026 K5 GT-Line AWD for my wife, after another dealer spent three days playing games and telling me the deal I wanted was “impossible” I called Crowley. Rocco got it done in a couple hours! I did the paperwork online. Evan made sure delivery of the vehicle the next day was smooth! No stress, no lies. Other dealers need to take notes on how these guys move.

Bev Smith KiaReviews
Bev Smith Kia review
The service on my car was expensive, and I won't deny that. However, the staff did something that really stood out to me and showed they genuinely care about their customers. I have a 2024 Kia Forte GT-Line, and there was a piece of plastic hanging underneath the vehicle. I never specifically asked anyone to fix it, but someone on the team took the time to repair it and never even mentioned it to me. That kind of attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond is rare these days. Small acts like that make a big difference and show pride in their work. I truly appreciate whoever took the initiative to fix it. Thank you for the excellent customer service and for going the extra mile.

I was greeted immediately... My issue was checked right there... Car was fit into schedule... Car was out by the time they said it would be. Facility was nice and as I waited I decided to look at other vehicles and then ended up buying another one. Megan took excellent care to show me all the details and answer my questions. Excellent service on both sides of sales and service.

King Kia Of LaurelReviews
King Kia Of Laurel review
We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Nick Choi at King Kia of Laurel. Nick truly went above and beyond from beginning to end. He was professional, responsive, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Even in the evening, he made himself available to make sure everything was taken care of properly. What impressed us most was the level of personal service. Nick even brought our Hyundai all the way to our home after the purchase. That was far beyond anything we expected and says a lot about how seriously he takes customer service. Buying a car can easily be stressful, but Nick made the entire experience straightforward, pleasant, and remarkably easy. At no point did we feel pressured. Instead, we felt that he genuinely cared about making sure everything worked out well for us. This was honestly one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Nick is a real credit to King Kia of Laurel. A huge thank you, Nick, for your exceptional service, your time, and everything you did for us. We could not recommend you more highly. Five stars without hesitation.

Fred Anderson Kia of GreenvilleReviews
Fred Anderson Kia of Greenville review
Exceptional customer service is easy when everything goes according to plan. The real measure of an organization is how its people respond when things become difficult. Fred Anderson Kia of Greenville demonstrated that standard. My mother’s Chevrolet Equinox required extensive and complicated repairs over an extended period. Because she lives in South Carolina and I live in Iowa, I coordinated much of the process remotely. Chris Kirby in the Service Department provided consistent communication, professionalism, honesty, compassion, and persistence throughout the entire process. This was not a simple repair situation. Chris continued working through the issues, kept me informed, coordinated with the technicians and others involved, and treated my mother and her vehicle with genuine care. His commitment made an extremely stressful situation manageable for our family. People. Performance. Persistence. Customer Care. My family sincerely appreciates Chris Kirby and Fred Anderson Kia of Greenville for the professionalism and commitment shown to my mother throughout this experience - Mel

Bergstrom Kia of Appleton review
I leased a new Kia Seltos from Adam Wunderlich recently. I had a great experience with him. Adam was easy to work with and the dealership was fantastic. He gave me a tour when we picked up the car. He made us feel very comfortable with our choice in vehicle and dealerships. I strongly recommend working with Adam W.

Gateway Kia of WarringtonReviews
Gateway Kia of Warrington review
Kia Warrington is my new car home. I got a 2026 kia Sportage 6 months ago and I have never been happier. I worked with Kristen over the phone & she was able to help me get exactly what I wanted. She even set up the appointment to meet with Tom and he was waiting outside to greet me to finalize everything. This is the BEST place to go if you want a new car. The communication was great, all of my questions were answered and I walked away a very happy customer. I couldn’t say enough great things about Kia Warrington!

J.B.A. Kia review
I had a fantastic experience with Walter (dealer) and all the employees. The loan process was great, easy, and was very simple to follow and understand. I felt VERY comfortable with everyone there, everyone was very hospitable too. They checked to see if I was thirsty or wanted a snack. It was busy Saturday but every single person working there had a smile on their face and said hi as they walked by. I'm extremely pleased with the car I bought and walter, my dealer, made sure I was satisfied with the deal, and my trade in. I highly recommend this dealership whether you're buying a used or new car!! Thank you Walter and the entire staff.
