Came in to buy a car. Worked with Tristan and Mike.. seriously nice guys! Made the buying process enjoyable and fun! Then we left and realized hours later we left our garage door opener in our trade in. I emailed Mike to let him know I would swing by .. within minutes he replied that he had it and to drop in when I could. When I finally made it in neither Mike nor Tristan were there but another staff member knew exactly where it was etc. Talk about communication!! Great service and great guys! Oh and we love our new car!
i do not like the car buying process, but josh weaver and dennis penn actually made it pleasant. they answered all my questions from beginning to end and even after the sale. no high pressure tactics employed or misleading information given. i simply stated my needs and preferences and they went to work finding a great deal and exceeding my expectations. i was kept informed of what was happening in each step. this is my second car from them and i would buy there again.
The product specialist, Greg Jordan was so attentive and worked with me to find exactly what I wanted. I have to say out of all the Lincoln dealers in a 100 mile radius he is tops! Thank you Greg and Michael Gurley, finance manager for having everything ready when I arrived to make a seamless transaction!
This was by far the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Shon was terrific. He took his time with us but did not hover over us while we shopped. In fact, he didn't even accompany us on the test drives, allowing my wife and I to really get a feel for the vehicle. The show room even had a game room, which kept our 9 y.o. entertained while we did the paperwork. That was a blessing in itself! I will say, however, that the detail department did not do a very good job cleaning up the car before we took possession, but in the grand scheme of things, we can overlook that. Thanks to everyone at Metro Honda for a great experience!
I dreaded looking for a car and dealing with sales. I started my car search on Consumer Reports, and used their TrueCar connection to hook up with with dealerships, Union County Kia being one of them. Treaor was the first sales person who left a voicemail introducing himself and if interested, to contact him for more information about the Niro. Trevor was low pressure and fabulous to deal with. Even other Union County Kia employees congratulated me on my purchase - very friendly staff. Upon delivery, Trevor spent 45 minutes going over every feature and ensuring I was comfortable with options before I left the dealership. Very satisfied with overall experience.
First of all, didn't have any idea that I would be driving off the lot in a brand new 2019 Kia Soul. Mr. James Lawrence service was outstanding!! He went above and beyond the call of duty and I definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a great deal!! The Hendricks lot itself was stellar!!

Bar-none, this was the best experience purchasing a vehicle. I didn't even have to enter the dealership! Found the exact car I wanted on-line, contacted the dealer, worked with James on a few phone calls and took possession of the car the next day, even brought the car to me and picked up my trade. Terrific customer service, I missed initialing one of the papers, and he brought it to me the next day at my office. This is my second car purchased @ Hendrick Kia, and this was an awesome experience. Thanks James!
The sales person when out of his way to accommodate me, especially the fact that I was coming from a long distance to see a particular car. The whole experience was definitely a cut above most dealerships.

I detest the idea of having to go through the process of buying a car. However, Bob (Robert Sturgill) made my experience of car buying easier than thought possible. He is very personable, kind, attentive and kept the experience light and humorous. I appreciate that he took the time to really listened to my concerns and criteria about buying a car. I traded my 2006 Nissan Altima in for a 2015 Kia optima. Thank you to the awesome people that helped me. James is incredibly thorough, really listen to my budget needs and what I like and dislike about various vehicles Once we found my car , which I totally love (The Cadenza) and highly recommend). it was very quick to get finance,trade in and out the door in record timing. I called on a Friday and my service advisor was able to get me a Saturday service appointment! I know that’s not easy. Rhonda always comes through for me. I usually give her more notice. She makes me feel valued as a customer.
