Stanley Jordan. I went on drive time website and found a vehicle that I liked. Made an appointment with them for the next day. Went and sat down with Logan’s Fields her skills and knowledge was very valuable and she helped me to leave with the vehicle of my choice. Her service is outstanding and superb . I really appreciate her service. Thanks Ms. Loywanda Fields

Byers Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAMReviews
Byers Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
My experience with Jerome Wilson, and quite frankly the entire team at Byers was phenomenal from beginning to end. Living two hours away, there were plenty of closer options but Byers had the customer service, deals, and options that made the trip worth it in every way. Upon arrival, Jerome was ready to show me my gorgeous new vehicle! He was an excellent teacher when it came to how to use the features of my new Jeep, and patient with questions and paperwork. He confidently sent me off to financing which was equally as quick, informative, and a smooth process. Every step of the way this team had my back and made the overwhelming experience of purchasing a new vehicle as stress-free and simple as possible. I am grateful for them and recommend anyone in need of a new vehicle to check out Byers and ask for Jerome!

It was a good experience. Severely low offer for our trade in but that’s ok. The staff was friendly and communication was great prior to us coming into the dealership. Once we decided to buy the vehicle the paper work took the most part of the day, seriously, our mortgage and when we bought a new camper seemed quick by comparison. Other than not we would recommend them.

Dutchess Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM KiaReviews
Dutchess Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Kia review
I had a great experience with Dutchess Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made the process feel pressured or rushed. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without trying to upsell unnecessary extras. The inventory was solid, with a good selection of new and used vehicles, and everything I looked at was clean and well-maintained. The sales team was transparent about pricing and financing options, which made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. What stood out most was the customer service. Communication was clear, and they followed up without being pushy. Even after the purchase, they made sure everything was going smoothly and that I was satisfied with my vehicle. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Dutchess Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Kia if you’re looking for a hassle-free car buying experience with a team that treats you with respect!

2021 Kia Seltos review
We leased the car in November, 2020. My wife drove to Massachusetts several times during the next 5 months. Got great gas mileage and handled excellent. We're so happy with the car, we're buying out the lease. I'm 6'5" and have minimal problems getting in and out. I also use a rollator, and have adequate room to transport it in the rear storage area. This is our 5th Kia and have never had any major problems with the brand. Great car for the price.

KEY AUTO MALL - GMReviews
KEY AUTO MALL - GM review
We've had a great experience with Key Auto Mall GMC purchasing our new 2025 Acadia. Brian MacGee was wonderful to work with along with General Manager Theron Maring and all the other great staff. Brian especially has spent a lot of time going over all we need to know about how this car works and has several times answered more questions since we purchased the car a week ago. He helped us purchase new cargo mats and get the protective coatings on the car, inside and out. Brian has been professional, friendly, and so helpful to us. We highly recommend Brian and the Key Auto Mall GMC team and will definitely consider them for our next auto purchase.

Findlay Mazda review
This was my first time at this dealership. I contacted them online first and was connected with the salesman by the name of Jordan. He was a great communicator. And when we met in person he was extremely polite and not pushy. He had the vehicle I wanted to see already pulled up in the shade it was summer at the time here. I didn't purchase anything but we're in communication. And we'll see what happens. The dealership environment was very classy. With a adult generation of sales people. Some dealerships feel like a frat house and this was the complete opposite.

Buying a car is always stressful, but Mauer GMC made it an easy process. I feel like I got a good deal and my sales rep was so helpful in finding me the right used car. They sell other makes than GMC, I bought a Ford and they still fixed it up in their service shop before they sold it. Good experience.

I had a really great experience purchasing our telluride from the dealership. They communicated consistently but too often, they told me what was in stock accurately, and they were professional and fair during the purchase process.

CarMax East HavenReviews
CarMax East Haven review
Bought a 2015 Dodge Challenger with 5800 miles - great price compared with what the same car is going for today with 40K / 50K more miles. Process was easy. All my friends love the cards and strangers give me compliments. My only complaint was these cars go through an inspection where all problems are fixed. I bought the car in February and by the Summer when I finally turned on the A/C, it did not work. When I went to the repaair shop I was told it would cost me 41000.00 dollars as the hose was broken dehind the instrument panel. In my opinion this should have been caught by CARMAX and fixed before I picked up the car. Otherwise very happy - no problems other than that to date. CARMAX - please fix my A/C??????
