Luther Used Car Company review
We had an excellent experience working with Devin Thorpe at Luther Used Car Company. He handled our transaction and walked us through all of the paperwork to finalize the purchase of our Dodge Ram. Devin was courteous, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything while answering all of our questions. I purchased the truck with my 21-year-old son, and since this was his first time going through the car-buying process, Devin went above and beyond to make sure he fully understood every step. Thanks to Devin’s patience and clear explanations, my son will carry this knowledge with him for future car purchases. What really stood out was Devin’s passion for his job and the way he helped us through any rough spots with ease and kindness. We felt extremely comfortable the entire time and truly appreciated his professionalism. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle here again and would look forward to working with Devin in the future.

2024 Kia Seltos review
Honestly, I was skeptical about the Seltos. I initially wanted the Sorento, but happy that we decided on the Seltos. Absolutely love this SUV. It’s an amazing car for the cost and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market. Features that come with it are amazing! I have the “S” model and it is packed with some really neat and convenient features that meet all the needs.

Luther Used Car CompanyReviews
Luther Used Car Company review
We had a complex car purchase and Luther Used Car Company stood by their word that they thoroughly make sure that they are doing their best to sell decent used cars. We were excited to find a Honda CRV at this dealership. However, just a month after we purchased the car every dashboard light came on and the engine failed, which was very expensive. When we took it back to the dealership, they paid to put in a new used engine. While doing so, they also fixed other issues they found in the process. They said that they wanted to make sure we knew that they wouldn't knowingly sell us a bad car and although that unfortunately happened, they did make it right. We are very thankful that we chose to buy our used car at Luther Used Car Company and we hope to honor them with business in the future.

Recently I bought a 2021 TRX from this dealer. They made the entire process very easy, gave me an extremely fair price, and were very efficient when it came to picking up the truck and filling out paperwork. The entire process took around only 20 minutes and I was on the road. I would definitely recommend Steve and this dealership.

Great experience working with Anthony for a used Nissan Kicks. He helped us understand the features and answered technical questions.
2024 Kia Seltos review
I love my cute little Seltos! As a minivan mom of 19 years, it's been fun to switch it up. It has a sporty look yet is still practical enough to let my teenagers drive it. A couple things I wish the Seltos had that my basic minivan had (and probably available in other models): The driver side window doesn't roll up all the way without me holding onto the button the whole time. Definitely not a deal breaker, but I guess I used it in the van because I keep trying to do it in the Seltos. My biggest complaint is about SiriusXM. I know cars are starting to not even offer it, so I should be happy I still have it. My no frills, basic minivan's Sirius radio had it where you could select from three different screens. 1: The station name 2: The artist name 3: The song name. I loved being able to see a list of 6 artists per screen with 4 different screens and selecting the artist I wanted to listen to. It also let me save up to 40 of my favorite artists/songs, and whenever that artist or song played, it would let me know and I could switch stations to listen to. I used this often. The Seltos does not offer this. I can just see a list of stations playing. Of course I can see what artist and song are playing on the station I'm currently on, but it doesn't show me what's playing on the other stations. If anyone knows how to change this, let me know! I've spent quite a lot of time looking into this. This may be the end of my Sirius subscription because of this set up. Anyway, aside from the radio, I'm thoroughly enjoying my new ride and would recommend it to anyone!

We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! Thank you, Kia!!!! It was scary, and I could tell our car noticed the sudden stop before we did!! Thank-you!!

User - Friendly experience overall. Staff Was good to work with and despite being very busy we were able to get the deal done relatively quickly. Really appreciated their flexibility in letting me keep my old plates (I had just paid the tabs). I have no hesitation with working with this dealership again in the future.

Jeff Belzer's LakevilleReviews
Jeff Belzer's Lakeville review
Best sales experience ever! The entire staff at Jeff Belzer’s in Lakeville, MN were phenomenal. Our salesman, Austin Grobe, knocked it out of the park. Thoroughly walking us through the selection process, explaining features and model options, ensuring we found the vehicle fit our needs. Our experience continued as we met with Donny in accessories who is also a gem to work with. As well as Anthony in Finance. All professionals who ensured our questions were answered and purchasing needs were met. Fantastic Experience all around!

Luther Kia of BloomingtonReviews
Luther Kia of Bloomington review
My experience with Luther Kia of Bloomington (Minnesota) has been positive over several trips to the dealership. They treated me fairly and courteously. I feel they are concerned about my future needs with my 2022 Kia Soul which already has 68,000 miles on it. No major expenditures out of pocket so far with the exception of four new tires and a brake job which are ordinary. Best of all, I don't think the dealership misses anything to check. They're very thorough and bend over backwards to accommodate me, whether than means arranging a Lyft or bringing ina tech for a specific issue. The Service Writers keep me informed all along the way with progress and wait time expectations. I'm very impressed with the way they do things at Luther's Bloomington Kia!

Whenever I have looked for a car Igor T has been super helpful. He really listens to what my wants and needs in a vehicle are. I didn't end up purchasing with them this time but if I'm ever looking again I will stop there first.
