2023 Kia Seltos review
I own the 2023 Kia Seltos S. At age 23 years old, its the perfect car for me to travel around in. It gets me to and from work, and still has plenty of space for passengers and suitcases for a long weekend trip. I have the FWD option, and its a gas saver. I drive 60% city, and 40% highway, and I've so far managed to average 35 mpg, that's two more than estimated. I picked the two tone roof option which I highly recommend as it makes finding your car a breeze in the parking lot. It has the right amount of comfort, and technology for a crossover sitting at $25k. I cannot recommend this vehicle enough!

I went in with a friend to help her find a car after a terrible experience at another nearby dealership. We called ahead to see if the car was in stock and Maks was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful right off the bat. When we arrived at the dealership Maks was patient and genuinely listened to what we were looking for. It was a great experience for everyone and we were able to work out a great deal. 2023 Kia Seltos review
Just purchased in December 2022 I only have 1100 miles on it. So far I'm loving this car. I'm hopeful that this car goes the distance as I'm getting near retirement age and put very low miles on cars. We'll see about reliability a few years from now.

2024 Kia Seltos review
I love my cute little Seltos! As a minivan mom of 19 years, it's been fun to switch it up. It has a sporty look yet is still practical enough to let my teenagers drive it. A couple things I wish the Seltos had that my basic minivan had (and probably available in other models): The driver side window doesn't roll up all the way without me holding onto the button the whole time. Definitely not a deal breaker, but I guess I used it in the van because I keep trying to do it in the Seltos. My biggest complaint is about SiriusXM. I know cars are starting to not even offer it, so I should be happy I still have it. My no frills, basic minivan's Sirius radio had it where you could select from three different screens. 1: The station name 2: The artist name 3: The song name. I loved being able to see a list of 6 artists per screen with 4 different screens and selecting the artist I wanted to listen to. It also let me save up to 40 of my favorite artists/songs, and whenever that artist or song played, it would let me know and I could switch stations to listen to. I used this often. The Seltos does not offer this. I can just see a list of stations playing. Of course I can see what artist and song are playing on the station I'm currently on, but it doesn't show me what's playing on the other stations. If anyone knows how to change this, let me know! I've spent quite a lot of time looking into this. This may be the end of my Sirius subscription because of this set up. Anyway, aside from the radio, I'm thoroughly enjoying my new ride and would recommend it to anyone!

My problem was with the AI contact point at King. Stupid me, I thought Olivia King was a person, and I emailed "her" several times with requests. Before I went in, cars.com asked me to review "her" and the email included a photo of a woman, again making me think I was dealing with a human. When I went in, I asked to speak with her, and was finally told she didn't exist. But was I embarrassed and did I feel stupid! It was very deceptive. And this is not how you want a customer to feel when you're selling something. You need to make it clear up front that the email contact is an AI contact, and any salesperson will be there to help at appointment time. Other than that, it was a good experience. King even allowed the car to be driven 33 miles to my mechanic for an inspection. That's extraordinary. The car was in good shape, and we closed after returning from the inspection.
2024 Kia Seltos review
My Seltos EX is a compact suv that is stylish and has all the features I need. Comfortable and gets good gas mileage for all wheel drive. Got mine for about $27,500 so it is a great value.

2022 Kia Seltos review
I've owned this car for a little over 10 months now, and I thoroughly enjoy it. Some of the things that could use some improvement would be road noise, speakers in the back are almost inaudible, placement of the infotainment screen is kind of odd, and maybe less plastic in the interior. As far as the engine goes and transmission, transmission runs smooth and the engine could use a little more get up and go. Of course I only have the 2.0L. The ride is pretty smooth and I don't feel too many bumps like I did in my Soul.

2022 Kia Seltos review
Love the looks of the outside and inside. More room than any other smaller car I looked at buying. I am impressed with the passing speed and comfort while driving but it is scary on takeoff. This car lacks any get up and go from the start. You have to make sure you have plenty of clearance before you pull into traffic. Overall I enjoy my Seltos SX.

2021 Kia Seltos review
We leased the car in November, 2020. My wife drove to Massachusetts several times during the next 5 months. Got great gas mileage and handled excellent. We're so happy with the car, we're buying out the lease. I'm 6'5" and have minimal problems getting in and out. I also use a rollator, and have adequate room to transport it in the rear storage area. This is our 5th Kia and have never had any major problems with the brand. Great car for the price.

This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.
2024 Kia Seltos review
We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! Thank you, Kia!!!! It was scary, and I could tell our car noticed the sudden stop before we did!! Thank-you!!

I visited Hampstead Pre-owned after seeing a vehicle that I liked online. I was taken to a salesman immediately where I was seated. We spoke for a bit then he quickly arranged for me to take the car for a test. I liked it but wanted to drive another model hoping it rode a little smoother. Unfortunately it was equipped with off-road capable tires and was even worse. I decided on the first one with a trade in. It was explained to me that they go through the entire car and repair or replace everything needed during inspection. There was a bit of a surprise when I learned that the cost of all that work was partly my responsibility. I then found out that those terms are posted on their website which eliminates the confusion. Unfortunately, I found it on another website that did not display that information. I’m still very happy with the vehicle, especially knowing all the work that was done. Also, I’ve found a couple of failures which they took care of - no questions. Unusual for a used car dealer.
2023 Kia Seltos review
I had been driving a Kia Soul and loved it. I didn’t like giving it up at 150,000 miles but it was paid off and I was needing something new. My wife talked me into the Seltos. My experience shopping for and ultimately buying a new Kia EV9 from Ourisman Kia of Bethesda at the end of May 2026 was exemplary from start to finish. Kevin Flores, from the sales floor, was friendly and helpful. There was no pressure to buy, I was able to see multiple colors and variations of the EV9, and there were none of the stereotypical car sales games. I was given reasonable numbers, Kevin worked with me and the management team to make sure the lease numbers I ended up with were a good fit for the car, trade, and life circumstances, and while there was some extended waiting between accepting a deal and getting final paperwork signed, that was largely down to me opting for a walk-in visit and purchasing same day, on a busy day - and Kevin kept me up to date as things progressed, while making sure everything that could be done ahead of finance office visit was done (including car detailing and charging top-up, preliminary paperwork signing, getting personal items out of my trade, etc). When it was my turn in the finance office, Troia Collins was equally great - acknowledging the time I'd already spent at the dealership and quickly getting through the remaining process without rushing me or skipping any important info. She fully respected what they knew about how I'd be using the car and other factors, and while she was sure to offer every available benefit and explain implications, she didn't press on any of the optional extras. Finally, a note on facilities: while situated in an on-street storefront in a busy urban area -- an unusual setup for a car dealership -- the space was easily a class above any other Kia dealership I've stepped foot in, inside and out. It was comfortable and tastefully decorated, while also maintaining a friendliness and welcoming atmosphere and that oft-pretentious upscale aesthetics often mean is lacking. I love the car, and am glad I made the hour long trek to Bethesda based on the positive reviews I'd seen rather than looking at options closer to home. The inventory is great, the staff are friendly and knowledgable, and at the end of an admittedly long day, I couldn't have been happier; Highly recommend.

2023 Kia Seltos review
I owned a 2023 Kia Seltos S, color Neptune Blue. I put 72000 miles on it doing UBER. The original tires it came with lasted me 65000 miles. Nothing went wrong other than the horn went out, which Kia fixed for free. It rides SMOOTH. I had TONS of compliments from my riders. They loved the space. It was easy to take HUGE packages and bags in and out and pick up people from airports and bus stations. It's one step down from their Sportage and worth the money. I just upgraded to a 2025. Guess what I bought? Another Seltos. These are amazing vehichles that don't get enough credit. The newer models have mood lighting. They have one touch and you can open the trunk. Some have leather seats and power seats which I now have. Everyone loved the color. So yes, buy a new kia in confidence. They also have Kia Connect now and you can find your car and immobilize it IF IF IF it gets stolen. Kia will go get it for you through their connect app. They also offer to install lojack. Go for it.
