Made a trip from Ohio to purchase a used Murano that was listed in Cars.com. The vehicle had all the bells and whistles we were looking for at a fair price. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not have a panoramic sunroof but Zeigler listed it as including the sunroof. When we arrived and noticed the vehicle did not have a sunroof we decided against the purchase - it was a show-stopper for us. Zeigler quickly owned their mistake, sincerely apologized and made a commitment to lower the price and/or offer any vehicle on their lot at a discounted offer. The incorrect listing was an obvious error but we were very impressed with Zeigler's response to make the customer happy. We ended up not purchasing a vehicle but we were VERY satisfied with this dealership. P.S. - I noticed the listing was corrected the same day.
Saw a vehicle online and talked to the Manager Bill Meek on the phone. I drove over 100 miles and when I got to their dealership the car was outside, cleaned and ready to go. I drove it, fell in love with it and the best part was the buying experience. No hidden fees, no pressure to buy and the best was that I did not have to go through the entire negotiation hassle. It did not even feel like I was at a car dealership...Best Experience Ever!!!!
I have been shopping all over town for a vehicle. I went to 5 dealerships today. All of them said they couldn’t get me approved and that I needed a co-signer because i never had a car loan before, until I met Chris at McGrath Arlington KIA. He got me approved at numbers that made sense to me! I would highly recommend this dealership.
I went in on Friday to see what I might be getting into next as my lease from Napleton's was coming to an end, not expecting to get anything just yet. Until I experienced the most stellar display of customer service from their salesman, George Res. He wasn't the least bit pushy, and clearly and quickly explained 3 great options for me, not to mention his flawless and extremely thorough knowledge of the product . I chose what I thought fit me best, and then the entire sales team sprung into action. Like well trained soldiers. Removing all my belongings as neatly as possible, transferring my plates, my toll way transponder, detailing the new vehicle and having it up front and ready to roll in under half an hour, with my preset radio stations on the new vehicle. I can't thank George and his team enough. They turned a normally lengthy and tedious task, into an amazing experience that took no time. I am officially a loyal McGrath customer from here on out.
There's no dealer I would take my Terrain for service other than Harvard Chevy. They are simply the best overall service and dealer I've ever found.

Everything is good except 1 key policy. Cost of most of the duplicate key are about $200. We need to keep that in mind when we see their price. In my opinion they should give explicit discount or should get another key made for the quoted price.
I was a little put off by the fact that they were going to send me off without a copy of my multipoint inspection. When I brought it to the attention of the two service providers, they confirmed the only thing that came up was the three services (spark plugs, fuel injector, coolant flush) that they had told me about. Regardless, I wanted a copy of it for my records should anything happen or come up. Instead of asking the tech for it, the female service advisor just grabbed a blank one and marked everything 'green.' How do I know at that point that the inspection was even done? Quite frankly, this is the second dealership I've visited, and after countless issues with Kia overall, I am thankful my car is paid off and I will never get another one again.
I bought my KIA in Napleton KIA dealership but for service I go only to Schaumburg KIA - service is excellent, people working there are always nice and car gets serviced on time with no delays! I???ll be buying my next KIA there just because of the service department.
I was leasing a 2016 Kia Optima through this dealership and loved how smooth the process was with that car, I was in for an oil change and had decided to look into buying out my lease since my mileage was starting to add us. Dave Zaprev was so knowledgeable and kind through the whole process. After all my questions and concerns we went over the benefit of just buying a new car vs keeping my lease. The were able to get me a fantastic deal within my price range. I love my Kia and honestly would not go to any other dealership. The service from the salesmen, to the finance managers and even all the way back to the service advisors in outstanding. Thank you all again for your help!
let me start of by saying thank you to Chase Seufzer! This young man is very knowledgeable and the epitome of excellence in customer service. Chase went above and beyond he asked all the right questions and explained any and everything we didn't understand or had questions on. I'm in awe of this young mans excellence and drive to be the best at what he does. Not only was he a delight but other staff members assisting Mike Terlikowski (Management) and Travis (Finance) both went above and beyond as well to make sure my mother and I were comfortable and happy. The service dept. couldn't have been better. They performed the service of placing assist steps to our 2018 Enclave. The price was very competitive to other dealerships; even better! Unfortunately, the assist steps are still too high for my wife to properly enter the vehicle. (She is 4'10".) Wish something else could be done for her...
