Nick and Felix went above and beyond at the service deparment at Napleton Acura in Elmhurst. My wife had a blowout on the front tire, they replaced it with a brand new tire, washed and vacuumed the car and had me on my way within 30 mins on a Saturday afternoon.
I???ve been interested on getting myself a new family vehicle, but I???ve consistently changed my mind. Getting a new car is a big deal to me. I wasn???t planning on getting a new car when i went in Ed Napleton Acura. The minute i came in, i was greeted by a sweet young lady. I asked for Wilson, he had recently helped out a friend of mine. Wilson was very knowledgeable about all cars i was interested in. He helped me narrow them down and suggested what he thought was best. All my concerns and questions were answered. I was a little put off by the fact that they were going to send me off without a copy of my multipoint inspection. When I brought it to the attention of the two service providers, they confirmed the only thing that came up was the three services (spark plugs, fuel injector, coolant flush) that they had told me about. Regardless, I wanted a copy of it for my records should anything happen or come up. Instead of asking the tech for it, the female service advisor just grabbed a blank one and marked everything 'green.' How do I know at that point that the inspection was even done? Quite frankly, this is the second dealership I've visited, and after countless issues with Kia overall, I am thankful my car is paid off and I will never get another one again.

This dealership is absolutely wonderful. Bought a new car back in October with Mohamed as our sales person. We were there for hours because we weren???t exactly sure what we wanted, but they were all very patient with us and let us test drive many different vehicles until we were finally happy enough to settle on one. Rich Obacz was very friendly and knowledgeable of the services offered according to my maintenance plan, what services I need during my day of service, as well as, what services would need to be performed within the upcoming future, and addressed my current issue. Not only did he greet me, but also my 2 sons - 12 nd 4. He made sure I were aware of the available beverages and snacks while we waited. Our wait wasn't long at all and we were more than comfortable while waiting.
I was leasing a 2016 Kia Optima through this dealership and loved how smooth the process was with that car, I was in for an oil change and had decided to look into buying out my lease since my mileage was starting to add us. Went in for my appointment with Dave lomoso and he was so helpful! It was my first new car so I was nervous and excited but he explained everything to me and assured me when I was nervous to test drive.
