I had been looking online and saw a 2025Telluride that we were interested in. Again, curious. Well, we could not have been more pleased and appreciative of Sebastian at our time of purchase. He is a very young man, but 100% respectful, professional and knowledgeable. He honestly could not have been any better throughout the entire process. Without going into detail and at no fault of his, we had a difficult situation while there. Unlike me, he remained calm, professional and helpful. Maybe not for his demeanor, we may not have purchased. I would also like to mention Ashley on that day as well, doing whatever it took to have us satisfied. On November 25, 2023, my husband and I visited Ron Bouchard Kia with the intention of replacing his 8-year-old car with a new Kia Sorento. Being our first time at the dealership, we were uncertain about what to expect. Fortunately, we were warmly greeted by Jackie, who proved to be exceptional! She patiently walked us through the car's features, addressing all our questions with clarity and enthusiasm. Jackie presented us with various options from their inventory, and even offered to arrange swaps with other dealerships if we couldn't find our preferred car on-site. Importantly, she assisted us without exerting undue pressure to finalize the sale. After test driving the car and falling in love with it, we returned to the dealership. Jackie seamlessly guided us through the documentation process, and we proceeded to speak with the Finance Manager regarding leasing options. The deal we reached left us satisfied. Despite spending the entire afternoon at the dealership, we didn't realize we were the last customers in the store. Jackie patiently waited for us to complete the paperwork with the Finance Manager before bidding us farewell. Two days later, my husband returned to the dealership and returned home with our new car. Overall, the entire transaction was remarkably straightforward. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm reception and the ease of doing business. Without hesitation, we highly recommend Ron Bouchard and would gladly consider doing business with them again in the future.

My Sorento ended up at Wagner Kia after the engine blew on Highway 90 while returning home from a vacation up north. We were still over 200 mi. From home. The vehicle was towed there in our abscence and everything was dealt with by emails and phone call between me and my service rep. MikeRodenbaugh. I knew it would take time but asked to please just giv me good communication.he totally did. Two months later the car is almost like new. Took a while to get the parts but once they were in the repair was made within the week. mike was super communicative and reassuring and I could not be happier with the work done. Also had some other repairs done while there and the prices were very reasonable. My car drove home like a dream, all 220 miles in one shot! Everyone at the dealership was very nice and friendly and my pickup was quick and pleasant experience. Highly recommend , wish they could be my regular dealership!

2024 Kia Telluride review
Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

Loved the car until it was recalled due to engine problem. We had to stop driving our new car and leave at the dealership with no timeline as to when the engine would be replaced! We are now driving a rental car until an engine arrives from Korea and our engine is replaced. We are hoping it will happen soon.

It's been three years since I've owned this car. First of all, the design was so cool and the interior was good. I wanted to buy it as a night fall edition at the time, but there was no vehicle. I ended up buying it as an lx trim. I'm so happy with it, and I'm planning on buying the car again with the 2025 Telluride SX X-Line. This car is absolutely great.

2024 Kia Telluride review
I have the Telluride EX X-Line AWD model and I am very happy with it so far. The seats are comfortable but very firm. I hate the black rims that disappear from sight when you get more than 15' from the vehicle. Should have an option for a two tone rim that looks good from a distance. Peppy engine, nice ride, loads of features; all around it's a nice vehicle that I am quite happy with.
