Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!
This was our 3rd Honda purchase and we are so happy! Everything about our experience was great! Matt Refaie was so knowledable and took his time when I was checking out explaining everything to me so I completely understood the new features. I tell all of our friends and family to go to Weir Honda!
Stuart Boggs was very friendly, pleasant, and polite with us throughout the process. We showed up just before closing time, and he stayed with us until the end to ensure that everything worked out. I really appreciate his positive attitude and his willingness to stay late, until close to 11pm, in order to close the deal.
I chose Weir Canyon Honda for a couple of reasons. They were the only local Dealership that had the CR-V Touring in the color I wanted and they have Jim Marsh as a Service Advisor of which I dealt with at another Honda Dealer for my previous Honda for over 13 years. I worked with Salesman, John Mouroulis, who was so very nice, knowledgeable and attentive to my wants and needs. I would recommend Weir Canyon Honda to everyone!
Wow, this dealership is wonderful. My 2008 Kia Sorento was totaled. Should I also say it was still running even after.. I'm in love with Kia should I say people are sleeping on them. I went to a dealership in Perris and I understand they were doing their job but don't push me when I say no. When I wanted to see a car they couldn't find the key. I looked up the top 10 best Kia dealerships in so cal. How right it was, wow! I wasn't pressured and asked what was I looking for. Rick found the perfect car for me. He knew the cars features and programmed it to my needs. I wasn't even looking for a Sportage but he found that one that had everything. Then the team leader Rick made my deal very easy. I can't believe that the whole experience lasted less than 1.5 hours. I walked out feeling like I came up on a true deal. It's a month later and I am very pleased. I had a problem and one phone call to Rick fixed it at no cost.

I dread buying a new car because I have always hated the process. NOT with KIA!!! No one harassed us or pressured us. The individuals we dealt with, Dan and Rachel were wonderful. They patiently answered are questions and they were a real joy. They went above and beyond what we ever expected. We absolutely love our new car.

Mike and Mario were both very professional and knowledgeable in our recent purchase of our Sportage. I appreciate that we did not have to go through hours of negotiations running back and forth with "let me ask the manager", and that when we said what we were looking for we were not taken on any other rides (pun intended). We drove 90 miles to see a Sportage that was priced the same new at Citrus, as it was used in our local Kia dealer with less options and a year older. Mike pointed us to exactly what we said we were looking for. For the used Kia locally it was a game of "what price can we negotiate" and "what info can we get from you?". Oh yeah, and the "you are getting warmer and in the ball park " (with the price). Mike knew exactly how to answer our questions and provide exacting information. Gosh he has so much patience!! Mario was very mellow and not at all afraid ha! on the test drive. And was able to show us all the great features this wonderful vehicle had. Thank you to both!! You both do a super job!! We purchased above the vehicle we had originally come to look at they did such a great job!! And are super pleased with the car!!
