We let Jamie know what we needed and she got it for us. Easy as that. She knows everything about her vehicles and she had no trouble getting us the financing we wanted. We spent hours at another dealership and got no where close to the deal we got from Jamie at Demontrond! We are so pleased with our buying experience!
Chris did a great job. We walked in knowing what we wanted and he got right to it. Chris was very personable and made the buying process easy. There were not very many other customers there when we were there and the manager, Tim, came over and introduced himself. Very family friendly environment. The whole experience was great. Mike in finance finished the deal with us and we were happy when we left. We felt like we got everything that we had asked for. We were knowledgeable about our purchase and left happy that we choose Mazda of Clear Lake and got to work with Chris, Tim, & Mike!
Dealt with Charles Jackson on buying a Cadillac Escalade everything went well and my wife is happy didn't learn everything about the vehicle it was to late by the time we left but they did offer us to go back another time for them to show us

When we went to car max on gulf freeway to look for a new vehicle the salesman were very caring and helpful to find the velociraptor we wanted. Overall 4 stars. Didn't give it 5 stars only because I dropped off my car at 9:45am for a 10am apt. Had some errands to run and asked if they could wash it once oil change was complete since i was in no hurry, (remember -I was dropping it off). I got a call back about 2pm that it was ready but we were still running errands, I asked what time they closed. I was told 5pm but to be there by 4:30. We arrived at 4pm and after letting the counter person know i was there for my car they realized it hadn't been washed so they said it would be a quick 5 minute wash, I waited approximately 20 minutes! Not a big deal but my car was ready at 2pm and you waited until i arrived to go wash it??? So not really a big deal but just wished it would have been done before i arrived but in the end it was a free car wash. Gave the facilities 3 stars because major renovation is occurring but I'm sure once it's all complete it will be great. So overall 4 stars.

Upon receiving a recall notice for my Tundra I called and spoke to Casandra. She was very polite and efficient. Had me scheduled the next day and offered a courtesy ride until the work was completed. She took care of all the details and mentioned a program for tire maintenance that I was happy to use. Had me out the door very quickly. I actually purchased a new vehicle at Community because of previous service work on my old Tacoma. Highly recommend this dealership and thanks again Casandra and technicians.
Ben was polite and let me know what my service entailed upfront. I received a text after my multipoint inspection that informed me what failed during the inspection, provided a description of the service and let me know the cost. Once I selected the additional services, the link let me know how much more time was needed. Ben called when my car was being washed and ready for pick up. It was great and easy.
