Make sure to ask for Hayden Joeckel when you go in, he was absolutely AMAZING in helping me figure out the best car for me (and price) and I couldn't be happier! Best of all, he wasn't being pushy at all, and I could tell that he genuinely cared about my needs and it really showed that he put me first! He's definitely my go-to car guy now! I can honestly say, this was the first time that I've purchased a car and left feeling 110% satisfied, happy, and confident about my new vehicle! Hayden definitely goes above and beyond!

My worries were set to ease when I worked with the salesman, Michael, because he was extremely understanding. I felt he listened to my needs, gave me honest feedback and was willing to go the extra mile which I so appreciated. I can’t imagine having gone anywhere else, the customer service was superb and allowed me to drive away with a safe, affordable car that I feel great about.

Our sales rep - Adam - was great and trustworthy in our eyes. We picked up our new Sorento at night, but noticed a dent on the passenger side the next day. Adam scheduled an appointment so the blemish could be fixed. The dent was finally repaired and looks good...The bigger problem was our inconvenience. Basically, it took Crowley Kia 3-1/2 weeks to sort out the details and make the repair. We suggested they could provide us with roof crossracks for the inconvenience. We don't think $350 (I'm sure their costs were considerable less) would have broken the dealership for our trouble, but management went completely mute. $350 is nothing compared to the poor review, nevermind the fact we will not recommend Crowley to friends and family. They could use a lesson in good customer service (repeat business is always a good thing!)
The receiving personnel were outstanding!! Dan and the other man (sorry to them I am terrible with names) in receiving and their boss were always the nicest friendly people you want to deal with!! They are always there to give you straight information and will point out added information that could be better for the vehicle and that would include things that would cost you less!! The mechanic that took care of my vehicle, who worked on my vehicle in the past, was the most helpful, answered all my questions and even laughed to all my bad jokes. I had also went to their body shop to get some work done and I matched the price quoted by them with three other body shop businesses and even as a dealership which usually cost so much more, undercut my lowest bid by $200 dollars!! They did everything they said they would and everyone there treated me with utmost respect and understanding. The man in the parts ordering office in the dealership was great. Another friendly man with all the help pointing out what would be good for the car, the exact cost and always letting know when they were due in and called when as soon as they came in. Well Mr. Crowley should feel very lucky to have employees at this level. They are the best dealership I have ever dealt with and I WILL BE BACK AGAIN!
By the time I made it to Stephen Toyota; I knew exactly what I wanted, I just didn???t know from who. I had been shopping around and comparing salesmen pitches, which is truthfully exhausting. When I met with Saeid Heydari, it was different. He made the process about me and what I wanted. He didn???t try to jazz up and sell me a car or features I didn???t need- but had me lay out everything I wanted (and didn???t) and just made it happen. He was patient and fought for me, as a customer, to get what I wanted for the price I wanted. No matter how many times I sent him back to the ???big boss??? for a better price or to add or change something, Saeid did it with a laugh and smile on his face. He didn???t just sell me a car; he sold me his trust.
Went in looking for a used Tucson and ended up in a lease for less money Justin Stevenson and Bryant where amazing to work with and exceeded my expectations. These guys work hard to earn your business with no song and dance or empty promises.
Kenny was my salesperson and he worked quickly with me to get me into a car after I had a bad car accident. I had a great experience the first time I bought there and so it was natural to see what they had this time; and it was my dream car. I went up on a Monday and drove off on a Thursday. This is a very honest dealership with professional salespeople and managers. They stand by their vehicles and their prices are extremely competitive.
Steve Kozar was our sales person. No pressure . Got answers to all our questions quickly. We found a great car at a fair price . Steve is very personable and accommodating. When we picked up the car we were in and out in 30 minutes and the car was fully detailed and they had addressed any issues we raised during our test drive and inspection to our satisfaction. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience. I’d recommend you see Steve if you are looking for a quality ride.
Bought a used Hyundai Sonata Hybrid from Miguel. He was absolutely outstanding in all aspects, and would recommend him to my family and friends. I will definitely buy from him in the future, so just ask for Miguel when you go there.
Miguel H. took such great care of me when I visited Shakers Family Hyundai! He was knowledgeable, polite, efficient, friendly, and so helpful. I had a couple of issues that came up within the process, and he expertly guided me through them to a successful end......and I drove off the lot in my new (previously owned) Elantra. My experience with Miguel would definitely lead me to return to Shakers, and to refer others. Excellent service all around.
The staff was both friendly and professional, making my car buying experience very easy. My sales associate Peter was excellent at informing me about all the features in my car and answering all of my questions thoroughly. He had a great personality and was very knowledgeable about the product. He helped me pick out the perfect car and made the buying process a breeze!
The loaner car was good. The fact that the ordered 105,000 mile check was not performed and then I was lied to about it was bad.
