Everything was perfect they need a bigger waiting area and better coffee selection like Dunkin K cups I couldn't believe the number of people there at 7:45 AM don't Rember the two gentlemen that took care of me put the guy that greeted me outside was spot on and the gentleman at the service desk that checked me in was very helpful and helped me with some off the functions on my car they made it a pleasurable experience not to mention I was out off there in less than a hour with a clean Car Outstanding Thanks Carmey Carmestro
Gene H. contacted me by text while I was still researching Subaru dealerships. When I got lost in Tampa, he called and stayed on the phone with me until I got there.. This is before I had even met him. He was patient, answered all my questions,explained about the company, and never once pressured me. He was the best salesperson I've ever dealt with in my life. Next I went to see Julio A. He was amazing. He was very thorough with his explanations, and went out of his way to help me get the financing. Both Gene and Julio spent over an hour on hold to the credit bureau to make it possible for me finance the car. They both treated me like family. They introduced me to Rachel W. who will be calling me to follow up on any concerns or questions. I even met the people in the service department because they had to reprogram something so I could have a phone in the car.
I had an a appoinent for my 1st oil change with a 10am appointment and did not leave until almost 1pm. Also had a car wash which barely looked washed still had dirt all over the Rims. Also they never reset my oil life and a day later my tire pressure light came on. Makes me feel as though they didn???t really check the tire pressure as they marked down on the paper.
always treated like a VIP when I bring my car in for service. They always provide a loaner car when needed. Thank you to the service department!
