The car sales person was very zealous and eager to sell me a vehicle. This worked out well because I went there to purchase a vehicle. Our negotiated price was a good touch because I did not want to play hardball. I got a very decent price after negotiation and I got the car that I wanted. It proved to be a good job from this entire sales team.
I just bought my wonderful certified preowned Nissan Maxima from Nissan Universal City. I really enjoy my car and I want to say my "thank you" to my sale person Zury and to the sales manager Mike Saklawe. These guys were incredible! Without them this purchase would not be possible - the car was really a bit too pricy for me, but Make was able to arrange for a very comfortable payment. Zury was very helpful and professional as well, there was no high pressure, but Zury made me feel very welcome, she made sure that I would find a car that I really like, she was able to accommodate my schedule and provide for a very smooth and pleasant car purchase experience. I Had my car towed in and my regular service man was not there. However I was given a rental & told that when he comes in he would call me about the problem and that is exactly what he did. No other car dealer would do that
Fantastic car dealer, Luke was great. Price was so low I thought it could be a scam but was ecstatic when I learned how transparent they are. They did a full inspection before I submitted the final payment and took care of much more than I anticipated.
I really felt treated well and personable. It was my first time buying a car and I did not feel pressured or haggled. They left me with a full tank of gas and even reffered an auto insurance company for me and got me the quote based on what I had told them.
I walked in on the recommendation of a friend and truthfully did not expect to leave with anything but a status report. But a hamster dance, some ice cream, and a quick test drive later, Martin was able to answer my questions and work with me to drive away in a brand new Kia Soul! I'm still processing this; the fact that I have a brand new car and how Chris the financial advisor was able to work with me to finance the lease. Jesse Trujillo really knows the cars inside and out. When we went on a test drive he went over the car features. When I purchased the vehicle he went into great detail of every feature on the car. Jesse is polite, personable and does not over power you like some dealerships.
Jesse stepped in to finish my purchase when my original sales rep wasn't available, showing great teamwork. He was super friendly, informative, and efficient. He took extra time to explain all the features of my new car. The staff here works together to ensure customers get full attention.

The staff at Acura Thousand Oaks was outstanding! Aaron, Steve, Frank, Paul and Bret made walking into a dealership fun! They had the car clean and ready for viewing before we signed any paperwork! That's customer service right there! UNFORTUNATELY, Acura Financial was unable to approve us! Even with a 695 credit score and $3,000 down for a 2018 standard TLX lease! The staff went above and beyond. They greeted us at the door, explained everything in detail and made us feel like humans and not just another potential sale. I only wish we would have been able to do business with them! Nevertheless, they earned the 5 star rating I gave them! Keep up the great work guys! I truly hope we can put the car of our dreams in our driveway in the upcoming future!
Pacific Subaru treated us very nicely indeed. AND they have a caffe latte machine!!! We would have bought our Forester XT there -- if we had known it existed. It's MUCH closer to our home than where we bought it.
My wife and I wanted to take the time to write this review for those of you searching for your next car and to thank Frank and Sierra Honda for a great and hassle free experience. Cars.com was a great start, lots of great info and then it allowed us to pick dealers to continue our search. We picked a few but let me be clear, Frank at Sierra Honda was THE most honest, forthcoming and straightforward sales person we???ve ever dealt with. We went locally to see the car we wanted but the experience with Frank and Sierra Honda was so seamless we drove an hour plus away to buy it from Frank! We were greeted like family and treated like family too all the way through the process including the dreaded financial office. Franky was great, clear and concise and just like that we were done. I enjoyed researching and learning about the car we wanted to buy and even all the emails and texts with several different dealerships. But it was time consuming. Now we know! Simply put don???t waste your time, just call Frank at Sierra Honda! Thanks again Frank, Franky and team!
Sorry for the late response but I just want to say that Leo that was our sale rep was amazing to us n was very helpful on getting the car we wanted and was there the whole process. I was impressed on everything he did for us, n he should deserve a raise because he went beyond and that's a kind of worker you guys should be thankful to have. Thanx Leo for getting the car my wife wanted we love it so much and looking forward to get another one in a near future.
They were very nice and helpful and got my car done in a couple hours .I thought I wouldn't get my car done until 5pm thanks for everything!
