Two weeks ago I¿ went to buy a car and I¿ met a nice gentleman and saw 2 cars I¿ was interested and went road test both of them. Choose one I¿ like and made a deal that day with my trade in which I¿ thought I¿ I¿ got fair deal and bought my self a dream car A Maserati. They prepared it for me without any hassle and did the paperwork and pick it up. They treated me with respect and felt very comfortable. Drive it now very happy with it so far.

I???d recently purchased a new Discovery using my financial institution car buying program at Land Rover Chantilly???s certified dealer. KZ was able to address all my concerns and find my Discovery within minutes of walking in. As an active duty military member I was given the attention needed from the Financial Department by going above and beyond and completing the required paperwork in order to register the vehicle in my home state of FL saving me additional $$$. No haggling, No hesitation, No gimmicks.
Was not able to get my local Land Rover dealer to secure the Range Rover we were looking for. Opened up Autotrader and was able to locate the Rover we wanted. I sent a request to the dealership via Autotrader and quickly got a response from KZ who took over from there to get the Rover purchased and shipped from Virginia to Michigan in just a few days!! The Rover arrived via covered trailer and was exactly as described and transported with great care. Thanks KZ!!
I came to the dealership not even in the market for a car. Our car was in for service and we had a rental for a week, which I naturally fell in love with. I decided I loved it so much that I"d check out some of the other models and when I did so, Colin Unterkofler introduced me to the car I ended up buying. I not only love my new car, but I ad such an amazing experience working with Colin while purchasing it - he's friendly, down to earth, easy to chat with, and really cares about what your concerns and needs are when it comes to your vehicle so that you are sure to walk away with what you need. I never felt pressured into choosing a vehicle, and felt comfortable that I had seen all my options before making my decision. I walked away thrilled with my choice in both my vehicle and my salesman! I couldn't recommend either any more.

My Jaguar came from another dealer. This was its first service and I was concerned about servicing at a different dealer. I was delighted to find the service advisor, Joe Simoules, took time to explain the Jaguar warranty and service programs and provided advice on a few use items. Everyone there was welcoming and helpful.
The staff at Jaguar Bethesda location are the best. Randy and Jon made the entire process pain free from start to finish. I really appreciated their attentiveness to my needs and ensuring that when I walked out I was completely satisfied. Raul did an amazing job of showing me how to utilize the features inside of my F-Pace. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase and thankful for the assistance I received from the Jaguar Bethesda staff.
Just bought my Discovery Sport this week. Although the process can be stressful at some points, Alton was an amazing sales associate. John, the sales manager came in to help as well and turned out to be a gem.
Both of these guys made the overall experience pleasant and I'm happy to have bought my car through them.
But seriously, if you want great service, ask for Alton when you walk in.
Great sales experience from MO and the entire Land Rover of Alexandria staff. Mo showed my wife and I approximately 3 vehicles total and we switched one after signing the paperwork the next day for a different color. Not even a compliant. I highly recommend this dealership. Look at their leasing option if you are like me and like to change vehicles every three years its the best bet. I always tell me wife that we are only renting the vehicle.
Khalil is a terrific Land Rover/Range Rover Sales Consultant. He is professional, experienced, and has a soft/no pressure approach to the vehicle purchasing process. I strongly recommend him for a personalized buying experience. Most notably, after the sale was made, he followed through with me on several different matters. The buying process took way too long partly due to the fact that they had a relatively new financial officer, and partly to the fact that their office technology looked to be very dated.
Recall services were done. Car needed some repairs but cost was too much.
I found another place to do the repairs for $900 cheaper.
