Purchased a 2020 BMW X3 from Helen, she's a rockstar and the whole sales team was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend BMW of Bloomington!
2017 Land Rover Range Rover Sport review
Our best friend passed and I'm helping to sell his car for the family. When I took it out to take some pics, I was instantly in love. For such a big car (I'm used to my hybrid Altiima), it handles so well. Sporty and fast. It feels better than my husbands X3.

Mercedes-Benz of MiamiReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Miami review
We went to Mercedes-Benz of Miami to look for a car for our daughter. We had found a couple of pre-owned cars in their inventory and visited the dealership to view the cars. We were greeted by a receptionist who asked a salesman to help us. The salesman was knowledgeable and professional and showed us the cars in which we had interest including a test drive. We did not purchase the car on this visit. A few weeks went by and we looked at the dealership's website and found a car we were interested in and, once again, visited the dealership and worked with the same salesman. The salesman told us that the car in which we were interested was not available for sale because it had an issue that the service department couldn't fix and that the car was going to be sent to an auction. This actually bolstered our confidence in this dealership as they didn't want to sell a car they knew had a an issue they couldn't fix. While we were there to see the car Mercedes-Benz of Miami wouldn't sell, we found the perfect car for our daughter. We were able to make a deal and buy the car. Every person we worked with at the dealership was professional and nice. We strongly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Miami.

My sister purchased a vehicle last night from Karen and Sam. We had been looking for an SUV that met her wants for a few months. This was a very successful purchase! Karen and Sam made things comfortable, respectable, and we were successful in the purchase and the extended warranty purchase. It was awesome to watch them work with my sister to get her something she wanted and deserved.

Cars2Us FairfaxReviews
Cars2Us Fairfax review
I can't say enough great things about this dealership and the entire team. I recently purchased a BMW X3 M Competition from out of state, traveling from Massachusetts to Virginia, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. First off, this wasn't just any vehicle. It was a highly desirable X3 M Competition in an incredible color combination a hot car that was getting plenty of attention. Buying a vehicle like this from hundreds of miles away requires a certain level of trust, and this team earned mine from day one. They were extremely responsive, provided every photo, video, detail, and piece of information I requested, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. They accepted my deposit and agreed to hold the vehicle for approximately a week until I could make the trip down. What impressed me most was that they honored that commitment despite receiving multiple other offers on the car. As a Special Forces veteran, integrity, honor, and keeping your word are principles I take seriously. When someone gives me their word, I expect them to stand behind it. This dealership did exactly that. They could have easily entertained other offers, but instead, they stood by their commitment. That tells me everything I need to know about the character of the people I was doing business with. Their customer service went above and beyond the actual sale. They even offered to arrange an Uber to pick me up from the airport when I landed. They also offered to have the vehicle shipped directly to me in Massachusetts, which is a fantastic option for anyone purchasing from out of state who can't make the trip. And speaking of being a car guy, I know exactly what I want when I'm buying a vehicle, and I absolutely hate wasting time. I don't want to spend half a day sitting in a dealership, dealing with unnecessary back-and-forth, surprises, or games. I came with my own financing already arranged, and these guys respected my time. From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I drove away, I was there for maybe one hour total. That's how buying a car should be. Most importantly, the vehicle was exactly as described. No surprises, no disappointments, no excuses. Everything they told me about the car was accurate, and everything they promised was delivered. I've dealt with plenty of dealerships over the years, and I can tell you that this level of honesty, efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail is not something you find everywhere. They didn't just sell me an incredible vehicle. They demonstrated integrity, respected my time, and earned my trust. To me, that means more than any sales pitch ever could. Whether you're local or buying from halfway across the country, don't hesitate to do business with this team. They'll provide the information you need, help coordinate transportation, arrange shipping if necessary, and make the entire experience as seamless as possible.

Springs Automotive GroupReviews
Springs Automotive Group review
All I can say is GREAT things for this company and Andy Rosales as a salesman. I came here looking for a low mileage nice Golf. I didn’t have an appointment but Andy Rosales came out right away and came across as an acquaintance/friend rather than a salesman right off the bat, and didn’t try to push a sale on me at all. Just asked if I wanted to look and test drive some. I test drove 4 cars, and Andy was super nice about letting me test drive all the vehicles I wanted to look at. they had 3 options on site and another at another location here in the springs. I just came to test drive the first day and was planning on going home and sleeping on it. And they had no problem with that and just provided a phone number to reach out. No pushy salesman tactics you see at most auto dealers, by the salesman, manager, or financing manager. I came back the next morning to talk numbers. I did my research on the vehicle and they were very transparent with me throughout the whole process. Like any dealership, negotiation skills are helpful, but I truly believe based off my experience that this dealership is truly not out to scam you. I got the EXACT car I wanted, for a veryyy competitive price. I am 100% coming back here as far as I’m concerned.

What a wonderful experience. The transaction itself was completely flawless. STAN handled it perfectly in every way. The most impressive thing about STAN was the way handled uncontrollable things that would pop-up. Another key was how he insisted that I do a pre-purchase inspection with any mechanic to insure I was comfortable with my purchase. I did and was very satisfied with that whole process as well. When I went back to talk to Stan about some general maintenance advice, he was really helpful, and friendly, even though the dealership was really busy at the time. He didn't just overlook me, because our deal was closed. We are looking to purchase two more vehicles within the next few months, and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Honest, great pricing, and extremely helpful. What else can you ask for?

Frank was cordial, professional, and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns, and answered my questions. He advised me to continue my search until I find what makes me happy and not to settle for a car that is somewhat close to what I’m looking for. He is honest.
