Love the classic box, utilitarian look of this vehicle. Too bad they retired this model and replaced it with a Ford Explorer look-a-like! Test drove this vehicle in off road mode and it handled really well. Such a stable vehicle. Now just gotta find a model in the right color with heavy duty package!

I traded an Audi RS5 for a Range Rover Supercharged Sport Dynamic and while it is not a sports car it is a really fun vehicle to drive. Lots of power, especially for an SUV. While I understand they are lighter than their predessors I love the heavy feel of the car. I especially love the styling, mine is black on black with dark grey wheels and red brake calipers.
We have traveled all over the US to purchase vehicles. In many cases we would arrive to find the vehicle descriptions were not accurate. This time we were pleasantly surprised to find 100% accurate on the description. Nice family business, easy to work with. Bobby sold us the car and Meta did the paperwork. I have to say this was also a pleasant experience. The paperwork was done in no time at all. We purchased a 2005 Mercedes E Class, drove it home to North Carolina and enjoyed every minute of the drive. Honesty and ease of purchase are their strong points.

Made the mistake of buying two . 2017, 2016. Both been to dealer so many times we count. Have to wait for weeks to get them in for appointment. Only dealer in Edmonton. 2016 front wheels bearing replace, trammison valve Body replacement, two injectors replace, engine codes , water in taillights replacement two times. Still have bad transmission lag. The car making a turn it start rolling then nothing for three to five seconds like it is in neutral . It get worse in colder weather. It only has 16000 kms on it. 2017 battery replace. It was at dealer three time for the Electrical problem . Six months to diagnose the battery replacement. Roof trim coming off. The nav system died had to go in for up date. They gave me a new Jaguar for a loaner for two weeks it had electricity problems with it when I had it radio stop working😂😂. The are every costly to service . Oil change around $600.00.First year $900.00 the second they need to change brake fluid. 9000 Km on the 2017

I would highly recommend going to Hertz for a used car. The prices are great and the no haggle experience makes the process much easier. My car is only 2 years old with acceptable mileage. I had done a fair bit of shopping around for a used car, and was familiar with the marketplace. I ended up getting a car in great condition at a very good price from Hertz. Jerry made the process very quick and easy, and far more pleasant than the other options I had been considering. Hertz's fees are also quite reasonable, and were lower than the fees of other dealers I'd looked at.

Brought a used 2018 Velar S 5000 miles on it. there were a couple of issues I had with squeaks and rattles, got rid of them by raising and lowering the windows, not sure what was causing them though. also got rid of some by reclining the back seats all the way back that stop some as well. I did have the screen go dark a couple of times, but once I restarted it, they came back up. keep having an issue with the connectivity when using bluetooth and the Pandora app on my phone, usually if I connect it comes back up. there is an issue with a low vibration that I have coming from the door area, when I hit a bump at low speeds, not sure what's causing that, but will have it looked at later. so far the car has been ok, Just would like not to have the squeaks and rattles and vibrations. at this point I'm not sure, if i will be a repeat buyer, PS I also had issues with LEXUS and BMW

He was very patient and open to casual dialogue, making our interaction transformational, rather transactional. Phil, the manager, was able to secure a competitively low APR, reasonably low monthly payments and did not try to upsell warranty packages, but instead suggested the best options for me. Both of them have a great sense of humor and charming, yet modest personalities. That being said, for someone like myself who is quite the introvert, I was comfortable the entire time and at no point felt the need to have my guard up. The only regret I had was wasting the past two days prior at other dealerships who were clearly out for their own best interests. Hertz Car Sales in Pompano truly exemplifies customer service. I got a very well-equipped VW Passat and I'm not ashamed to admit that I sometime peek out my windows to glance at it. Thank you Jerry and Phil for making it happen :)

This is the worst example of a luxury vehicle I have ever experienced. I now fear for my life as all of the screens go black randomly as I am driving. You have to pull over and restart the car and wait for everything to start back up. Takes forever to be able to manually input destination as for some reason this car does not understand basic voice commands. Nothing about the Infotainment system is intuitive. More steps than any vehicle I have ever owned to just make a simple phone call. Absolutely ridiculous. Could not take delivery after signing for the car because the voice recognition system wasn't working. Bright lights flash on their own while cars are in front of me as well as oncoming. Climate controls, wipers and radio work intermittently. Buy another vehicle as this one, although looks great can give you high blood pressure because you are waiting for it to drive you into a wall.
Sheehan Buick is first rate. In have been working with this dealership for at least twenty years. During that time I brought and/or leased Pontiac's as well as Buick Regal's. They are all professionals who are truly interested in working with the customers. Jeff is a true professional who goes out of his way the ensure the best possible service as well as working with you. Over the years that I have been dealing with the Sheehan, I love that there is no pressure. I would also like to recognize Matt who works with you on the finance side of the purchase.
