I had a 2014 Autobiography Firenz red with black and pimento interior. Absolutely loved the car, 150k and the only issue was the rear differential%. Pricy to fix but well worth it and any car with this many miles would expect similar repair. Have a 2019 supercharged with in Byron Blue metallic and tan and black interior, ordered with many of the Autobiography features, not one problem with regular maintenance. Will definitely purchase an EV version next. Absolutely the best car series I have owned, previous Mercedes, BMW and Jaguar. Not easy on the pocketbook, but if you don’t mind the extra expense, well worth every penny!

Found a specific SUV I wanted and found it at Auto World. Sent in a inquiry if it was still available. Mike called back and we discussed the truck. Made plans to come and review it. A few phone calls later I made the 300 mile drive with my trade. Came through a couple of snow storms RT 90 and 81. Met Mike and Bill and within a 1/2 hour had the deal done a paperwork going. Gassed up and headed to the Great White North. Again RT81 was it nice, 7 hours later I was back in Western NY. Experience was great, fair negotiations. The entire staff was very helpful. This vehicle exceeded our expectations. It has more bells and whistles than you can imagine. We constantly find new features and refer to the owners manual often. You definitely need a pre-flight check with the dealer to understand all you are gaining with this vehicle. Safety and convenience are top notch. We love how the side mirrors position down, when backing up and return to normal on their own. The parking and blind spot monitoring systems are a plus. This car rides like a dream on long trips. We used to feel worn out after a long day on the road, not with this Rover, you actually enjoy the drive and your time on the road. Thanks to it's air suspension, you will find it comfortable to both enter and exit this SUV. Wish we would have bought one of these years ago.

They are very professional and there is none of the upsell I have experienced at other local dealerships. As an example I recently had my vehicle in for a check-up of the suspension following some unusual behaviour, and they were completely transparent in that they found nothing wrong, and they didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee, enabling me to keep enjoying my vehicle safely and reliably.

So far I am highly impressed with this 2020 Range Rover Sport HSE P525. I have owned 48 different vehicles over the last 37 years with 95% of those being American brands. This is my first European auto. I have heard about the lack of reliability with the Land Rover brand over the years so this kept me from trying one. I have only driven this one for about 5,000 miles so far, but not one single issue. The interior quality (fit, finish, etc) is amazing. The gas mileage is a lot better than I expected from a supercharged V8, most of the other supercharged V8's I have owned had terrible fuel mileage like 15-16 MPG, I typically get 21-23 MPG in this Range Rover Sport. The vehicle ride, handling, and power delivery characteristics are great as well. We are planning some vacation trips soon and will be traveling in the Range Rover due to all of the comfort and luxury features. If this pleasurable ownership experience continues I am thinking about purchasing another Land Rover model for my wife in the very near future.

I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. I finally went against the negative reviews I had read over and over again about staying away from the RR. I wish I never read the reviews and would have bought this suv a long time ago instead of buying SUV’s I really didn’t want. This is beyond any car I have ever owned or driven. Have had them all! This tops the charts. Will never go back ! I waisted time and money wanting this RRS and kept staying away because of what I read. Pays to go with your gut and I finally did and it is the best choice I made. It is good to be cautious but I hope this helps others on making a decision or going through what I did. Suggest when buying one if going used , to get a certified. I know how costly an import can be to repair since I have had many. Hard to find them with one but worth it when you do so you can feel at ease. Just a fabulous gorgeous vehicle. Highly recommend!!

The car is surprisingly durable. I did more than 18000 miles per year. Did long drives, cross country cruises. Compared to Toyota, Honda, Lexus, Suzuki, I have owned in the past this is a powerful machine. Its beautiful and you can never stop driving. You will simply love it. Now at 63000 miles in 3.5 years and still loving every moment of it.
