I bought a Honda CRV from Paradise motorsports. The vihecle I bought was worth of the money spent. I have also visited the dealership for maintainance and services twice within a month where the disappointment of my buying experience come out into light. The car, which was said to have been inspected in TOYOTA greens, appears to be not properly inspected except the mere oil change it underwent. Within three weeks the car's AC system declined and the dealership asked me to pay 300 more to repair it. Another time, I took the vehicle for a serious maintainance and returned back my car with more new damages that didn't exist. They must have unskilled mechanic who barely work there to disgrace the work of the auto market. Having enough trouble with the dealership, I further researched on the marketing philosophy of the company and what comes out as the result is shocking. The auto dealer, just send all vehicles to TOYOTA greens for oil change. With that they get the certificate of inspection, which literally doesn't tell the whole story. With this in mind I suggest buyers to make the vehicles checked by professional experts.

I was searching for a pre-owned Jeep Wrangler and I did some searching on Auto Trader and happen to see a Jeep at Strong Auto that perked my interest. I received a text message from Big Al and he invited me out to take a test drive with him. I asked Al if he had any other jeeps on site and if he would send me pictures. With in a few minutes he sent a handful of pictures and one being the jeep that I ended up purchasing. Al was extremely personable and friendly. He join my girlfriend and mine test drive. He had a route already laid out so I could test the suspension and speed of the vehicle. He was honest as the day was long. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I will definitely be shopping here again for any future vehicles.
Great Experience by far. Kris-Finance Director helped my son get a 3% less interest rate on a car loan than the original loan we were going to use. Alex-Salesman listened to our wants and needs and we were in an out in no time. Strong Auto will be the place I buy my next vehicle in a few months!

Going to Gates dealerships in Richmond, KY is the ideal way to shop for a car with a Honda, Toyota, Hyundai and Nissan dealership all within a stone's throw. Monica Reed Feigel from Gates Honda was able to take me to the Toyota dealership as well as the Honda dealership and patiently worked with me over several visits until I made my decision. I settled on the 2019 Odyssey, which is an outstanding vehicle that is competitively priced, but far outweighs its competitors for fit and finish. We recently purchased a 2013 Mercedes C300 from Lexus of Lexington. Our salesman Aaron was excellent. This is the second car we have purchased from lexus in the past 3 years, both times working group with Aaron. Super nice facilities and great customer service. Paid a little more for the car then we could have feom other dealers, but the service from Aaron and his team far outweigh the difference in price. Great experience. I would recommend this dealership, and Aaron to anyone.

Came in to the dealership to look at a used rav 4 I saw on their website, first off I was blown away by the facilities of the dealership so nice and clean with complimentary cafe and a really nice gift shop. Then I was introduced to Kara who went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the most car for my dollar. Worked with Mr. Lovell in finance who got my approval and paper work completed much quicker than expected. Overall fantastic experience from start to finish!!!

I arrived Saturday afternoon after emailing about a used car. The sales person I had spoken to was busy with another client and so another showed me the car, took me for a test drive and led the discussion about the price. Once we had decided on the price - the finances were quickly settled - with the car being cleaned and filled. My wife and daughter were impressed with the child play center, free soft-drinks and snacks in a very clean facility that let me look into the workshop are that was equally as clean. Overall a very pleasant experience in a great facility
Shopped by phone about purchasing new Lexus RX 350. Live two hours away. Sales person Christian McElroy called back and said he found just what we wanted in their new car inventory. Was very impressed with his prompt return of information. Very professional and informative. Have previously owned two Lexus SUV's from another dealer. Will not go back there again. Dealership and personnel top notch at Lexus Store of Lexington. Will definitely be a return customer. Also, Grant Mazurek did an excellent job explaining features on the vehicle.
