Overall, very good car. Reliable. Requires only routine service thus far. Too much road noise. The car sits low- at times it is difficult to get into the car.

2022 Lexus ES 350 review
The ES350 Ultra Luxury model is worth the extra cost. Love the beige color, and the caramel color leather interior. The luxury styling and materials are wonderful --leather seats, steering wheel, and shifter; wood trim, extra large touch screen, super sound system. Safety features abound. Love the heads-up display. The seats are super comfortable, appreciate that they are cooled as well as heated--comfort in all seasons. The designers of this car considered every detail. This beauty runs on regular gas, no need to pay extra for premium fuel.

2019 Lexus ES 350 review
I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

2011 Lexus ES 350 review
We are a Lexus family because the cars are graceful and reliable. We will never drive anything else. We have a 2006 Rx 330 with 300,000 miles and it’s still going strong. Never a problem…just the usual-brakes, tires and oil changes, batteries. I drive a 2011 ES 350 sedan that I bought used. 2 years old. Now has 110,000 miles. Still shiny and fresh looking. So nice to have a dependable vehicle. I think my drivers side seat is a little broken down and I am not a heavy person. I use a special cushion for comfort. I realize newer cars have more bells and whistles..but what’s the point of trading a great car for a bigger cup holder? We are older. When we are ready to go down to one car we will trade them both for another Lexus!!!!! Best car on the road! My son has been a top rated auto mechanic for 26 years-not American made-and he concurs. Love our cars!

2024 Lexus ES 350 review
Excellent comfort, quiet, reliable. Gets amazing gas mileage for a 300hp V6. Can you believe 35 mpg at 75 mph. I will drive this car until one of us dies. This was the last year for this car without Engine start/stop and the 2026s are all electric.

2010 Lexus ES 350 review
Purchased 2010 ES350 with 65000 miles 4 years ago. I did my research in advance and now fully agree with the “bulletproof” qualities often used by owners who describe this vehicle. I have adhered to factory-schedule maintenance, however, not performed by a Lexus dealer. Rather, an ASE-certified shop who know Lexus/Toyotas. I now have 125k on the clock and have spent about $1,200 in non-maintenance repairs. Specifically, oxygen sensors et.al. 31 MPG highway, 25 around town. Drives like my wife’s much newer MB sedan without the anxiety of potential repair costs.

2025 Lexus ES 350 review
The excessive wind and road noise is a problem. I bought gasket material to help wind noise around the doors but the road noise is noticeably loud compared to my 2019 es350.

2018 Lexus ES 350 review
I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

Rarely take time to write social media reviews. However experience I had at the dealership this week is worth a review. I was not needing a car, but always keeping an eye out for the right deal. On Tuesday of last week I had called in the morning to ask for a sales rep I had purchased from before. What could have been a honest mistake, I was put into voicemail. Not hearing back all day, I decided to call one more time as I was ready to pull the trigger on a near identical vehicle much closer to my house. This is when I sales person "Nick B" answered the phone. He informed me it was an honest mistake that I was put to voicemail of a former sales rep and that he would be happy to help. Having held management positions, and worked for good people in my career, I have to say, the energy and hustle was top notch. I explained the situation at the competing dealership and Nick cut through all the garbage negotiation and sales tactics that the other dealer tried to use on me (not knowing my background). In a matter of 60 minutes I had 3 phone calls from Nick setting the parameters of the deal. The next morning I was greeted by a text to ask if I was coming in at lunch or dinner. The weather was terrible for a drive to Dayton, and I was so tempted to just spend a little more money and head closer to make my purchase. I could not do it. Nick's hustle deserved a visit to look at the car. I arrived around dinner time and Nick was waiting at the door to greet me. The car was pulled up and we were ready to deal. Nick was efficient in execution as he was in setting up the deal. From getting payoffs, to coordinating the shop to ready the vehicle, to working with finance and matching the trade of the other dealer. I had other sales people that you would sit in the dealer for multiple hours waiting to get through. Some of this compliment also goes to Matt S. in Finance. Copies, signatures, even took the time to get me a refund for my trade in Lexus Warranty that I was not going to use. Customer was first with both of these gentlemen, not at the expense of the Company, but to be seamless and professional. The last part of the evening came when I was signing the paperwork. Matt told me that the detail team was not able to finish my car at the late hour, but would be happy to do so over the weekend if I wanted to come back. As I was saying I just wanted the plastic off the floor and the mats in, Nick came in the office and said he already had it done while transferring my plates. Nick also did not forget another small detail I had emphasized to him at the outset. I travel a lot and have a laptop in my car. It is imperative that I have a privacy shield cover over the cargo area. To end my experience, Nick did not forget that request. Lexus no longer sells them in parts, something I noticed even with the GX back in 2020. So Nick had me drive into the garage out of the rain, helped me move my belongings to the new car, then took me up to the "lost and found". Again, not additional expense to the company, but more time for him. Nick at the late hour was going through every privacy cover with a measuring tape to get me squared away. We ended up not finding one, but how could I be disappointed with that effort. My sales person, the Sales Manager and the General manager and staff were great. However, the finance person Trevor was horrible and was only trying to put money in his pocket and treated me like a paycheck not a valued customer. What we agreed to is not what he put down on the sales sheet. Now that I look back, I should have gotten up and left. The Sales Manager & General Manger fixed things to my satisfaction, but it should have never come to that.
