I love my new (to me) Subaru Forester
August 5, 2021
By Sue Sauve from Bemidji, MN
I recently purchased a 2016 Subaru Forester from Curt Kemper and I absolutely love it! He did a great job explaining the features of the vehicle and sent me pictures. I live out of state, so I did not drive it before buying it, which can be nerve-wracking. However, Curt was always available by phone or text if I had questions and put my mind at ease. Once the car was delivered to me, I was thrilled. I love the way it handles and how comfortable it is. It has a lot of features I have not had before in other vehicles, so it was very exciting to experience a newer vehicle. I was also very please at how clean it was and the excellent condition of the car. I would definitely buy another car from him in the future. Thank you :)

2019 Lexus ES350 certified purchase
June 30, 2022
By Disappointing dealer service experience from Evansville, IN
Owns this car
I purchased my 2019 ES350 certified used from a Lexus dealer -
The good:
Ride comfort is amazing
Quietest vehicle I've ever driven
Tons of power
Reliability, so far, great
The bad:
Stereo system is sub-par for a luxury Lexus; not a deal breaker for me, but I understand why others complain
Lexus dealership service: Just took it in for first service, oil change, etc., service was bad. My wife left the car, took 2-3 hours even though I made an appointment; they never greeted her or asked to help her in any way. (Seriously, no "thank you" or anything.) I also asked to be called after car was complete, I left 2 voicemails, nothing.
Lexus service I've heard people rave about??? I didn't experience it.
