Even though we had test-driven the NX450h+ at a local dealer,Tyler's walk-through video of the car was very helpful along with his knowledge of the vehicle's history. And Product Specialist Blaine Spulak's tech lesson on setting up the car for my inaugural trip back home was excellent. The whole sales process was quick and painless. Only drawback was the low trade-in offer, but we didn't really want to drive our Acura to Iowa anyway. Thanks!

2015 Lexus GX 460 review
Very comfortable ride and seats, reliable, and great visibility. Love the Mark Levinson sound system, it is excellent! We bought it 10 months ago with 53,000 miles on it and still looks and drives like brand new. I love how whisper quiet it is, no road noise, and there is not a squeak or rattle anywhere in the vehicle. Lexus is definitely in a class of it's own. It is so easy to keep it showroom clean, which makes it still look brand new. When seeing it, no one believes it is 9yrs old.

I am impressed with this vehicle. It is comfortable and stylish. However, I wish that Lexus had a turbo option as this V8 I find to be a little sluggish.

My 2024 GMC Yukon 4WD SLT (Luxury Package w/Ultimate 22" wheels), sterling metallic, mileage 5132 and that's unheard of is an ABSOLUTE BEAUTY! The entire purchasing process was swift and seamless. We were greeted by name with smiles by everyone upon entering the dealership, making us feel very comfortable like family. The entire team (from sales consultant to finance to product and delivery specialist) all valued me as a customer, thoroughly walking me through set up/familiarization of the premium infotainment system. The Salesperson Made an Amazing Car Buying Experience We went to CarMax in Independence to look for a mid-sized SUV with relatively low mileage at a reasonable price, and we found what we were looking for. A 2022 Chevy Equinox with less than 19,000 miles, in great condition and at a price and payment terms that are acceptable and affordable. I have bought a few cars in the past and I always went to “traditional” dealerships to purchase them. This was my first experience with CarMax and I can honestly say that I was blown away by the relaxing and laid back, yes I said relaxing and laid back, car buying experience! No sales pressure, no haggling over price, just a straight up purchase with no hidden or confusing terms or agreements. Everything was laid out on the table. Plain and simple. The salesperson, Austin Hubbard, was a pleasure to work with. We were facing a very difficult personal situation that could have easily made the car buying experience extremely challenging and stressful. Austin was kind, patient and understanding throughout the entire process. From the moment he greeted us at the front door until the moment we drove away, Austin was there to provide help, guidance and even some words of encouragement. He more than once told us, “I have your back”, and his actions backed that up. Austin is a credit to the CarMax organization and they can be proud that such a fine person has chosen to be a part of their team. Thank you, Austin!
2015 Lexus GX 460 review
Purchased new in 2015. Overhauled the brakes at 72,216 miles. Replaced the battery 2 months ago at 91,501 miles (it never failed) replaced on the advice of my Toyota service tech. Nothing else but oil/filter changes (only mobil one used in the vehicle). Now has 93,887 miles on it and it is still quiet enough to have a normal conversation going down the interstate at 70MPH. Very comfortable to drive. Have considered trading for a new one, but I think I'm going to keep it and just see how far I can go with it. Yes, I'm familiar with the Law of Diminishing returns.
