Friendly, helpful people from the start. They reached out, scheduled a test drive quickly and I wound up buying the car. The experience felt mildly 'sales-y' but not nearly what I have felt in the past. They let me know my options, worked to get to the number I was comfortable with and did not try to oversell the options at the end. My only complaint is they could have been the first to point out the minor damages to the windshield but for I noticed them during the test drive but it was clearly in the Carfax report they provided. Overall a good experience.
2023 Lexus GX 460 review
I purchased a new 2023 GX460 two weeks ago, and it is a fabulous SUV. I did get two Key Fobs, so it depends on when you get the car. I traded a 2020 RX350, and believe it or not, the GX is super quiet, and more so than the RX350. I have the Premium Plus with Sport package, and it is super good looking, and I get compliments on it all the time. I do recommend the sport package, it has nice exterior upgrades . The Mark Levinson stereo is fabulous. The tried and true v8 with the 4 speed automatic trans is wonderful, smooth sailing. The MPG is really not far off from the RX350 with the v6. I'm average about two miles to the gallon different, around 16 in town , with 22 on the highway. Not bad for a heavy vehicle. While some reviews tend to knock the rear tail gate opening that opens to the side, I love it, and a big plus is that you can raise the back window ! Not many SUV's do that ! The GX460 is built in one of the best factories in Japan, the Tahara plant. The fit and finish is perfect. Everything lines up, the paint is beautiful ! This is one of the best cars I have ever owned, if not the best ! I highly recommend the GX460 !

2019 Lexus GX 460 review
Had a hybrid RH 400 for many years, needed the extra seats and love the GX 460. Can’t complain, adult really isn’t comfortable in the 3rd row for a long distance buy other than that love it. The V8 won’t be around much longer so I’m happy I got this one. Happy happy.

2017 Lexus GX 460 review
Fantastic SUV. Swiss Army Knife of SUVs. Snow, towing, hauling, groceries, and going to a nice dinner, this SUV does it all. Mine is 2017 Luxury with Driver Assist package fully loaded with tow package and captain's chairs. It is my 8th Lexus (my wife has her 3rd RX 350, my daughter has IS 250, and I have had an LS 460L ($104K car!) and two GX 350s, all loaded. All perfect and zero issues. I live in Ohio and I run Blizzak snow tires in winter. The traction is amazing. The sound system is better than in my LS and it is quieter than the LS. I hated my LS due to tiny trunk and is the only Lexus that did not suit my needs and taste, FWIW. I am 59 and retired aerospace engineer, and will drive my GX until it no longer runs, I no longer run, or there is no more gas to buy. I have been a Toyota/Lexus fanboy for 20+ years. The GX does everything that I want it to do and it does it very well. I enjoy it that much.

Basically I love it because it takes the driving, so to speak,onto itself, with many warning and, well,"idiot-proodf" features. So.You gonna merge right lane?Lexus GX460 will Beep And sound, if you are in danger of a close collision. And my god,like SEVENTEEN speakers all about. Grandkids in third seating can play, be cool/warm and play their Android/iPhone apps. VERY quiet. Beautiful. I bought it believing it were leather inside(black on black),but apparently they sole me a "leatherette" seating covers. Navigation and controls are quite useful. BUT - the multitudinous(included)options require a steady and sober acquaintance with this beautiful behemoth. After 1 month, I still am learning. That is fine with me. It can be said to be a labour of love. ONE aspect is how quiet this big bugger is. Very. And it is Ready to take off at red lights (after green).Very, er, Most powerful. Truly one is surprised at the weight of the craft, HEAVY, to be able to start at stop lights and basically never experience a jolt or"bump"in when accelerating from green lights. It encases one in a most comfortable, never too hot nor cold seating arrangement. So,with THREE grandkids Plus daughter and Son-in-law, we get on most pleasurably.And don't ask me what the kids are playing on their games in the back. AND-this sort of took me aback-the pull down interior mirror includes a 180 degree"fisheye". Thus one can keep an eye on all passengers. Nest time I may be able to afford the LX biggest and premium class. But for now, we are going to ride in this baby "starcraft"for a long time.And sound? Furgeddaboutit. 17 speakers. Symphony on wheels. Oh, I had my Beamers(5), and mi Mercedes(3). Unforgettable and a dream to own. Sorry I wasted time on Beamers and Mercedes. I'm a fan now.

2019 Lexus GX 460 review
The most reliable and comfortable SUV in the market today. Its drives very smooth and the last SUV with a normally aspirated V8 engine that is under stressed allowing it to last 200,000 plus miles. 2021 Lexus GX 460 review
This is my 4th Lexus 460 GX. It seems smaller and there no point using the 3rd row no leg room. What I don't like especially is that you can view everything in your cargo area between the Captain seats. There's no cargo or tonneau cover to hide the cargo. I bought a piece of carpet to hide what could be seen and it continues to fall down.

I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.

2016 Lexus GX 460 review
Had my 2016 gx for a year and a half now got it wit 50,000 miles 2 previous owners drove it across the country twice has a 113,000 miles now and hasnt given me one problem just regular service and maintenance. I highly recommend this vehicle. Switched to lexus from GM and its the best decision I ever made.

2019 Lexus GX 460 review
Second one I have had. Like sitting on your living room couch for comfort. So many ways to adjust the steering and seats, every driver can be comfortable. The interior is well appointed and very attractive. The barn door back gate is much easier to load cargo than a liftgate. Mirrors are a good size. very attractive vehicle, gets many appreciative looks. People assume they are much more expensive than they are due to the quality. Vehicle sits high and has the best lighting on any vehicle I have driven and I need that. I would rather spend my $$ on a Lexus than anything else out there.

Had a hybrid RH 400 for many years, needed the extra seats and love the GX 460. Can’t complain, adult really isn’t comfortable in the 3rd row for a long distance buy other than that love it. The V8 won’t be around much longer so I’m happy I got this one. Happy happy.

His sales style is low pressure and laid back. This is very uncommon in the auto industry. I came to Scottsdale at the beginning of May looking to purchase a pre-owned Audi or BMW. I threw Lexus into the mix as my daughter had worked for a Lexus dealership and told me how great the brand was. So, my wife and I went into Bell Lexus late one morning where we were introduced to our sales representative, Wally Plachcinski. Long story short, we had committed to buying a used RX350 AWD before the day was over. Wally was a great salesperson! He attentively listened to what we considered essential vs. desirable and after seeing three different cars, he presented a fourth and it was perfect for us. During the sales process, including the dreaded financial portion which Joon made painless and smooth, there was never a hint of pressure, just options with the advantages and disadvantages presented. The financial piece for us, coming in from outside the USA, was complex. However, Bell Lexus worked with us to ensure our needs were met while their interests were protected. In the end, the transaction was completed smoothly. One interesting piece was that the second key FOB was missing and this presented a challenge for Wally to sort out. But, as promised within three days, he had recovered the FOB and made arrangements for us to receive it even though he was unavailable. Great service! This was overall one of THE best experiences I've had in purchasing any of the 20+ cars I've owned. It is a great dealership to visit at any time and for any reason, well run, immaculate and with a great little waiting area supported by pleasant wait staff who are eager to please. A confirmed German-made car owner, I am now a Lexus convert. Wally's attention to detail and great service was the spark that lit the fire for that conversion. He is highly recommended!

This is a very comfortable car and is great for trips. It has a tremendous amount of room for luggage. The V8 also makes it great for driving around town.
