George was my salesman but he was more like a friend. We talked about life and family more than me purchasing a vehicle and I can truly appreciate that. He listened to what I wanted and tried hard to get the deal I wanted and the car to match. Great place to buy a car because it feels like they actually care either way buying or not.

Lexus Clear LakeReviews
Lexus Clear Lake review
I had an amazing experience with Clear Lake Lexus! My service advisor, Adam, was absolutely wonderful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were very transparent about the costs upfront, provided me with a courtesy loaner vehicle, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the communication, honesty, and overall professionalism. I felt comfortable and confident leaving my vehicle in their hands, which makes a huge difference when it comes to car service. I will definitely be bringing my car back and highly recommend Clear Lake Lexus, especially Adam! I also really appreciate that they take videos of your vehicle and show you exactly what issues they find and what repairs they recommend. Being able to review the videos and see the issues for yourself adds an extra level of transparency and helps you feel confident in the work being done. It really helped me be confident in the work being done.

2019 Lexus IS 300 review
My beloved 2010 IS 250 needed more in repairs than it was worth. I asked to be put on the list (yes, it’s come to that these days) for a new car. The wonderful salesman at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains asked if I was interested in a used car. Of course, said I. When he showed me the 2019 IS 300, I fell in love! Midnight blue with a camel interior, low mileage, and certified by Lexus. So far, so great! So many more features than my 2010. It’s a smoother ride than my IS 250; I have to get used to that , as my 250 hugged every curve. But I’m totally in love with this car!

I’ve bought two cars from auto savvy, and I have zero complaints. Customer services great. Areeb was very helpful in the whole process.
2020 Lexus IS 300 review
I owned a Lexus ES350 and went to a Ford Explorer. After about six months I realized I was not happy in the Ford and wanted a Lexus again. The car is very comfortable. I'm 6'1 and have no issues in the fit in the drivers seat. I love the design of the interior. I do miss Apple Play, but it isn't a deal breaker. However, it is technology a Lexus should have. I like the wheel better than the pad for the tech system as I think it is easier to navigate. I love the get up and go I have from the engine. It is just enough to know you are stepping on the gas while not being too much. Overall I am very pleased with this car. It is comfortable, performs well, and looks good. You can tell you are in a luxury car versus something bathed in plastic. Lexus has a customer for life here.

This is the best place in town to buy, they were upfront and honest and never mislead me about any of the additional dealer adds. I went to two other dealers that both tried to slam me with the adds. I decided to buy here because they were upfront about the cost.

2019 Lexus IS 300 review
This a great entry-luxury vehicle! Even with the 2.0L turbocharged engine, it's fairly quick and gets up to higher speeds without a problem. It's very quiet and comfortable on just about any road. The interior fit/finish is impeccable, and the exterior styling is striking (especially in Eminent White Pearl). The AC is the coldest I've ever experienced in a car so far! The card is very stable at highway speeds and above. I've been averaging 33 MPG on the highway (driving back/forth from DC/Chesapeake weekly), and around 24 in the city. We shall see how she goes from this point forward! Definitely recommended!

Geo, is the best salesperson who put faith back into dealerships and salespeople. He Kept every word promised and did an excellent job communicating, helping, and answering concerns. It was worth the 12 hr drive to do business with him. He should be promoted for going above and beyond his job. He was the last person to leave late at night and even helped move our things to the new car to complete his sale. Great salesperson and would make a great manager! The finance manager Brian was great too, helped make the buying process easy.

Land Rover Houston North review
Ms. Carla Waddell took care of all my needs. She greeted me and made sure I was getting the service I came for. Carla kept in touch with me during the service and listed items I need to consider for future care of my automobile. The quality of service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and Ms. Waddell walked me to my car after the service was completed. I am very satisfied. Mr. Robin Exum / President, CEO Texas Alcoholism Foundation, Inc.
2017 Lexus IS 300 review
2017 model - Key fob doesn't work! No remote start. Other than that, I cannot possibly be more happy with my purchase. Found an absolute steal after 70 hours of searching. If you're used to anything before 2010, this will make you feel like you purchased a spaceship. Fast enough to make you happy (unless you're only used to 400+ hp cars), reliable, handsome.

CarMax Kenner review
Nice place. This is a nice place to find a car a lot of choices and the staff was so very helpful in my car buying adventure. I usually hate having to buy a car. Almost painless.
2018 Lexus IS 300 review
Bought the car used from my current dealer and I can't say enough good things about it, mine is an IS300 f sport AWD with the 3.5 v6. Driving, the car is very comfortable, the v6 has more then enough power with the added benefit of being fuel efficient. There are 2 main flaws with the vehicle which are very minor in my opinion, 1 is front tire wear, it can be easily fixed but upgrading the lower control arm bushings, and Secondly the infotainment screen, no Apple caraway or android auto for the year, but can be easily upgraded! All in all this is the perfect mix of reliability and performance you'd expect from toyota, would recommend this car to anyone

CarMax Austin SouthReviews
CarMax Austin South review
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.
