The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I found a vehicle on the Prime Motors LLC Virginia website. It is conveniently located if you are driving from Washing D.C. or Maryland. I read the mixed reviews online and decided to come have my own experience. I'm glad I came! The night before, Saturday, I sent a text message to the company letting them know which vehicle I was interested in. The next day Richard responded to my text message. He asked when did I want to come see the vehicle and I told him in a few hours that Sunday morning. He was very accommodating. I continued to text Richard as I prepared to go to the dealership. I texted so many questions and Richard answered them all. There was nothing left but to see the vehicle. This dealership has a friendly and cozy feel to it. Richard met my son and I with a smile and we headed to the vehicle immediately. We just met and Richard was so open and honest about the vehicle. He was patient and took his time going over each aspect of the vehicle. Richard accompanied my son and I as we test drove the vehicle and he took the opportunity to share more details about the car. After this experience I was sold. I did not expect to drive home with my car the same day. I thought I would have to come back in the week to pick it up because it was Sunday and other essential staff were not there. Kevin, who handled the tags was not there. To make sure I drove home with the car the same day he was called in. He walked through the door with a smile after coming in on his day off. They really put customers first! What more can you ask for? This encounter left me feeling like I made the right decision purchasing my car from this establishment. I arrived as a stranger and left as a friend! I advise anyone not to always pay attention to reviews. I recommend this dealership to anyone. Have your own experience!

This car has everything that I’ve wanted including awd and sporty yet luxurious look. MPG not the best but wasn’t expecting it to be a four cylinder vehicle either. Overall really great car

Christian was amazing from start to finish during the process. He went above and beyond to assist me, as did Jamie. My car even had a cute bow on it when I arrived to pick it up! Def recommend.

I love the car, the F-sport is awesome as far as comfort and style. BTW, it's not just for the younger crowd, at 59 I fell in love at first sight, however, the cup holders are placed reduculously. You have to literally turn your body to get your drink etc. The bay that's in front of your Nav screen seems to be where the catch all is🙄. Nowhere else to put my phone, keys etc. Plus, depending how much stuff you start catching, good luck seeing your screen. Lexus needs to change that center area design, especially the cup holders. They are a hot mess! The seats design is the best, they just wrap around you, you feel like your in a cockpit...sort of. I love it. Overall, I have enjoyed owning this fast, sporty,sexy ride. Go get some......
