Lithia Hyundai of FresnoReviews
Lithia Hyundai of Fresno review
This is an updated review from the original I posted a couple of weeks ago. I'm very happy to say that it's a positive improvement. The response from the dealership led to a resolution we are extremely satisfied with. We felt heard, and, once we were in contact with the right people, they were nothing but professional when addressing the situation. We will return to this dealership for future Hyundai needs. The 4/5 stars is simply due to the fact that things weren't seamless from the get go. But, they have a 5 star rating from us when it comes to the General Managers view on customer service. Our original issue had to do with the availability of the right trim of the vehicle being available after we had driven from out of town. We did end up buying a car from this dealership once the correct one was available. This is 100% due to their approach to customer service. Top notch.

Jaguar Land Rover White Plains review
I purchased a new vehicle from Jaguar Land Rover White Plains, sight unseen, to be shipped to Florida. I want to thank their team for making this transaction as seamless as possible. The end result - a beautiful new Jaguar showing up at my home - was expertly facilitated by Cesare De Novellis, my New Car Sales point of contact. Thank You Cesare!

Van Chevrolet review
As always, my experience at Van GMC was absolutely outstanding. From the time I stepped on the property everyone was helpful and pleasant. Mike Nations took the time to help us find the vehicle we were looking for and then helped us set up the MyGMC app and all the other apps and electronics. The sale process was quick and easy. All of this is why I wouldn't go anywhere other than Van GMC. Matt Ceretta sure has a great staff and operation. Thanks, we will be back!!!!

Florida Fine Cars Miami review
I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Jesse Marrero at Florida Fine Cars! From the moment I arrived, Jesse was professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right vehicle. He never made me feel pressured or rushed, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I understood everything throughout the process. Jesse went above and beyond to make what can sometimes be a stressful car-buying experience feel easy and enjoyable. His customer service was exceptional, and I truly felt like he cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. If you’re looking for a salesman who is honest, helpful, knowledgeable, and truly puts his customers first, I highly recommend Jesse Marrero! He definitely deserves 5 stars, and I would absolutely work with him again. 🚗⭐️

Unique Auto MallReviews
Unique Auto Mall review
Been driving the same Silverado since 2013 and it finally started nickel and diming me. Spent about a month hunting for a replacement. Went to two lots in Old Bridge, one near Woodbridge, and honestly by the third one I was ready to just keep fixing the old truck. Then I ended up at Unique Auto Mall on a Thursday afternoon. What got me was that the guy working with me actually knew the truck. Asked what I haul, how often, whether I tow. Pointed out a 2022 F-150 that wasnt even what I came to look at and it turned out to be the right call. Bed was clean, no rust underneath, and he pulled it up on the lift for me without me having to beg. Trade in number was lower than I hoped at first but we went back and forth a couple times and landed somewhere I could live with. Financing took longer than I wanted, sat around for close to an hour waiting on paperwork, but the coffee was free and I had my phone. Been about five months. Truck's been perfect. No complaints from me.

Capitol Nissan-INFINITI review
The experience here at Capitol Nissan was amazing I recommend Ruby Alcantar she was super helpful in our trip here since the very beginning! She offered for us to view and test drive every car we were interested in helping us answer any questions we had or any concerns. Eric Lam was super helpful in our pricing and helping us fit in our budget I would strongly suggest having them help you to have the best experience here.

The LS500h is a dream car. We are enjoying the advanced technological features that make driving the car a safe driving experience. The attention to detail internally and externally is magnificent. Our LS500h is AWD and the handling is superb. Needless to say, the LS500h is an excellent vehicle if one is looking for performance, advanced technological features and luxury in a single package.

Park Place Lexus Plano review
When I saw Nicholas Hughes working with a lady on an RX 350h, I watched, listened, and I was impressed. He was respectful, courteous and kind. I talked to the lady when Nicholas walked outside to bring the car for a test drive. She said she loved him, he was great, etc, etc. When he came back in, I introduced myself and told him I would wait for him. It was worth the wait. He gave me a fair price on the car, got me more money on my trade-in, and the deal went smoothly. I would recommend Nicholas Hughes to everyone. If he is busy, WAIT. It will be worth the wait.

The Car Broz review
Ethan and Mike were able to accommodate all of our needs today. Our growing family was in need of a 3rd row seating vehicle with cargo space beyond. Their finance team was able to get us a low monthly payment with an added warranty. I would definitely recommend them!
2018 Lexus LS 500h review
The aggressive, sporty style of this Lexus is outstanding. The navigation system is first class, pulling down current maps from the satellite. The ride is smooth and also can be changed depending on road conditions, for example, Sport and Sport+ for holding the road on tight curves. Comfort for cursing along on the interstate freeways.

Very professional and helpful. Also, the salesperson was very helpful and accommodating. I'm happy to recommend!
2018 Lexus LS 500h review
The 2018 LS500h RWD was on the dealer's lot for nearly 18 months. No one seemed to want it. But I (we) did! We haggled, beat up the sales people, they beat us up, and in the end my wife won. In late 2019, we traded a 2018 RX450h, less than a year old, and bought the luxury version LS w/dynamic suspension, massaging seats, etc) for less than half the asking price out-the-door with extended warranty and service packages (b/c of lot depreciation(!)) and my wife's insistence that everything be a fixed price. They had to reverse engineer the paperwork to suit. So, this car now has nearly 20K miles on it, and the last time on the highway from my sister's to our home (~210 miles) WI to IL, the LS500h averaged 36.3mpg! That is crazy for 75mph + on the freeways and snaking around streets here in a ~4800 lb. vehicle. Around the area in Will and DuPage counties, this LS averages about 29mpg in the summer and 25mpg in the winter. And it is comfortable as a feather to drive. Yes, the automatic shifting could be smoother, but we found that in the "normal" mode and Sport mode especially the shifting was just fine (and quick - I can lay rubber with it). Tire wear is a bit noticeable as this point, b/c this is a heavy vehicle. But I have never driven any more comfortable auto in my 73 years on the planet. Lexus did a very nice job with the hybrid version of the LS in 2018.
