He was knowledgeable about the vehicle - as a "car guy," offered his candid opinions about other makes as well. He was friendly yet professional in demeanor and answered all of our questions (including those posed by our 11yo son who came along for the test drive). And he didn't pressure us even a little bit. In fact, he made it quite obvious that he saw his role as that of trying to help us, not necessarily sell us a car. Once we decided to buy, he made the process fun too -- something to celebrate. Runs great, ride is a little harsh/choppy on rough street surfaces. Good acceleration, and not great mileage on my type of trips (22) mpg of premium fuel. Good handling and hold on curves. If had it to do over again would have purchased a hybrid version.
