Stevens Creek BMWReviews
Stevens Creek BMW review
I must start by saying that under normal circumstances, I never review and/or write regarding my experiences. Mr. Von since the get-go (phone & texts) worked as well as listened to our wants and needs. Although we didn't get the 21' sporty tires we wanted (we can purchase at some point I suppose) Ultimately, we got the SUV we wanted and perfect color the wife wanted (Brooklyn Grey). Btw - Von I may text you regarding a few suggestions with accessories! Eric C. Diaz in the Finance Dept. guided us with a swimmingly and smooth process; if there is a such thing when purchasing a luxury vehicle. With attention to detail and patience required going through a plethora of finance/numbers paperwork/signage he was passionate about walking us through with empathy and excitement. For all of this and more to come! Your superb care will not go unnoticed Eric Cahue Diaz! Happy Camper - R. Israel Medina Del Toro & Veronica Vazquez.

I had an outstanding experience while working with Mr. Eric Smith at Price LeBlanc Lexus. He helped me locate the perfect vehicle and was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the entire process. He went out of his way to try to accommodate my requests and was always pleasant in doing so. Most importantly, Mr. Eric Smith is an honest guy and a great representative of Price Leblanc Lexus. If you are shopping for a new vehicle, I suggest you give them both a chance!!

These guys are the best. I worked with Product Specialist Tom Berra, Sales Manger Kevin Stine, and Finance Manager Chris Shelton, and they were all an A+ for responsiveness, professionalism, and transparency. The car was shipped out of state and there were delivery issues unrelated to the dealership, but Tom and Kevin bent over backwards to see it through. Highly recommended!

I traded my Range Rover Sport Supercharged in I was concerned about the low profile at first of my Lexus, but that went out the window minute I sit in the cockpit. I was transformed into pilot. This car in echo mode is a commuter car in sport it's a beast in manual mode it's a monster. I have been finding reason to drive I 💘 it

Charles made our car-buying experience exceptionally smooth from start to finish. He quickly established rapport and was personable, genuine, and straightforward throughout the entire process. We came in having done our homework and knowing exactly what we wanted, and Charles listened, advocated for us, and helped ensure we got the vehicle we were looking for. He made the process efficient and stress-free while keeping us informed every step of the way. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would absolutely work with Charles again for any future vehicle needs. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and customer-focused sales associate.

Was having trouble with my battery. Took it to Autozone to be quoted a ridiculous price for a battery they couldn't install and that I needed to take it to dealership. Called Cars Unlimited who offered to come to me to help get my car to their shop. Replaced the battery within minutes and for a third of the cost of what Autozone quoted. Always friendly and helpful. Thank you Cars Unlimited!

Merlex Auto GroupReviews
Merlex Auto Group review
I had an outstanding experience at Merle’s Autogroup, and I can’t thank Big Moe and Alex enough for everything they did to help me purchase my 2021 Volkswagen Atlas. From the beginning, Big Moe took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and worked tirelessly to make it happen. He never pressured me, kept me informed throughout the process, and went above and beyond to make sure I left with the vehicle I wanted. A huge thank you as well to Alex, the Finance Manager, who made the financing process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, worked hard to secure financing that fit my budget, and made the paperwork quick and easy. Together, Big Moe and Alex made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and enjoyable. Their professionalism, honesty, and commitment to customer service really stood out. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Big Moe and Alex at Merle’s Autogroup. They’ll treat you right and work hard to make sure you drive away happy. Thanks again for helping me get into my 2021 Volkswagen Atlas!

My experience was great. The entire deal was done by email, phone and text. Lorenzo and Dale were fantastic. I am in another state and the guys made everything seamless. We made the deal, funded and Dale handled the paperwork including registration and had my new Tahoe delivered in three days.

This car is very beautiful inside and out. It is a Lexus (made by Toyota), so the car will run for a very long time without issues. We have owned many of this brand.

On Jan 12th I went in to see a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. The salesperson, Vince, was very helpful and professional. I made it known that I would be paying in full and no financing. He didn’t waste my time and not longer than 5min the Manager, Vinny, came and made me an offer that we were both happy with. Was so worried that they’d drag negotiations forever like at other dealerships. They made it quick and painless. Will definitely recommend to others.
