The Service Department did a great job during my last visit; oil change, tire rotation, and installed specialty tint to my back windows. I was updated throughout my visit and was sent additional services, cabin air filter, that needed to be replaced. I will continue to bring my vehicle here for all my services.

Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

I have driven extensively the previous generation RX and had an opportunity to drive this one in Las Vegas recently. On the positive it’s a Lexus and it will last forever nothing not even anything in Europe like Mercedes-Benz will match a Toyota product for functionality, reliability, and durability on the negative side, the previous generation was more distinctive looking. Lexa seems to be having a 67 stingray to 68 stingray moment like Chevrolet did back in the late 60s with the Corvette in the sense that the older car was superior to the new one but in general, if you need a new midsize luxury crossover, the Lexus RX remains the industry standard .

As someone who has done several lease/purchase transactions I have a concrete understanding of the dealership experience and truly what it takes to earn someones business and let's be honest, the car buying experience can be a daunting task. When you have managers like Patrick you see from the top down why this dealership stands out from it's competition. Patrick Jaccar personally ensured my fianceé had a comfortable loaner car while her dream F sport came in. Previously owned a UX-250H. Great gas mileage, nice overall performance, but small. Rather than just go a step up to the NX line, we decided to go further up the line and get the new RX350 AWD. We’ve had the RX for 5 weeks and put about 700 miles on it, to date. I was concerned that the turbo 4 might be insufficient for such a large vehicle, but it does move quickly, if not with some ruckus. The interior is airy and bright (macadamia leather/bamboo trim on my RX) and the large infotainment screen is pretty easy to use. While it looks good in most colors, it really looks spectacular in Copper Crest—which is the hue we selected. Very happy with the purchase!

I brought a battery purchased a year ago, 2024, that has 84 months of warranty and asked to be tested and if not working assess probation and replaced. Toyota employee asked me to provide proof of purchase. I did not have receipt from a year ago. I asked him to check in his system using car history by VIN. He said each Toyota dealer is different. I did not think the issue was name of the dealer rather the centralised Toyota dealer system dealers use. I mentioned this battery was used just one year with 6 more years to go. He replied he doesn’t care whether purchased a year or many years ago. All they need was proof of purchase. How many people keep receipts for years? If something of big value was purchased, it will be kept as long as needed. Gentleman was not willing to check in Toyotas’ Sysem. I did not appreciate that type of poor customer service. I finally asked him how good/bad my battery was. He told me to take Toyota’s battery to Oreily or Auto Zone and get it checked. Another disappointing comment. Toyota should find constructive solution for its products and parts to its customers. Gentleman should not redirect customer concern to other business like Oreily or Autozone Hopefully, this type of poor customer service will be properly addressed and soon corrected.

From entry to exit, my salesman, Tracy Brown ensured my experience was very good. His professionalism, patience and outgoing personality made my car purchasing experience easy and quite enjoyable. I inquired about tire and dent packages, and because of his knowledge and ability to clearly communicate the various services packages offered and their usefulness, I purchased most of them. Hi the dealership is wonderful as the staff are extremely knowledgeable and they have great service, but the only thing that hurts them is the price. The cars are thousands of dollars higher than other place I looked so did not buy from the dealer.

My sales associate, Brian Safianow , could not have been nicer. He was a great listener and quickly assessed my needs. Dealership manager, Gary Venner, was involved in the process. The entire process was painless, fun and Brian provided concierge level customer service. Additionally, the technology department came to my home to provide a thorough tutorial on the different features of the vehicle. I am very pleased with the car,its many features and that subliminal new car smell. Park Place Lexus Grapevine treats their customers like royalty! This is my third experience with them, and I highly recommend them for the personalized, professional and exceptional service that they provide.

Initial contact and purchasing were good but when to go pick up the car, salesman trying to pressure to buy additional warranty, and it took over an hour to receive the car.

So I pretty much been dealing with one Gentleman name Craig and have been an easy person to speak with and very knowledgeable about things I ask of him.
