In One Word "Wonderful"! From "Sir John Jones", who walked me through the process, to the service writer I engaged in a conversation about the truck I purchased, it was a pleasure. Even the finance meeting with AAA Charles was painless. Just Felt like good folks helping an old man through it. Personal attention to the vehicle Technology side of things, showing me how to operate all the Stuff, helped and they delivered the truck to Houston! Way to go, great Team. I buy and sell vehicles, every couple years, and will surely return to Buda!

CAG - Austin INFINITI review
Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. We liked that our salesman was a “one man band”. There was no running back and forth to the “boss” or to a “finance manager”. Our salesman did everything. He took us for a test drive, made us an offer on our car, told us the price of the new car, and that was that. We drove our new Infiniti home!

Lexus of LakewayReviews
Lexus of Lakeway review
We had a genuinely stress-free and enjoyable experience at Lexus of Lakeway. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and helped right away, but at no point did the process feel pushy, aggressive, or “sharky.” Irfan was fantastic to work with. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and let us take three separate test drives, which gave us a great opportunity to really compare the vehicles and feel confident in our decision. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel rushed. The negotiation process was also respectful and straightforward. They offered us a good value for our trade-in, and while we always wish there were a little more wiggle room on the final price, everything ultimately felt fair and transparent. Most importantly, Irfan made us feel respected throughout the entire process. Buying a car can easily become stressful, but this experience was the complete opposite. Lexus of Lakeway definitely earned us as clients for life, and we’re already looking forward to working with Irfan and the team again the next time we’re in the market for a vehicle.

2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

The staff and environment at Lexus of Lakeway made the purchase of my new car an amazing experience. PJ Garcia answered all my questions and kept me updated an out the status of the vehicle’s arrival. He made the purchase process easy. General Manager, Ryann Danford leads the Lexus team expertly and truly cares about the sales experience for everyone involved staff and clients. Thank you to Joseph for getting us through the paperwork. I could not ask for a better experience. Thank you.

As soon as I walked in the salesmen was there to greet me and help me right away. i live 4 hours away from this dealership and they were great working with me long distance. Their prices are reasonable and good to work with, I just recently purchased a jeep with them which had a few problems and they automatically wanted to fix them before giving it to me which was great. Love them so you should too.

Lexus of LakewayReviews
Lexus of Lakeway review
Irfan and Melanie were fantastic in helping us with our purchase. They made us feel comfortable and were not pushy at all. They were also very knowledgeable about Lexus's offerings and were able to answer every question we had. I also appreciated the fact that Irfan wasnt just blindly pumping the brand, and acknowledged where some aspects of Lexus were not as currently strong as other brands may be (eg, acceleration). At the end of the day though, we agreed that Lexus was the best choice for us overall. I appreciate that kind of honesty in a salesman. We are very happy with our purchase. Even though Lexus of Austin is much closer to our house, I would prefer to make the trek out to Lakeway to work with Irfan and Melanie again next time we're in the market for another car.
2024 Lexus RX 350 review
I’ve had my 2024 RX 350 Premium AWD 5-door SUV (4x4) for a month now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The sleek black finish and luxurious interior give it a premium feel that matches its smooth ride. The AWD handles all road conditions like a dream, and the cabin is quiet, comfortable, and spacious. Lexus has really nailed the balance between performance and luxury with this model. Every feature feels well thought out, making drives enjoyable and hassle-free. Highly recommend this SUV to anyone looking for comfort, style, and capability!

GENESIS OF NW SAN ANTONIOReviews
GENESIS OF NW SAN ANTONIO review
We recently purchased a Genesis GV80 Coupe from Poli, and I can confidently say it was the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, Poli was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the vehicle. He took the time to walk us through every single detail—top to bottom—making sure we understood all the features, options, and technology packed into this incredible car. Poli didn’t just sell us a vehicle—he delivered an experience. His patience, thoroughness, and honesty made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who is this committed to customer service. We absolutely love our GV80 Coupe and are so grateful to Poli for making it happen. If you’re in the market for a new car and want someone who truly knows their stuff and puts your needs first, go see Poli. Highly, highly recommended!

Cavender Cadillac review
Cavendar Cadillac’s customer service is unparalleled. They make you feel like a close friend or family member throughout your entire deal. The sales team is knowledgeable and not pushy. It is the opposite of a normal sales experience. It is my 3rd purchase (2 with Martin) and my 1st EV (with Eris). Even after the deal was done, Eris has checked on me and helped me figure out all my new features! If you’re on the fence, just go see for yourself. They will work hard to earn AND keep your business.

INFINITI of San Antonio review
Great customer service at this dealership! Everyone was very friendly. Alejandro listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and showed me multiple options. I didn't pressured to purchase a vehicle that didn't have the options that I wanted. He delivered outstanding customer service!

Audi DominionReviews
Audi Dominion review
Audi Dominion in San Antonio is THE BEST! I flew from AZ to San Antonio, specifically because Audi Dominion offered the most extensive selection of used Audi's in the country. Ariel spent the entire day with me, and expertly explained the nuanced in-and-out's of every model I test drove. Roland and Rick made it all come together by arranging very attractive pricing and hassle-free delivery to AZ. I've been driving my 2020 SQ5 for a month now, and literally 'tingle' every time the engine roars to live (no EVs for me :-)). THANK YOU Audi Dominion!!! Satisfied in Scottsdale
