Since we live about 3 hours away, we called and made arrangements to come in during the week. Andy was there to greet us when we arrived, the car was ready and he told us to take it out and drive around town. We loved the car and when we got back to the dealership, negotiated a satisfactory price.
We went to lunch and when we returned, the car was ready to go and the paperwork took less than 30 minutes to complete. There was absolutely no pressure and was one of the best auto purchasing experiences we have ever had.
After arriving home and after a week of ownership, we noticed a few minor issues. We contacted Andy, and he and Mark were great about fixing the problems without any hassle.
They have a large inventory of very clean cars and we would not hesitate in buying another car from them.
Noisy and legroom

Very noisy on road and not enough leg room.
Quite surprised that this type of vehicle is so nosy on road (after the second set of tires) and that legroom is insufficient.
I worked with Jeff Filiault from Subaru of Santa Cruz to finance a used Crosstrek Hybrid, which is the first car I have ever owned. I had already done my research, test driven the vehicle several times, and had two cars of the same model bought out from under me. So when I went to Jeff, he did not have to press hard to sell me.
In fact, he never really pressed at all. The guy was outstanding! I was trying to juggle financing with a remote cosigner, as well as buying from a distant city and only being able to manage weekend visits. Jeff helped me every step of the way. He held the vehicle for a whole week after I gave a soft commitment, and facilitated sending the paperwork to my cosigner several states away overnight (and near the holidays). After the purchase was squared away, he even drove over 40 minutes to pick me up from where I live and bring me to the dealership, all after business hours.
I really felt like Jeff and Subaru of Santa Cruz had my back throughout the whole process, and I would definitely buy from them again.
Tip: Do not buy any extended warranty, especially when financing. I love this dealer, but this is where they make massive margins.
Reliable car for snow

I went from an Audi A5 to a Rx350. I had my reservations, but I love the Rx. Very reliable and amazing comfort. It was worth the switch.
My salesman was waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership. I turned in my leased Cadillac, which was easy. He showed me the Envision. I originally thought I wanted the Encore, but liked the larger vehicle better. Michael was most helpful throughout the whole process.

The vehicle has the best cockpit design which is easy to operate while maintaining your focus on the road. It's easy of handling and comfort is exceptional
I bring my Prius here for maintenance, and I also bought one from the sales department.
The service is always quick and spot on. The internet is fast enough, and there's also an overnight dropoff if its needed.
The sales team is competent, fast and can make amazing things happen.

We previously owned a 2004 and 2010 RX, Both were great, the '10 RX350 had 111K mi when we sold it, and looked/drove new. Absolutely no repairs since new. Purchased a '16 RX350 w/most options. $52K sticker. Bought it on the internet based on great past Lexus/Toyota experience. The car looked great, but drove terribly. Always hesitated from start, then took off like a rocket- almost impossible to accelerate slowly. Worst was constant groaning at idle and lower speed- slight vibration as well. Cruise control was worthless- even on lowest sensitivity setting it would slow down way too early, then do nothing for a few beats, then abruptly take off. Very jerky, and dangerous. Hands free tailgate never worked, nor did voice activated navigation- system never got what we said. Sold the car at a huge loss to CarMax. Would consider a '16+ RX450h hybrid- different engine and transmission- but I am disappointed in Lexus- our '16 RX350 was a real loser.
