BMW of Cincinnati NorthReviews
BMW of Cincinnati North review
BMW North of Cincinnati is a perfect example of excellent customer service. From beginning to end Roger helped us identify, test drive and eventually buy the perfect car for us. He made the process easy, flexible, comprehensive and enjoyable. He gave us honest, candid and well informed advice and did so in a manner that made us feel he had our best intentions in mind. Compare this with the less than satisfactory customer service we received at The BMW Store of Cincinnati, BMW North is ABSOLUTELY the best place to buy your new (or pre owned) dream car. All in all, if you’re looking to buy a new BMW, I highly recommend going to BMW North and asking for Roger! Thank you BMW North!!!🩵💙❤️

My 2nd RX350. My 2019 RX350 was very nice, but my seat was uncomfortable. I purchased a used 2018 RX350 F Sport - so happy with this car! All the great upgrades and very comfy leather seats. Heater and fanned seats, heated steering wheel, great power, amazing handling, awesome stereo, use my Spotify on cell through bluetooth. So happy with this dependable SUV!

Cincinnati CadillacReviews
Cincinnati Cadillac review
I bought a certified used 2015 Cadillac and worked with Brandon Oxier, what a delightful young man to deal with. I was extremely pleased with the offer for my trade in and the whole process was pretty much no-stress. The car I purchased was priced on-point and competitive with all the research I did. Given that this car is 10 years newer than my previous car, there is a lot of new technology to learn. Anytime I have a question Brandon is more than happy to get on the phone with this old dog and walk me through the new tricks. Buying certified also has given me additional perks with Cadillac ownership, so I'm very pleased with the car, the dealer and the dealership.
2020 Lexus RX 350 review
The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

I’ve done maintenance here for years and they’ve always been very helpful. The staff is friendly and they have a big selection of inventory.
2013 Lexus RX 350 review
Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

Performance Lexus Northern Kentucky review
This is a really good dealership. Pate was a great salesman and Hannah was a great finance manager. I was skeptical in the beginning but they both came through on what they said they were going to. Hannah actually got us a better rate than my own credit union financing at the dealer and when I say “better” I mean 5.5% better. I didn’t believe her but was proven wrong in the end. I recommend them very highly. Both were very professional even when I wasn’t. Let’s just say I provided some good training material for “de-escalation” techniques during my lapse in professionalism and overall douchiness. I’ll have no issue going back there to buy again. Honestly, I would prefer to buy from here only actually. They’re honest.
2025 Lexus RX 350 review
I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

I was looking for a nice used car. Something that would last me. Having been to dealers before I was Leary . I saw a car at preferred autos llc. They have a large inventory of quality cars. AT AGE 92, I NEEDED ANOTHER CAR EASY TO GET IN AND OUT, RELIABLE, SAFE, WITH MANY BELLS AND WHISTLES, AND AFFORDABLE. I FOUND A 2015 LEXUS RX350 WITH JUST OVER 70K MILES IN SUPURB CONDITION FOR 18,600K, IN FLORIDA. HAVE HAD IT FOR 9 WEEKS, AND IT IS THE BEST VALUE CAR I HAVE EVER OWNED, INCLUDING A BMW AND MB SUV.

Excellent experience with BMW of Cincinnati North. I was buying remote and Matt made the process seamless. He made sure everything was perfect before I traveled to get the vehicle. He was going on vacation when I was to pick up the vehicle so he introduced me to Conner who finalized my transaction and supported me through the final steps and helped me get to know my new vehicle. End to end a solid experience!!!

Prompt and friendly. Service department efficient and professional. Substantial damages repaired in two days. The Lexus was returned spotless. One of the best of the best.
2016 Lexus RX 350 review
This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

2017 Lexus RX 350 review
Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

I purchased my 2014 RX350 with 14,000 miles on it 5 years ago and have put 73,000 miles on it, mostly all highway and long distance cross states travel. I have kept regular maintenance ie oil changes, tires and alignments and now due some spark plugs. I have never owned a better, more reliable vehicle. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with both Madison and Kim in sales. Out of the gate we found them to be pleasurable to work with. My wife is small , so finding a car to fit her is a challenge. Madison was determined to find one, and she did. Kim made sure we were comfortable with the pricing and we closed. The paperwork to closed happened faster and smoother than any closing I've been involved in. The finance dept wAs very nice while the tech lady explained all the bells and whistles. All in all we were in and out on closing day in less than 2 hours. The entire team are first class and made the experience fun. I would highly recommend Performance Lexus in Ft Wright Ky

2015 Lexus RX 350 review
Have only had this 2015 Lex for about 5 weeks. OK so far. In my earlier 2 yrs' experience w a 2008 RX 350 and before that, 10 yrs with 2 ES 350s, these are comfortable & generally reliable but the cost of maintenance & repairs is at least twice that of a Toyota or Honda. Things like the rear door struts/rear door mechanism or hood struts breaking down, is one thing, but the main engine seal leaking hits you w a big bill.

I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

What impressed me was I wasn't buying a new car. But I was treated as I was buying one. The way they handled my trade in was excellent. They even fixed a small issue on the van prior to me purchasing. I was treated way better than several other dealerships I looked at. I would recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a car
2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

2009 Lexus RX 350 review
Bought this 2009 RX350 in September of 08. I've owned Volvo, Acura, Mercedes and Range Rover (the worst!). Just about to hit 300,000 miles with VERY few problems. Love the car. But as stated earlier in some reviews the dashboard has developed many hair line cracks. That's why I gave it a 4 on interior. But still the very best car I have ever owned and will now only buy Lexus/Toyota vehicles.

Fantastic experience buying a new brand. Steve Warden was professional, thorough, and understood his products vs the competition. I was not an easy sales since I have been buying Mercedes product for over 15 years. Let's hope the after sale experience is as good as the buying process!
2023 Lexus RX 350 review
I have driven extensively the previous generation RX and had an opportunity to drive this one in Las Vegas recently. On the positive it’s a Lexus and it will last forever nothing not even anything in Europe like Mercedes-Benz will match a Toyota product for functionality, reliability, and durability on the negative side, the previous generation was more distinctive looking. Lexa seems to be having a 67 stingray to 68 stingray moment like Chevrolet did back in the late 60s with the Corvette in the sense that the older car was superior to the new one but in general, if you need a new midsize luxury crossover, the Lexus RX remains the industry standard .

I’ve had my 2024 RX 350 Premium AWD 5-door SUV (4x4) for a month now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The sleek black finish and luxurious interior give it a premium feel that matches its smooth ride. The AWD handles all road conditions like a dream, and the cabin is quiet, comfortable, and spacious. Lexus has really nailed the balance between performance and luxury with this model. Every feature feels well thought out, making drives enjoyable and hassle-free. Highly recommend this SUV to anyone looking for comfort, style, and capability!

Dan Cummins Chevrolet Buick of Georgetown review
Buying a vehicle online can be a bit nerve-wracking, but Dan Cummins made the entire process smooth, transparent, and surprisingly personal. I purchased my Jeep entirely over the internet, and from start to finish, the team was fantastic. They were honest, responsive, and incredibly kind throughout the entire experience. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and they never made me feel like just another transaction. What really impressed me was how much care and attention they put into every detail—photos, descriptions, paperwork, and delivery were all handled with professionalism and integrity. Even from hundreds of miles away, I felt completely confident that I was in good hands. It's rare to find a dealership that combines online convenience with genuine human connection, but Dan Cummins nailed it. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase—and I absolutely am. If you're considering buying a car online, you won't find a more honest and caring team than the folks at Dan Cummins. Highly recommended. Wayne.

2021 Lexus RX 350 review
This is the 2021 Lexus RX 350 and is my 4th Lexus and I love it! The 2018 was also really great and so was the 2015. I think the price is very good and the value is incredible because either way, either leasing rates are great due to the high residual values, and the buy rates are great because you could sell your car used because they are very much in demand and you get a lot for it. If you hold onto your Lexus, that's another great option, because the Lexus engine is incredible, built to protect the engine and last a very long time! I have not had any issues with any of my Lexus ((unlike other car brands -I have had issues with other cars warning lights, electrical, rotors, struts, sensor issues, and faulty parts, and check engine light and other quirks etc!!!)) I totally recommend Lexus -very reliable and no problems! Servicing is always reasonable too!

Lexus of DaytonReviews
Lexus of Dayton review
Rarely take time to write social media reviews. However experience I had at the dealership this week is worth a review. I was not needing a car, but always keeping an eye out for the right deal. On Tuesday of last week I had called in the morning to ask for a sales rep I had purchased from before. What could have been a honest mistake, I was put into voicemail. Not hearing back all day, I decided to call one more time as I was ready to pull the trigger on a near identical vehicle much closer to my house. This is when I sales person "Nick B" answered the phone. He informed me it was an honest mistake that I was put to voicemail of a former sales rep and that he would be happy to help. Having held management positions, and worked for good people in my career, I have to say, the energy and hustle was top notch. I explained the situation at the competing dealership and Nick cut through all the garbage negotiation and sales tactics that the other dealer tried to use on me (not knowing my background). In a matter of 60 minutes I had 3 phone calls from Nick setting the parameters of the deal. The next morning I was greeted by a text to ask if I was coming in at lunch or dinner. The weather was terrible for a drive to Dayton, and I was so tempted to just spend a little more money and head closer to make my purchase. I could not do it. Nick's hustle deserved a visit to look at the car. I arrived around dinner time and Nick was waiting at the door to greet me. The car was pulled up and we were ready to deal. Nick was efficient in execution as he was in setting up the deal. From getting payoffs, to coordinating the shop to ready the vehicle, to working with finance and matching the trade of the other dealer. I had other sales people that you would sit in the dealer for multiple hours waiting to get through. Some of this compliment also goes to Matt S. in Finance. Copies, signatures, even took the time to get me a refund for my trade in Lexus Warranty that I was not going to use. Customer was first with both of these gentlemen, not at the expense of the Company, but to be seamless and professional. The last part of the evening came when I was signing the paperwork. Matt told me that the detail team was not able to finish my car at the late hour, but would be happy to do so over the weekend if I wanted to come back. As I was saying I just wanted the plastic off the floor and the mats in, Nick came in the office and said he already had it done while transferring my plates. Nick also did not forget another small detail I had emphasized to him at the outset. I travel a lot and have a laptop in my car. It is imperative that I have a privacy shield cover over the cargo area. To end my experience, Nick did not forget that request. Lexus no longer sells them in parts, something I noticed even with the GX back in 2020. So Nick had me drive into the garage out of the rain, helped me move my belongings to the new car, then took me up to the "lost and found". Again, not additional expense to the company, but more time for him. Nick at the late hour was going through every privacy cover with a measuring tape to get me squared away. We ended up not finding one, but how could I be disappointed with that effort. To anyone buying a car, I cannot guarantee your sales person will give the same experience, but there is no question that Nick was a professional and will have me back for my next car which is due in about another year. In a still tight labor market, it is tough to find employees like that.

Very interested in helping you. Follow ups were borderline harassing, but otherwise not too much pressure. Did recommend to a friend to shop here, but didn’t buy anything myself
2019 Lexus RX 350 review
This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

2017 Lexus RX 350 review
Since I bought this car I noticed when I apply break the both front wheels vibrate (Shake). It is more shaking when I drive down the slope on HWY. The mechanics suggested me to replace the front disc of both wheels.

Lexus of Dayton review
My sales person, the Sales Manager and the General manager and staff were great. However, the finance person Trevor was horrible and was only trying to put money in his pocket and treated me like a paycheck not a valued customer. What we agreed to is not what he put down on the sales sheet. Now that I look back, I should have gotten up and left. The Sales Manager & General Manger fixed things to my satisfaction, but it should have never come to that.
2023 Lexus RX 350 review
Lexus of San Diego is the best dealership. Everybody is so professional and understanding. Shout out to Michael, salesperson, Tyler, finance manager, and Andy in service

2021 Lexus RX 350 review
This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.
