My wife and I purchased a GX550 from Lexus of Maplewood. The team there was great, Clint was excellent to work with and kept us up to date with the arrival of our order. Chad is the Finance department made sure our vehicle was fully protected. Jacob in the delivery department got us all up to speed on the newest technology. If you need a new Lexus in Minnesota. You MUST go see Lexus of Maplewood.

AutoNation Subaru ArapahoeReviews
AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe review
My daughter and I enjoyed our experience with Subaru Arapahoe. Olivia A. was extremely good in the sales role - we felt no stress whatsoever, and she shepherded us through the always time consuming purchase process with confidence and patience, Additionally she has followed up to make certain that all is well. There was a hiccup with the car's computer connecting to the satellite, and the group handled things satisfactorily, getting our new car to my daughter at UDenver in a timely fashion and without her having to interrupt her studies. In all, I can absolutely recommend this team - Olivia in Sales, Chris E. in financing, Matthew in Service all were transparent and helpful. And my daughter is very happy with her new Outback. Well done all around.

AutoNation Toyota Thornton Road review
Second time buying at the dealership. I purchased a 2006 Camry XSE. At first I tried to buy a SE but realized it didn’t have the features I was looking for. The MSRP of the XSE was out of my budget but the manager worked to get me to a reasonable price. He also was able to match the rate I was approved for. I was very happy with the service. Ask for Mills if you go, he was the salesperson who assisted me.

Best costumer service from a car dealership that I have ever received! Special shout out to Garrick Chai! Garrick was responsive and courteous. He also answered the questions my husband and I posed with straight forward answers. He helped us find the vehicle we were looking for. We purchased the vehicle and were met with smiles from everyone who worked at Porsche Irvine. We felt like we were joining a "family brand". Not just a car sale. Made all the difference (plus Porsche speaks for itself). Thank You!

Corwin Toyota Colorado Springs review
I recently purchased a used 2026 Tesla Model Y Long Range from CORWIN TOYOTO in Colorado Springs, Colorado. I worked with Sales Lady Jana Lillie and Finance Manager Scott Bartlett. Both were extremely professional and helpful. Jana did an excellent job showing the car and answering my questions. There was a missing charging cable that should have been with the car and Jana went the. Extra mile to make contact with the previous owner to procure the cable. A great experience overall. If in the market for a new or used TOYOTO I highly recommend you lookup Jana at CORWIN TOYOTO. Gene Depue

AutoNation Audi Volkswagen SpokaneReviews
AutoNation Audi Volkswagen Spokane review
Booked my 2009 Audi in for service. Injectors, battery, oil change, carbon cleaning among other things. Had Joshua as my service advisor, Brendan as my Audi technician, and Thomas for the shuttle service. All three of them did a phenomenal job. Joshua was very communicative giving periodic updates, Brendan was very knowledgeable and professional even sending a video with how the progress was going. Knew exactly what my car needed and i didn't once feel the need to explain anything as to how i wanted things done as I have had this car since new and I am very OCD with it. Felt complete trust in Brendan and Joshua to get everything i asked for done. Thomas was great for the shuttle service getting me home when i took the car in and picking me up when the car was finished. Very communicative with a simple text letting me know he was on his way and never once did i feel in the dark on anything throughout this whole process. Great job Audi of Spokane. Will be bringing my car here again when the time comes. Thanks guys!

Lexus of OrlandoReviews
Lexus of Orlando review
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Lexus of Orlando, especially Service Manager James Allen. I brought in my Lexus NX because one of the seatbelts had completely snapped and another was beginning to rip apart. It’s possible the wear came from the tension of having two car seats installed over the years. My Lexus is approaching 10 years old and is clearly outside of its warranty, so I didn’t walk into the dealership expecting them to simply replace everything for free. I really just wanted to know what could be done, especially because I believe something as important as a seatbelt should last longer than 10 years. From the moment James Allen became involved, he took the situation incredibly seriously. His first concern wasn’t the warranty or who was going to pay for the repair—it was the safety of my family. He refused to let me drive away in the vehicle with compromised seatbelts and immediately put me into a loaner so my family would be safe. What impressed me most was what happened next. Since the vehicle was technically out of warranty and the seatbelts were no longer covered, James could have easily said, “Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do.” Instead, he went above and beyond. He helped me get in contact with Lexus corporate to see if there was anything they could do to assist. Lexus corporate came back and essentially said, “We value you as a Lexus customer, and we want to take care of you.” They agreed to cover the replacement seatbelts AND the labor in full. That is customer service. Anyone can take care of a customer when something is under warranty. What shows the character of a company is how they treat you when they technically don’t have to do anything—and Lexus stepped up. This experience reminded me why I bought a Lexus in the first place. Lexus of Orlando took my family’s safety seriously, James Allen went above and beyond to advocate for me, and Lexus stood behind their product even as my vehicle approaches its 10th birthday. I highly recommend Lexus, and specifically Lexus of Orlando. You can trust that this team genuinely cares about its customers. As my NX gets closer to its 10-year birthday, I know the time is coming to trade it in for something new. After this experience, there’s no question where I’ll be going. I’ll definitely be back at Lexus of Orlando. This is what you get when you buy a Lexus.
