The name of my sales man his name is Eli he was very courteous very approachable I was just strolling through the lot and he noticed me and wanted to know could help me I brought my car in to be serviced I didn’t bring my car in to get a new car but after dealing with Eli and having conversations with him I bought a new car he’s an excellent salesman he’s courteous he’s top-notch he is warm he’s friendly he’s not pushy he’s an excellent sales person smile on his face I wished all the salesman could be like him maybe they would sell more cars
We saw 2015 RX 350 on line and came in to meet Jessica. Very professional and efficient. Quickly gave us an offer on our old car and deal was made. No unexpected charges or fees. All very smooth altho the number of sheets of paper we had to sign was overwhelming.
Happen to visit Coliseum Lexus of Oakland. We were greeted
by the sales representatives. The Sales person showed different
models of Lexus car and gave us detail of each. We chose to buy Lexus RX350 because of the features and shape. It was very hard
to negotiate the price with the Sales person. Eventually we agreed to one price and purchased the vehicle.
I am so happy with my new (used) 2010 Lexus RX350! My salesman, Nuh is a total sweetheart. Got the car of my dreams... Even in the color I wanted... For approximately $4,000 to $8,000 less than all the other dealers throughout California and Nevada were asking for the exact same model. In fact, some of the others didn't even have AWD or navigation systems (which are a must for me as I live in the snowy mountains and can't find my way out of a paper bag!) and were still more expensive! I had a complete inspection done two days later by my favorite mechanic after purchasing it on the spot and purchasing the "cool down" option, and he said the car was in great condition. Although I was a bit concerned when the battery died the day after I bought it, Nuh was only a phone call away, and Coliseum Lexus sent me a check for the new battery the very next day. I highly recommend this dealer! Thank you, Mike, Carol, and especially Nuh. You are awesome!
I recently purchased my new Lexus from Coliseum Lexus in Oakland. I tried to purchase one there last year but could not make a deal. I shopped 4 other Lexus dealers in the bay area and had really bad experience dealing with rude salesmen and sales managers. I really wanted to purchase this new IS250. I decided to call Coliseum Lexus and try them instead of going into the dealership. I spoke with Rick Santos on the phone and he went over the car with me. The next day I went to the dealership and was greeted by a very nice saleman who called Rick for me. I took the vehicle for a test drive with the young salesman Phillip who was very knowledgeable and polite. "Big difference from last year, whole new staff and managers" to make it short I was WOW'd and Amazed on how quick and smooth it was to make this purchase from them. They are the BEST ! If you want a New Lexus go to Coliseum Lexus.
I never thought I would get an audi because I used to heard a lot of concerns about euro auto qualities. I almost got a TLX, just because I was not sure about the leasing deal yet, I was about to come back to Acura next day with some study. However, somehow we stopped at Audi to give a first ever try on Audi A4, yes, that was the fun time started. Anyway, we ended up at Audi Fremont for the color/configuration we were looking for. We were so lucky that Dante got us first. He shared many knowledge and experiences with us to help us to make decision. Unlike other sale folks, Dante did never show any hint to rush the deal to his customer. Even better, he gave us a good deal already when we were ready for the quote to begin with. It seems Dante just enjoy his work more than selling stuff. At the time I drop my A4 off, we become friends. I strongly recommend Audi Fremont if you are looking for an audi product, and you shall go to Mr. Dante Kanki whom you can trust for sure.
I had a 2003 Mini, and I finally was ready to let her go. It was a scary prospect to upgrade, and I had NO idea how much cars had changed!
The process to identify the car was the hardest part. Once I contacted Mini of Marin, it was easy from start to finish. So grateful for the experience, and I LOVE my new Mini!!!
Roberto took good care of us from our online introduction through the finalization of the sale of our new Sorento. My car required towing to be repaired as I was stranded on I80. I originally called Serramonte Lexus explaining the car would be towed in and I would need a rental car for the duration of the repairs. The response was a whiny "we're busy". However Lexus of Marin responded with "no problem, we'll be waiting for you". Then were, provided a car, and did a great job restoring my car to proper order. I've ALWAYS had positive experiences at this dealership, from purchase to maintenance support.
Hats off to Len Temple and his great service department.
Everything was done as I was told it would be. Excellent service.
