We just purchased a 2015 Honda Odyssey from Crossroads and we were very pleased with the experience! Nolan and Connor were very helpful, informative, kind, thoughtful, personable, etc. The atmosphere at the dealership was very calm and relaxing, unlike most dealerships. They took all the time we needed and answered all our questions. We enjoyed working with them very much!!!

I maintain this car at the local Lexus dealership. The performance tires last about 25,000 miles and it does require premium fuel. It’s a 6-cylinder with plenty of power and has a sporty feel. Mine’s AT with paddle shift (which we never use). No real issues, although the carbon cleaning that was recommended was a $250 surprise. Still a solid, dependable and enjoyable car.

Ever since I moved from Volvo quite a few years ago I have stuck with Lexus RXs. From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. The best car for the money and AWD is the only way to go!

My 2nd RX350. My 2019 RX350 was very nice, but my seat was uncomfortable. I purchased a used 2018 RX350 F Sport - so happy with this car! All the great upgrades and very comfy leather seats. Heater and fanned seats, heated steering wheel, great power, amazing handling, awesome stereo, use my Spotify on cell through bluetooth. So happy with this dependable SUV!

I have been buying five year old Lexus ES series for 20+ years. Recently I purchased a 2013 ES 350 from Performance Lexus Kings Auto Mall , Cincinnati, Ohio from sales person Geoff Bobst. Geoff was very polite and knowledgeable. I traded in my 2003 Lexus ES 300. He and I arrived at a good price for the 2013 Lexus ES and I purchased it. My goal is always to purchase a five year old Lexus ES for 40% of its original MSRP. My wife and I have two Lexus ES at our home for 80% of the price of one new Lexus ES.

I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

The folks at Performance Lexus really know how to WOW you! It's been about 10 years since I bought a new vehicle and I have to say this was by far my best experience ever! Their attention to detail is second to none. They went out of their way to get me the car I wanted (GX460). The car was about 90 miles away at another Lexus dealership and they had it on a flatbed truck shipped to their dealership the next day! I couldn't be happier with my car buying experience. We just purchased a 2020 RX350, Moonbeam Beige Metallic. This was our second Lexus from this dealership. One of the things which brought us back to this dealer was Phil Booth and our great experience with our previous Lexus. Like Mercedes, Cadillac and other luxury car dealers free carwashes are included when you purchase one of their cars. Unfortunately Performance RiverCenter is no longer including carwashes . In the past you just drove in told the Service Writer you wanted a carwash and head off to the waiting area. Your car got washed while you had a coffee and answered some emails. I was really surprised as was our sale rep to discover this valued service had been discontinued. I hope the dealer will reconsider their decision as carwashes was one of the things which helped the brand stand out agains other luxury brands.

You must be pretty spoiled not to like this car... plus it will last forever with low repair cost... Top of the line Toyota!~ lol..

Very smooth V8 engine/transmission, faster than most cars, the interior is perfect for me 6ft tall, sound system has some deep bass, I would marry my sc430 and I believe my sc430 would get the "Will" built to last, til deff du us

I purchased the car new in 2013 and it was the best choice i could have made. I have had no problems, just new tires and and a battery. I did all of my service checks when needed and had no problems. I’m sorry that they no longer make this car.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

We decided on a whim that we wanted a Bronco. We didn't want the hassle of sitting @ the dealership all day and wait and haggle. Our salesperson, Rodney Hutson, made this transaction as seamless and easy as possible. I talked to him over the phone, he gave me the car numbers to look up online, we came in, and within hours we were in our new Bronco, and he had taken over our TWO car payments. We have had service here before, and they were great. Now I will be buying all our cars there also!! And we LOVE our 2023 Ford Bronco Big Bend. My wife has that top down all the time. It is just a FUN SUV to drive, and way beefier than the Bronco Sport we had. Rodney Hutson was GREAT, and the Finance guy Nick got all the paperwork done so fast, but explained everything to a T.
