Kyle did an excellent job of detailing the Lexus 450h features and benefits to me. Then provided the same level of detail to my wife when I brought her back to see the car on a later date. Strong product knowledge, but not pushy at all. Just providing superior information. It was a great buying experience and I WILL buy my next car from Kyle! Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! I love my car! It is easy to drive and is very dependable. People are surprised that it is as old as it is because looks like a much newer car because of the style. It was a great car to buy!

I drove 4 hours from out of state to come look at a Volkswagen. When I arrived they had the car defrosted and warmed up. While at the lot I spotted a Lexus and ended up looking into that car. I decided I wanted the car and Joe was very helpful and got the deal done. I was in and out and on the way back to Arkansas in about an hour from the time I decided this was the car I wanted. The dealership was very clean, service was top notch and very personable.

Lexus will always be a great purchase doesn't matter what you choose. You can't go wrong period I am a previous owner of alexis.E s three fifty, and I am a lexus nx200t owner the gas is pretty much the same. You save on fuel great mileage. Great stability on the road, very quiet drive. Same maintenance as an ES350 my insurance remains the same, even though I have a small SUV you can't beat that. LUXURY ON A BUDGET

I traded my Range Rover Sport Supercharged in I was concerned about the low profile at first of my Lexus, but that went out the window minute I sit in the cockpit. I was transformed into pilot. This car in echo mode is a commuter car in sport it's a beast in manual mode it's a monster. I have been finding reason to drive I 💘 it

I purchased my Mazda CX-5 in 2019 before it was Luther's. I was not impressed with that aspect a lot of errors. But the service department has always been great. When I call to schedule an appointment for Maintenace, they always work with my time frame. Service department employees are friendly, and I know everything will be taken care of.

Unfortunately I became the owner of a used 2017 RX 350 F Sport. I say unfortunately just because my mint 2013 GS 350 Lux got totaled by a wild boar a few weeks ago, loved that car, drove it for close to 9 yrs. So, the RX is 7 years old with 120k miles, paid $21.9k Sept 2024. Overall the car is awesome, its used and required some extensive cleaning on the outside, clay barred twice then applied a black ceramic wax, the dark blue paint now just pops. The sunroof rattles (same as the GS) but the seal is not available, awaiting a potential part which is used in multiple Toyota products. The anti glare coating on the non Nav screen is bad but I think I can repair with polish, not a $300+ replacement screen cover. The car runs and drives awesome, not as fast as the GS but much easier to get in and out of (I am 64). Handling surprised me, especially after having the GS, very codependent if not pushed like a true sports car (which it is not). Miss many of the options I had on the GS but absolutly love my red interior, the ride/drive, and would definitely buy another one in a heartbeat, 2023 RX-500h, love it.

After owning this vehicle for 3 years I have not had any major issues aside for oil changes and preventative maintenance. Everything about owning this car has been a great experience!!

Dealer responded and wanted to sell their car that I was interested in. Upon further discussion the car was not what I was looking for...not their nfault.

Met with customer service representative Mercedes Patterson and relayed what maintenance was requested. She was very professional and accommodating and scheduled the maintenance promptly. We were very pleased about her knowledge and advise regarding the maintenance issues. The actual maintenance performed was by a maintenance technician named Jeremiah Metzger. He provided a video of the maintenance work that he performed and explained the procedures and overall evaluation of the condition and recommended needs of our vehicle. We were very pleased with the work performed by both Mercedes and Jeremiah and would highly recommend your service department to others. These two individuals are both an asset to your company.

I had maintenance performed on my older but much loved RX350. They change plugs, serviced transfers casing and fixed hood struts …the service went smooth and repairs were less than estimated. I couldn’t ask for a greater experience.

2024 GX redesign is fantastic. Exterior styling is beautiful and the interior finish and technology is typical Lexus, and second to none. The engine is quick and responsive. The ride is luxurious and quiet.

The ES350 Ultra Luxury model is worth the extra cost. Love the beige color, and the caramel color leather interior. The luxury styling and materials are wonderful --leather seats, steering wheel, and shifter; wood trim, extra large touch screen, super sound system. Safety features abound. Love the heads-up display. The seats are super comfortable, appreciate that they are cooled as well as heated--comfort in all seasons. The designers of this car considered every detail. This beauty runs on regular gas, no need to pay extra for premium fuel.

My 2022 Lexus ES 300h F-Sport Ultra Luxury in the Ultrasonic blue mica 2.0 is simply stunning! I wanted a very stylish and sexy luxury car with a gorgeous and comfortable interior with a huge easy-to-use touchscreen with bulletproof reliability and eye-popping gas mileage that was still fast and fun to drive. This beauty checks every box. I LOVE my Lexus! It makes me happy every single time I drive it. What more could you want from a car?

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.
