The waiting lounge was immaculate and comfortable, but I barely had time to enjoy it as my vehicle was ready right on schedule. Brought my 2022 RAV4 hybrid in for an oil change and some new wiper blades. Very much appreciate the ability to use service coupons for both those items and also grateful that they honor our military service with a discount as well. Our service advisor Gregory was on point and promptly notified me when my car was ready to go. I only leave at four on my overall rating because I got no less than two unsolicited phone calls and a text trying to get me to give up or trade my RAV4 before I even left the dealership.

My service advisor, Paul Hilderbrand provided excellent service and advice on the issues with my vehicle. This made for a comfortable and easy experience. The facilities were clean with plenty of refreshments.

I let Patrick my sales person know exactly what I wanted and needed in a new car. I was very specific about exterior and interior colors and amenities as well as safety and performance requirements. He delivered my car which was perfect to the last detail! He even took the time to explain all the ?bells and whistles? instead of telling me to look them up on YouTube! The 2024 Lexus is350 is an absolute pleasure to drive with it's NA V6 engine. Exterior styling is eye-catching with its sleek lines . Some say the interior is dated, but I absolutely love it for its classic look and gauge clusters. The 8-inch is a touchscreen, and there is a track pad you can use, but I hardly mess with it. There are a lot of safety features as well such as lane departure assist, backup camera, and blindspot monitoring.

I own a 2017 Lexus IS200t Reliability is amazing as long as you keep your oil changes constantly like anyone else should . I do them every 3,000 miles - I got the vehicle with 8k miles I’m at 50k and still running like a champ not to mention converted the suspension to airbags so obviously comfort is out of the picture but even so the vehicle runs amazing - it’s easy to modify and have fun with but overall amazing vehicle
