I have leased and financed a few cars in my life and I have to say how absolutely grateful and happy I am that I decided to go to Lexus Santa Monica to lease my new 2019 Lexus NX300H. From beginning to end it was the best experience I have ever had. I was helped by sales person Nima Behnia. He was very well informed about the vehicles I was test driving and answered all my questions, and boy did I hit him with a hundred questions. This was the quickest vehicle purchase ever. I think I was in and out within 3 hours. Finance dept was also great. took care of my contract quick and everything was straight forward. I didn't feel like there was any hidden anything. My new car was detailed, filled up with gas and off I went. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Go GET a LEXUS!
2023 Lexus RZ 450e review
Absolutely love this car! Smooth, quite and just the right size. Beautiful interior and exterior. Some people complain about range but for me this works great. I'm getting between 3.7 and 3.9 kwh and a range of 255. It's a 2023 RZ450e AWD premium with 18 inch wheels. Not the longest range and not the fastest but true quality.

2024 Lexus NX 350h review
Driving sedans all my life and changing to an SUV was a big move. This was also my first hybrid. Since I was extremely happy with my 2019 Genesis G70, my first choice was a new GV70. It test drove very nice, but the NX was more nimble and far more technologically advanced, that goes for the Volvo XC60 I was considering as well. I rely heavily on consumer reviews and the Lexus NV350h was a real mixed bag of people really liking or not liking it. I am convinced that all the bad reviews were either heavily biased or the people just didn’t know how to operate the car! The technology on this car is amazing and can be intimidating! Fortunately, in the 5 months I was waiting for the car, I downloaded the Owner’s Manual and MultiMedia Guide. Reading these really prepared me for the arrival of my NX. The Tutorial Part 1 and Part 2 on YouTube by Melissa O’Connell is a must for going over the many features of the car inside and out! The customization on the NX is incredible, but you have to be familiar with how navigate the various menus and it takes a while to digest each option. The amount of room in the NX should not be a surprise, I looked at the specifications for cargo volume and I saw for myself how much room there is before I purchased the car, for a compact SUV, there is plenty of space. My wife and I have a lot of gear we pack for trips and have no trouble finding room. I have had occasional connectivity issues, but I think a lot of that has to do with your cell service. Other cars I have owned have had the same issue. This car is everything I expected and more! After driving it for 5000 miles so far, I still get a charge out of starting the ignition and not hearing a sound and starting my drive on all electric. The transition to the gasoline engine is seamless. The fuel economy, low 40’s city, mid 30’s highway, unreal! The NX drives extremely smooth and is as quiet as any sedan I have had. The engine does not have the power as my other sedans, but that is an easy tradeoff for great fuel economy. It certainly has adequate power and quickness, the engine just makes a little more noise when passing. The instrument panel, the MultiMedia screen are all very easy to use. I have the 14” screen which really makes viewing easy. I do like the heads-up display, but don’t really use the digital mirror much, it is harder on the eyes and not as clear. If the cargo area is full of gear, the digital mirror would come in handy for better visibility. Lexus clearly goes out of its way to make this a very safe vehicle with a plethora of features. The seating is very comfortable for long trips, no fatigue or discomfort. The climate control system adds to that comfort. The run flat tires are much quieter than I thought they would be. For being a compact SUV, the standard 18” wheels look great, would not want any bigger. The compartment under the cargo mat really comes in handy for those odds and ends you don’t want to clutter the cabin with. Every feature in this car is very well thought out. About the only negative thing I can say about the NX is sunglass compartment, if the lens has any curvature to them, they will not fit, my Oakley’s and Ray Ban’s will have to find another place. With one click of the icon, I can easily get to Android Auto, but to get back to Lexus Connect, I have to do 3 clicks. Other than that, the NX 350h is without a doubt the finest automobile I have ever owned. Considering I have driven my Volvo’s, Toyota’s, Acura’s and the Genesis 40,000+ miles a year for the last 35 years, that is saying a lot!

2024 Lexus NX 350h review
I love my Lexus NX350h! I previously had the UX350h. This one is slightly bigger, so it is a perfect fit! The ride is smooth going up steep hills. The user interface is pretty simple, but usually use Android auto. Gas mileage is decent especially with those steep hills that I have to drive daily. I definitely recommend this car to anyone looking for a compact SUV.

2025 Lexus NX 350h review
All I needed was a test drive to be convinced that the NX350 was the car for my family. Since taking the car home a few weeks ago, I haven't been able to find a single fault with it. It is literally perfect in every way. The exterior and interior are very stylish, the powertrain is incredibly smooth, and the infotainment is miles ahead of what I was expecting from a legacy auto manufacturer. I am genuinely so impressed with this car, and I can confidently say that it has my full recommendation for anyone looking for a gas-powered mid-size SUV with excellent fuel efficiency.

2018 Lexus GX 460 review
Love this vehicle. It is on a frame so it will not ride like a plush luxury vehicle but it rides and handles very well. Lexus detuned the motor bit. A little more power might have been nice but it not designed, nor do I want, a rocket. In fact, when I learned that Lexus was going to also retire this very reliable 8 cyclinder and offer twin turbo v-6s, we bought a second one. We get 18-22 miles per gallon from a reliable motor which will should last hundreds of thousands of dollars. This turbo stuff, just like the ev stuff represents false economies and will result in the death of such vehicles way before they need to be junked.

2023 Lexus RZ 450e review
I’ve driven a lot of cars, but this one? Hands down, the quietest I’ve ever been in. It’s almost surprising how little noise makes its way into the cabin, even when you’re cruising down the highway. It’s like driving in your own little bubble—super peaceful, and perfect if you’re not into the constant road noise. On top of that, the ride is crazy smooth. It just glides over bumps, so you barely feel anything. Super comfy, too—whether you’re on a long road trip or just running errands around town, it’s one of those cars you actually enjoy being in for a while. The seats are really supportive, and there’s plenty of space for everyone inside. Looks-wise, it’s got that sleek, modern vibe going for it. The exterior turns heads, and the interior feels super premium without being over the top. Everything’s where you expect it to be, which makes it easy to settle in and enjoy the ride. If you’re into smooth, quiet drives and want something that looks as good as it feels, this car’s got it all. Would totally recommend it for anyone who likes a chill, comfortable drive.

2021 Lexus RX 450h review
Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! Wendy was amazing during this process. I originally came to the dealership having no clue what type of car I wanted. Didn't know what make model absolutely open minded to the entire process. I walked up and down Creekside trying to figure out what would be the next vehicle I would drive. I met Wendy and from the very beginning she was helpful without being pushy. She didn't judge my indecisiveness (at least not to me lol), she allowed me time and grace to figure out what I wanted so I would be confident in my purchase. She was responsive when I had questions (and there were a million of them). She was helpful without being pushy finding me cars and treated my questions for a used car that was 50k or new car at 80k with the same respect. She would stay in contact without coming off pushy. She created an advisor/ client relationship and through it gained my trust. I looked at many different options and honestly the timing was crazy for me. So the majority of my indecisiveness came more from my brain being overwhelmed with everyday life and not so much on the car. Through her patients and letting me get into a better head space. She was able to get me from a used car (maybe bmw or maybe even a different brand) to a new x5 (with more packages then I ever thought I would get). I hope your sales staff can learn from Wendy and her example of building a relationship with the customer and allowing the client to go through the process because sometimes the process is so much more for the customer than just finding a car. Thank you again. And if there is something Wendy can be nominated for because of her great customer service. I hope you award her. She has been a fantastic role model for what you would want your staff to be like

2022 Lexus GX 460 review
I love the truck capability combined with first class comfort. My GX has everything I need, and nothing I don’t. Long term value, combined with old school charm is hard to beat. Where else can you find a school bus mirror combined with sun glass holder? My third Lexus and will not be my last.

2023 Lexus GX 460 review
I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.
