The Service Agent Marcus is so professional with a nice personal touch by providing assistance to my questions about the features. Plus the group all work together so there was no long wait when one agent is not available.
I have been a Mercury / Navigator customer for a number of years. I started at Southwest Lincoln/Mercury and then come over to West Point Lincoln when Southwest closed. Since being here I have been impressed with the attention that I have been given personally as well as how well my vehicle has been seen to. The place is always clean and the service representatives are always friendly and helpful in explaining what needs to be done and how long it will take. They are never very far off the mark. I have know Sammy R and Pat O'C since their days with Southwest L/M and they have brought their knowledge and good manners with them. I have dealt with Arthur G and Pat Q since I have been at WP and they also are very kind and knowledgeable and very much appreciate all of the help and assistance. I imagine I will have my Navigator for a long time but should I decide to trade her in, I know that West Point will be my go to dealer.
I bought my 2011 MKS at West point Lincoln as a previously owned car. I always bring my car to Westpoint for maintenance and repairs. Marcus, my service advisor, always understands the issues and gets things done right! I generally just wait for my service so I am thankful that they have such a comfortable facility. They do have a very handy shuttle service I can use to take me home and bring me back when my car is ready, but I generally prefer to wait. When I get my car back it is clean and ready to go; in fact, it feels like a new car! Thank you Marcus and Westpoint Lincoln!!!

Today was the first time I have utilized the shuttle service West Point offers. WOW, what a pleasant experience. Convenient and efficient would best describe their approach. Salicio, (sp) the driver was a delight to have drop and pick me up. He is professional and friendly. And then as if that wasn't enough pleasantness....when I arrived at the cashier desk to settle my bill, she informs me I have loyalty credits to cover todays work resulting in me paying NOTHING!

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service.
