we travled from oak harbor ohio to south hills lincoln because from what research i did online, a lincoln was THE car to buy if u really wanted to treat yourself. i couldnt believe all the air bags it has and all the bells and whistles of luxury. Sam Belman bent over backwards to help me and i really appreciate his help and knowledge only being there a few months. any questions i had he quickly called me back to answer. he is awsome and i will tell all my friends where i got my beautiful suv. way to go sam !!!!

Buying a Navigator Black on-line was a first-time experience for us especially since we are in Florida. Russ Martin our salesperson was great and responsive. Our King Ranch Expedition is the 5th car we've purchased from Murray Ford in Starke. We live in Palm Beach and the 5 hour drive is more than worth it! We looked in Ford dealerships in our area and the salesperson(s) were not as helpful. We called Rick Oster, who has always located the cars we were looking for - he's retired and it was a pleasant surprise that he was still able to help us out - amazing! Long story short, we drove our new car home the following Saturday! This dealership has has proven to be amazing and we won't purchase another car elsewhere. Michael, the finance manager, made us feel right at home and Steve sat with us to describe all of the car details before we drove away in our newly washed and buffed car. It's nice to be able to purchase a car from a dealership we can trust!

Took truck for remote start installation at noon, they worked me in and it was ready for pick up the same day. Friendly staff and quick service. They could work on cleaning up grease on steering and doors but it was not a major issue.
