Clay Cooley KiaReviews
Clay Cooley Kia review
We would like to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for the outstanding service we received from Kia service executive Douglas Robertson. Our experience with Douglas was exceptional from beginning to end, and we believe his professionalism, kindness, patience, and genuine care deserve special recognition. From the moment we arrived for our Kia service, Douglas welcomed us with a warm and friendly attitude. He immediately made us feel comfortable and confident that our vehicle and concerns were in good hands. His approachable personality and respectful manner created a positive experience from the very beginning. What impressed us most was the time Douglas took to listen carefully to our concerns. He never made us feel rushed or treated our questions as unimportant. Instead, he patiently listened, explained the service process clearly, and made sure we understood what was happening. His communication gave us confidence and made us feel that our concerns genuinely mattered. Douglas demonstrated outstanding professionalism throughout our entire experience. He was knowledgeable, organized, attentive, courteous, and always willing to answer our questions. We especially appreciated his honesty and transparency. Trust is extremely important when it comes to vehicle service, and Douglas made us feel that he genuinely cared about doing what was right for us. He provided information without pressure and helped us understand our service needs. His attention to detail was another quality that stood out. He carefully addressed our concerns and made sure nothing was overlooked. We could see that he takes pride in his work and is committed to providing customers with a positive experience. He also kept us informed throughout the process, so we never felt forgotten or uncertain about what was happening. Beyond his professional skills, Douglas's genuine kindness made a lasting impression. His friendly smile, patience, respectful communication, and willingness to help made us feel welcomed and valued. He understands that excellent customer service is not only about completing a service appointment, it is also about how customers are treated. Douglas truly went above and beyond our expectations. He made an extra effort to ensure our experience was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. His positive attitude and calm, reassuring approach made a significant difference. We hope Kia recognizes what a valuable service executive they have in Douglas Robertson. His professionalism, honesty, warmth, and commitment to customer satisfaction reflect extremely well on both the dealership and the Kia brand. To Douglas, we simply want to say thank you. Thank you for listening to our concerns, answering our questions, keeping us informed, and treating us with genuine respect and care. Your dedication and positive attitude made our Kia service experience memorable. We would be happy to recommend Douglas Robertson to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, respectful, and caring Kia service executive. We sincerely appreciate his exceptional service and look forward to working with him again in the future.
2024 Lincoln Nautilus review
I have a 2024 Nautilus Black Lable hybrid, what sold me was the 48" display, gas milage and comfort. I traded in a 2020 Nautilus BL and talk about night and day! The hybrid gets double the gas mileage about 600 miles per fill up. Into this vehicle for 37500 miles and couldn't be happier.

2025 Lincoln Navigator review
We traded up to our 2025 Navigator from a BMW X7. Much more room in the Navigator and more amenities. We did sacrifice some fuel economy, but we expected there would be a difference. The 48" dash screen is awesome! We thought the X7 spoiled us, but this is even better! It is a bigger vehicle and drives/handles as such but not complaining.

BBC Motorsports review
Looking for a Used Car can be a daunting task. I had been doing my homework and looking hard. When I walked into BBC I knew I was in a different place. Craig came out to greet us and he was so accommodating. Then Steve came out, what a great demeanor, and is very seasoned in the business. He was such a pleasure to work with! Their selection of cars are the cream of the crop and at a fair market price, like I said I did my homework. I bought a beautiful SUV there. Craig and Steve walked me through the financing in a breeze. Thank You Guys! This is a high caliber dealership with genuine people. Highly Recommend
2021 Lincoln Aviator review
The Aviator is certainly a luxury SUV with high performance. The technology may be a little 'buggy' (based on a lot of reviews I've read) but mine has been fine. Fun to drive and comfortable as heck.

2024 Lincoln Corsair review
Got the 2024 Grand Touring loaded up and all the features on the vehicle work well. Also got the optional perfect position 24 way seats and they are great, and the massage feature works great too. Adjustable rear seats allow 4 adults to seat comfortably in a smaller SUV. the only thing Lincoln needs to change would be to get 35 miles of range out of the battery, when its warm outside you get around 30 but when it's cold you get 20 to 22 only. if you are not use to tech the 13.2 inch infotainment screen may take some getting used to. the transition from the electric motor to gas engine is flawless and does a great job at working well together to give you the cars power when you need it in normal mode.

2024 Lincoln Navigator review
I purchased 2024 Lincoln Navigator few weeks ago. After researching the Mercedes GLS 450, BMW X7, Audi Q7, my intention was to purchase the Mercedes GLS 450. On the day to make a decision, I decided to test drive the Lincoln Navigator. Once inside the Navigator, the interior space, materials, and comfort immediately put the brakes on the Mercedes. The seats for the driver and passenger were the most comfortable I'd sat in (30 way adjustable). The amount for wood detail, gave the cabin a rich feel. Lincoln's decision to keep buttons and nobs to control basic functions like climate control, music volume and seat comfort like heating and ventilation were a real plus. The trend recently is for auto makers to use larger digital touch screens to control many if not all the functions in the car. ( Range Rover sport, Telsa SUV's). The second row captain chairs with the center consul felt more like a lounge area, plenty of room. The main difference between the cars I evaluated was the ride. I found that I liked the higher and larger driving presence on the road. I will say the Mercedes GLS had a smoother ride and the BMW had a more agile driving experience. However , the independent suspension system with road anticipation technology in the Navigator provided a smooth and comfortable ride. The technology on board the Navigator make driving this full size SUV very easy. At the end of the day, I realized, I wanted a comfortable, spacious, well appointed SUV, and Lincoln Navigator "checked" all the boxes.

This is one of my favorite cars. The only problem with the car is the quality of the dealers. As a luxury car it is great but the dealers tend to be 3rd world. I have very few problems and love the drive and technology.

2022 Lincoln Corsair review
Purchased a 2022 Grand touring (PHEV) Lincoln Corsair and so far it has been fantastic. Averaging 35 miles on battery (pure electric) and have recently acquired 40 miles on electric. Have most options and ride is outstanding for the smallest Lincoln. Another option is Heads Ups Display which keeps you focused on the road. Also have 24 way adjustable seats with massage and they are so comfortable.

Rockwall KiaReviews
Rockwall Kia review
I've been looking for an EV9 for about a year and kept coming up against not being able to fit it into my budget. Finally, Rockwall Kia, specifically Malena and David, were able to find an option that would work! We live about 4 hours away, and during that time they found solutions for every obstacle every step of the way, including getting us a charger adapter for our drive home. We are THRILLED, amd the whole ride home in our new car (which felt like floating a spaceship down the highway) was surreal. We're looking forward to many happy years in our family's new vehicle.

2025 Lincoln Aviator review
An amazing vehicle. We went with the all wheel drive Reserve II base, with 201A, jet, and dynamic handling packages. Took the price up to a tad below 84K. I love this vehicle! From it lowering itself a few inches when you walk up to it to make it easier to get in, The 30-way adjustable seats, the fantastic ride when you're driving it, and overall appearance of it, awesome! I highly recommend this!

2023 Lincoln Nautilus review
I’m very satisfied with the Lincoln. I enjoy driving it. It’s so smooth on the open road. Good acceleration. All the safety items are very comforting to have. I really like the crash warning. Has staged me from an accident twice. I have almost 50,000 in a little over two years. My next car will be a Lincoln Nautalist Hybred.

Cavender Nissan of RockwallReviews
Cavender Nissan of Rockwall review
If I could give Cavender’s more than 5 stars, I would. The General Manager, Stavros, is absolutely amazing and truly goes above and beyond to provide top-tier service. To be transparent, our initial visit wasn’t great. The experience was rough, and the customer service just wasn’t there. We purchased two vehicles, and I immediately regretted mine. It had some mechanical issues and just didn’t feel right. I felt like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously, so I asked to speak with the GM—and that’s when everything turned around. Stavros listened, took immediate action, got the repairs handled, set me up with a rental, and made sure I was completely taken care of. Knowing I still had concerns, he even offered to help me find something else. He gave me time to think it over, talk with my husband, and explore my options with no pressure. When I found something I liked at another location hours away, Stavros had it brought in. After driving it, I wasn’t thrilled—and he noticed. Instead of pushing the sale, he encouraged me to try something else, and I ended up falling in love with a different car. He made the financing and paperwork a breeze. Stavros is a true asset to this dealership. I know Cavender’s has had a tough reputation in the past, but give them a chance—big changes are happening, and it’s because of people like him. Cavender’s, you’ve earned a customer for life. But more importantly, Stavros—you’ve earned a customer for life.

The customer service, the compassion and understanding were truly great. Suzanne and Jason were incredibly kind, very responsive and explanatory and provided us with all around amazing service. We were contacted quickly after our online inquiry and Suzanne was happy to help us answer all the questions we had. We are out of state and the process in which the paperwork and transport of the vehicles were done was flawless. We thank you all for your expertise and kindness. We will be back when the time comes and will most certainly refer all who are in the market to your dealership.
2018 Lincoln MKX review
At 86000 miles my vehicle quick shifting, therefore something is wrong with transmission. I had it towed to a transmission repair shop and found out the fluid was burnt and there were metal shaving in the transmission. Now on this 2018 Lincoln MKX Reserve has a sealed transmission is this normal or has anyone else had this experience. I did not received any warning from my computer system until the day this happen

2024 Lincoln Corsair review
Bought a 2024 plug in Hybrid model in 2026 for 33,000. Car had 25,000 miles. I am overjoyed with the milage! With local driving I am getting 85MPG!!. Ride you would expect from. Lincoln. A few mild rattles on bumps and front doors if you crank the sterio. Only other concern is lack of mechanical buttons for cabin heat and air.. I bought the car to stop paying $$$ for feul in my Mercedes and it has accomplished that in spades. Very pleased...

Tommy was a very knowledgeable salesman and also patient and not pushy. It was such a breath of fresh air buying a car this time around. Also nice that each of your sales agents have their own desk and space instead of negotiating at an open table. The facility was very clean, updated, and functional. Our finance agent was also patient and answered all my question. He did not rush the process and went out of his way to help us find a good rate. I will be back to your dealership next time in market for a GMC or Buick.

2022 Lincoln Corsair review
Going on 23months with the Corsair. First the bad. Have had the backup camera replaced twice(common issue from what I hear). Slightly overpriced when you add options. Sunglass holder broke(button snapped off) so won’t stay closed. I’m expecting it to be fixed free next oil change. Also. This SUV needs TLC to look its best and to maintain interior. I’m a detail car nut. So I keep everything like new as best I can. However? The interior of this vehicle, because of all the piano black gloss, MUST be cleaned and I would suggest, ceramic protected, to look it’s best. That includes the outside. I ceramic myself and is easy to do with many choice products online. If you have little kids or teenagers though? The interior is gonna get trashed, scuffed or something broken. When kept clean and shiny, inside and out, this little SUV is stunning to look at and sit in. The stock stereo is not the best however. Not bad, but not great. If you really love your music. Pay for the upgrade. The difference is huge. Luckily I test drove both before realizing I wanted the better stereo. But? If you just like your music at normal levels and don’t want a thumping subwoofer. The base system is fine. The good. Pure American style, old school, luxury/comfort. Unique and Art-Deco inspired interior. Very quiet vehicle at all speeds and more then enough power for fast driving when needed. This vehicle may be the smallest Lincoln, but it has gusto. Gas mileage is perfectly exceptable for the class and I average about 29-30mpg on highway, which is where I do most of my driving. I like understated luxury. All the German interior bling is way to much for my taste and Lincoln fits my lifestyle/personality better. No mechanical issues as of yet and the engine and transmission seem to get good reviews for longevity. I generally keep my vehicles for 100,000 to 150,000 miles or 8-9 years. I did purchase through Lincoln the extended Warranty, which covers most issues up to 100.000 miles. My Volvo, Lexus, never had any major issues. My Volvo XC 60 gave me 175k miles without major problems. Sold it for 3k and my 2016 Lexus NX has 125k and still runs like new with just brakes, tires, oil and spark plug changes. Am I excpecting that kind of reliability with a Ford product? We shall see. All in all? My first American car in decades and as of now very happy with choice., 4-5 years of ownership is going to be the telling point however, so hoping for NO headaches.

2018 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid review
We bought this used car in 2020 with 23K miles. We now have 47K with absolutely no problems. Great ride. 35 to 45 MPG depending on how I drive. It has plenty of power for the 80 mph freeways. I take it out of "ECO" drive for faster excelleration (IE merging). Great sound system. Plenty of trunk space. I would buy another.

A Truly Exceptional Car Buying Experience with Ray Fuentes at Auto Merchant! From start to finish, my experience at Auto Merchant was nothing short of outstanding — and that’s all thanks to Ray Fuentes. Car buying can often be stressful, but Ray made the entire process smooth, transparent, and even enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, Ray greeted me with professionalism and genuine kindness. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, answered all my questions thoroughly, and never once made me feel pressured. His deep knowledge of the inventory and the auto industry as a whole gave me complete confidence in my decision. Ray went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal possible and walked me through every step of the financing and paperwork process with ease. It’s rare to find someone so committed to customer satisfaction — he truly cares about his clients and it shows. I left Auto Merchant not only with a beautiful new car but also with a great sense of trust and gratitude. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Ray Fuentes. His professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service set a new standard for what a car buying experience should be. Thank you, Ray, and the Auto Merchant team, for making this such a positive and memorable experience!
2019 Lincoln MKC review
We bought a 2019 Lincoln MKC reserve, with 54,000 miles on it. The car is most impressive. The only drawback that I would even mention at this point, is a tight backseat as far as roominess, and a shortly smaller cargo area. I have gotten well over 20 miles per gallon around town, and 27.5 on a trip. The seats are incredibly comfortable, both cooled and heated. The entertainment system works flawlessly. The vehicle is solid, stable, and exceptionally quiet. It may turn out to be one of the better vehicles we have ever had.

Patriot Chevrolet review
Donovan Crumpton is very easy to work with and professional. It was a fast process even with me being out of state. Thank you.
2020 Lincoln Nautilus review
The Nautilus is very surprising in both comfort, drivability, and power from the 2.7 engine. At 6'4 and over 300 lbs. I am very comfortable Driving it. Entry/ exiting the vehicle is great. It took me a while to read and learn about all of the buttons and knobs. I have only had this vehicle for four months but am very satisfied.
