2019 Nissan Maxima review
I've had my 2019 Sr for almost 3 years and I absolutely love it. This editors review is pretty spot-on. The car is aesthetically appealing, reliable, and powerful...but the SR can be a bit bumpy and a smidge uncomfortable at times. I'm the type of person that changes cars often, but I'm having a very hard time letting go of this one!

2024 Lincoln Corsair review
Got the 2024 Grand Touring loaded up and all the features on the vehicle work well. Also got the optional perfect position 24 way seats and they are great, and the massage feature works great too. Adjustable rear seats allow 4 adults to seat comfortably in a smaller SUV. the only thing Lincoln needs to change would be to get 35 miles of range out of the battery, when its warm outside you get around 30 but when it's cold you get 20 to 22 only. if you are not use to tech the 13.2 inch infotainment screen may take some getting used to. the transition from the electric motor to gas engine is flawless and does a great job at working well together to give you the cars power when you need it in normal mode.

2022 Jeep Compass review
Bought this 2022 Compass Trail Hawk new for my wife. Earlier this year (2025) we landed a sweetheart deal on a new 2024 Wrangler Sport S. Guess who inherited the Compass ? I stepped down from a Grand Cherokee but I have no regrets. It has had a few electrical teething issues but all have been resolved and have not come back. The handling and fuel economy are much better than the Grand Cherokee. There are only 2 downsides..........the size of the gas tank (13.5 gal vs 24.5) and the cargo space behind the 2nd row seats. I have easily adapted to both ! I want to give a shout-out to our local dealership, Tri-City CDJR. Start to finish, an excellent place to purchase and maintain our Jeeps. BRAVO ZULU !

2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

2012 Acura MDX review
I bought this car used in 2013 with 17,000 miles. Late 2024 it started using oil. I decided to get rid of it before it started having a lot of problems. 159,000 miles I sold it. It was needing 2 quarts of oil every 5000 miles. I did not investigate why the oil consumption was happening. Prior to the oil issue I had no problems at all. I did all of the recommended maintenance. I loved this car. Best car I ever had. I was sad to get rid of it.

Andrew Holzgrove didn’t try to sell me a car—he helped me solve a problem I purchased two Certified Pre-Owned Volvos from Volvo Cars of Austin, and I can honestly say that working with Andrew Holzgrove was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I originally came in looking for a second vehicle for my family. I also knew that I would eventually need to upgrade my older XC40, but I assumed that would be a separate decision six months or more down the road. My expectation was to solve one need now and deal with the other later. As I explained the full situation to Andrew, he took the time to understand both needs, my priorities, and the financial boundaries within which I wanted to make the decision. He did not immediately begin trying to sell me a particular car. He listened first and then started exploring whether there was a responsible way to solve both problems together. Andrew worked through different combinations of vehicles, trade-in value, pricing, model years, mileage, financing, and long-term value. With his help, something I had expected to handle in two separate stages became possible in one transaction, without making me feel pressured or uncomfortable with the decision. He did not simply try to maximize the sale. He worked to optimize the entire decision around my family’s needs, my financial comfort, and the value of both vehicles. When I was uncertain about purchasing one vehicle versus two, Andrew patiently explained the advantages, disadvantages. He gave me the information I needed to make my own decision and never tried to make the decision for me. I work in sales, so I understand that Andrew has goals and responsibilities to the dealership. What made him extraordinary was that I never felt like a quota. It felt as though I had met a trusted advisor—and almost immediately, a friend—who happened to sell Volvos. There is an enormous difference between someone trying to sell you a car and someone helping you buy the right car. Andrew is the second kind of person. I hope the management team at Volvo Cars of Austin recognizes what an exceptional representative they have in Andrew Holzgrove. He did more than complete two vehicle sales. 2022 RAM 1500 review
Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

2022 Hyundai TUCSON review
So far, this has been a great car. Good gas mileage, good ride, good service, except for one issue with fuel injectors. Out of town dealership relaced quickly and professionaly and got us back on the road.

2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought the 2021 Ram with an 5.7 Hemi new and I have never experienced any issues with the Ram. 2 recalls witch were taken care of while I waited. I have owned Chevy and Ford pickups in the past 50 years and I have had issues with the Fords and will not buy another Ford truck again. I would buy a Ram again as long as it has a V8 engine.

2026 Toyota Tacoma review
I always wanted a midsize pickup truck and I always wanted one of the Toyota Tacoma. I driven one used which was bought by my brother in law in the 80 with no power option just old school pickup. Now turning the clock forward to 2026 my first midsize pickup truck Toyota Tacoma. I truly believe people at Toyota have gotten everything right the ride is smooth with SR5 model and the price is right for all levels of pickup who don’t need additional options which I love. So far with 5’ of bed it should work out for me and family using it. It is comfortable drive that completed my everyday commute and things around the house and other projects that needed to be done. Having 2 children it is a plus with 4 doors on the SR5 model. It is like everything we wanted in a midsize pickup truck. For me and my family use for everyday life. I highly recommend Toyota Tacoma it is very expensive but in the long run it is worth every penny….

2021 Toyota RAV4 review
I purchased a 2021 RAV4 LE used in 2024 from Eco Park. Every time I take it to the dealership they offer to buy it from me. They stated " that this vehicle is in high demand." My personal opinion is as follows: Pros: High resale value when well maintained. Toyota's reliability. It has adequate cargo space. The exterior is attractive. Cons: The front seats are not very comfortable. It has no fog lights. It displays"maintenance required" then "take to dealership"sometimes prematurely, when an oil change is required.

Always entertaining to drive, accommodating rear seat and trunk, costs less than the hatchback GTI. Smooth cars fast and Comfortable. Along with being more affordable and The 2021 Volkswagen Jetta GLI has the same amazing driving attributes that make the Golf GTI a smash hit, and that earned it an Editors' Choice award. Although the hatchback has a nicer interior, it's actually the sedan that's more practical, thanks to its roomier back seat and bigger trunk.
