I had been browsing for an upgrade to my LR and came across Beemer Haus on Auto Trader, sent an inquiry on a vehicle and within a short amount of time Nick reached out to me to schedule a test drive. I showed up within 30 minutes of them closing on a Saturday and he was more than happy to grab the keys and head out. There were 2 vehicles on line I was interested in, one of which wasn't on the lot yet. He assured me he'd let me know when it arrived and hold it so I could come see/test drive. Sure enough he texted me Monday when it arrived, and scheduled a Tuesday walk thru and test drive. My only contemplation was to either keep or trade my current LR. I met with David the owner who was fair with negotiating and worked with Jordan for finance. This team is friendly and pressure free. They appear to be fair in their pricing of vehicles understanding the profit margin to flip these cars they don't seem to be price gauging even with watching my trade in get priced and sell within the week or so of my purchase. When I realized the reviews of this model did not match what I was driving, I thought to go to this authorized dealer. The staff was thorough in their diagnosis: seems there was a recall (which I did not receive from my dealer). Went to this location and they diagnosed a serious issue. Had to remove engine to complete. Repairs were covered under warranty and now I’m driving a car that was no where close to when I complained at dealership I purchased from when brought to their attention.

Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and absolutely love my Genesis. The vehicle exceeded my expectations, and I appreciate the dealership making an out-of-state purchase possible. However, I believe there are opportunities to improve the customer experience. Purchasing a vehicle—especially a luxury vehicle—is exciting, and customers should feel confident and supported throughout the process. Instead, there were times when I felt like I had to do the work of following up rather than being guided through the experience. Having worked in sales myself, I understand that every customer is different. A good salesperson knows how to read the room, adjust their communication style, and build trust rather than simply close a sale. I occasionally felt my questions were met with responses that came across as dismissive instead of consultative. Customers should never feel hesitant to ask questions when making such a significant financial decision. Communication surrounding the delivery of my vehicle was also disappointing. I had clearly communicated that I would be out of town on a specific date, yet the vehicle was still scheduled for delivery that day. I repeatedly had to reach out for status updates instead of receiving proactive communication. The delivery driver even shared that he knew I would not be available because the salesperson had informed him, but was told, “We’ll figure it out.” Fortunately, everything ultimately worked out, but situations like that should be avoided through better planning and communication. I share this feedback because I believe the dealership has the potential to provide an exceptional buying experience that matches the quality of the vehicles it sells. While I am genuinely happy with my purchase and would recommend the vehicle itself, I hope this feedback helps improve the level of professionalism, communication, and customer care for future buyers.

2017 Maserati Levante review
Power beyond reason and body lines that defy modern convention. This is a motor carriage, make no mistake, this is not an automobile it is a beautifully appointed machine. Every inch of this vehicle astounds, the command of power leaves onlookers struck dumb. The engine echos with the wining churn of an F1 car. It pushes through the streets hungry for open road, downshifting on a highway will give you goosebumps. If I could have one car forever it would be this car. I wouldn't trade this car for anything. If you have the chance, buy one immediately.

2019 Maserati Levante review
I have ownerd two Land Rover LR4s, two Alfa Romero Stevilos, one was a quadfroligo, two BMWs X5 and X4, Fords, GMC, Toyota Land Cruiser, Volvos. This car has them all beat in every category, except pure speed. It must be a secret how good this car is because if it was not, dealers would not be able to keep them in stock.

If you’re looking for a dealership that’s honest, reliable, and easy to work with—even if you’re buying from out of state—Nova Autoland is the real deal.
