2025 Mazda CX-30 review
Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. I appreciate the lane indicator features. Great small SUV

Review for service side of things- I cannot thank Liberty Mazda Service department enough. I used Liberty Mazda for over a year until I relocated and decided to try out a different Mazda Dealership. The two just simply cannot be compared. Following damages done to my vehicle by a separate dealership, Liberty took me back under their wing and “righted all the wrongs” that were not their own. They are always understanding, kind and flexible. Their actions and work alone have kept me as a customer with the Mazda corporation as a whole. Jason, the Service manager, is personable and friendly and makes you feel like you are being cared for at a small business or local shop. I felt the customer service representative started to haggle with me because the person who made the appointment accidentally hit the “ drop off “ button when making the appointment on their iPhone. She told me that usually they reschedule the appointment due this mishap. She had a real attitude about it that I feel was unnecessary. I couldn’t leave the vehicle because I was without transportation. Mind you I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was for 8:00am. She told me they had all these vehicles that was to be serviced, and I’d be waiting up to 2 hours. I told her very aggravatingly that I was going to wait and that what she told me made no sense at all since the appointment was for 8:00 am and the shop opens at 8:00 am. I thought at that moment I was going to have a bad day and experience. She was very unprofessional and unpleasant at that moment. I think she’s in the wrong business or needs retraining. It wasn’t a big deal and definitely an accident by the cars owner that made the appointment that she hit the wrong button. Get a grip on situations there service rep. So the job took maybe 35-45 minutes, not 2 hours like she aggressively stated. When I checked out a different service rep helped with my discharge and exit of appointment and he was extremely pleasant supportive and professional.
