Everyone had great costumer service without pressuring us into a sale. Worked to guarantee that all amenities were added to the car that would fit my price range.

Ken Ganley Kia AllianceReviews
Ken Ganley Kia Alliance review
We had a great experience working with Jim at Ken Ganley Kia in Alliance! From start to finish, Jim was extremely helpful, personable, and genuinely made us feel taken care of throughout the entire process. He was never pushy or pressured us into making a decision, which made the entire car-buying experience much more comfortable and enjoyable. We were also trading in our truck, and Jim went above and beyond to make sure we received the best possible deal on our trade-in and new vehicle. He took the time to work with us, explore our options, and make sure everything worked out in our favor. What really stood out was that he was actually able to help us secure a better financing deal through Kia than what our own credit union was offering, which we greatly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, Jim was professional, honest, patient, and easy to talk to. We never felt pressured or rushed, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about helping us make the best decision for our family. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle at Ken Ganley Kia in Alliance, I highly recommend asking for Jim. He truly made the entire process a positive experience!
2024 Mazda CX-5 review
Very impressive mid sized SUV. Very solid handling, great on gas, and looks solid. Very happy with the purchase. I looked at many others in the same class and I thought this was the best looking, had the best interior set up and is economical. Very happy with the purchase. Definitely would recommend.

2024 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my follow up review for 2024 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. I have zero complaints or nits. With just under 3k miles I am now avg 31 mpg mostly on country roads and some city driving. No highway miles yet. Do not hesitate to buy this car you will not be dissapointed. I do wish this trim came with wireless carplay and android auto but I knew that when I purchased the car. The fit and finish is amazing.

I had a routine maintenance appointment at Spitzer Ford in Cuyahoga Falls on Wed., Sep. 3 2025. Scott Gilmore advised me efficiently on the questions I had. He explained beyond one answer to a question which was very helpful. I appreciated his attention to detail. I will return in another 5000 miles. Rena Goss

Klaben Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
Chris Hamilton was my sales guy and he was awesome. I live in Connecticut and found exactly what I was looking for at Klaben in Kent, Ohio. Chris FaceTimed me to show me more of the RAM 1500 I bought. He answered any questions I had and since I wasn’t familiar with buying a vehicle out of state and I was nervous something would go wrong after driving 8 hours i had a lot of questions. Chris passes me off to Kim who did the financing and she was awesome also. Such a smooth transaction.

2024 Mazda CX-5 review
This is my first CX-5. I love it. Previously I drove a mazda tribute which was a 6 cylinder. I was reluctant to purchase a smaller vehicle with a smaller engine, but I’ve been pleased. My only negative comment is regarding the leg room in the back seat. It’s not great but workable for most average size adults.

I had a great experience with CarShop in Robinson Twp., PA. I had the pleasure of working with two great representatives. Both Chester and Delaney were helpful and information. They provided great communication from start to finish.
2024 Mazda CX-5 review
I absolutely love my 2024 CX5 Preferred. It's my first SUV and my first Mazda (after 3 Cutlasses, 2 BMW's, an Audi, an Acura, and 4 Lexus sedans) and I couldn't be happier. The interior is luxurious, the ride is powerful yet smooth and quiet (equal to Lexus) and the handling is great. I test drove a RAV4 and a CRV and there was no comparison. It's fun to drive and I recommend it whole-heartedly.
