Koons Silver Spring Mazda review
This was our first time buying a truck online. Steve Hipps made the process run smoothly. He was extremely knowledgable in processing the all the minute details as we live in northern Vermont and Koons is a Maryland dealership. Within days our new Ford F250 was in our driveway, over 600 miles, via their driver, Marv (a great guy), who took our trade-in back to Maryland. Both the trade-in and the price of the new truck made the deal fair for all parties. Steve Hipps was there for us every step of the way. My wife and I would recommend dealing with Steve Hipps at Koons of Silver Spring MD for getting into your new vehicle no matter how far you are from their dealership.
2025 Mazda CX-5 review
Well I am really not sure this is legal but Mazda and many other manufacturers charge you monthly for an app that controls the vehicle. Remote start etc. I purchased this vehicle and I'm sure they already charged me in the purchase price for all the options it has. How can they charge me $10 a month for the rest of the years I own this vehicle just so I can remote start and see other information about the vehicle? It is like I sell you a kitchen and after a year if you want to open the doors you have to pay monthly for an app to do it. This is totally ridiculous and a scam. Say Mazda or any other car manufacturers sell 20,000,00 cars and all the people that bought them pay $10 a month to use the app they make an additional $200,000,000 for just use of the app. Well this is in my mind an absolute tragedy and should be illegal. Shame on them and all car manufacturers. I found an option to fix this. It still should not be this bad but anything to not pay these corrupt people any money. I found an aftermarket kit to fix this permanently for just over two years of monthly payments. It is called Startz, you can purchase on Amazon and install yourself. Good Luck
