2025 Mazda CX-5 review
Well I am really not sure this is legal but Mazda and many other manufacturers charge you monthly for an app that controls the vehicle. Remote start etc. I purchased this vehicle and I'm sure they already charged me in the purchase price for all the options it has. How can they charge me $10 a month for the rest of the years I own this vehicle just so I can remote start and see other information about the vehicle? It is like I sell you a kitchen and after a year if you want to open the doors you have to pay monthly for an app to do it. This is totally ridiculous and a scam. Say Mazda or any other car manufacturers sell 20,000,00 cars and all the people that bought them pay $10 a month to use the app they make an additional $200,000,000 for just use of the app. Well this is in my mind an absolute tragedy and should be illegal. Shame on them and all car manufacturers. I found an option to fix this. It still should not be this bad but anything to not pay these corrupt people any money. I found an aftermarket kit to fix this permanently for just over two years of monthly payments. It is called Startz, you can purchase on Amazon and install yourself. Good Luck

The repairs and guidance we received from Service Advisor Stephen Chong and Master Mechanic Fernando were Best in CLASS on the repairs necessary for our 2013 Tiguan - Volkswagen. Both were able to explain and guide us through the critical repairs that our aged Tiguan needed to keep it on the road. Stephen did a fantastic job to keep the overall costs lowered through efforts of discounts that Principle Volkswagen of Grapevine have in place for customers. We felt the overall cost to repair our vehicle with OEM parts was minimal. We were also very pleased Stephen was honest in his assessment with the practicality of us purchasing a new vehicle down the road, in about 5 years. Principle Volkswagen?s Master Mechanic Fernando, was the BEST in locating the EXACT cause of our Tiguan?s problems with his thorough inspection. He also explained the issues causing a loud roaring sound inside the vehicle cab that anyone could understand. My boyfriend bought me a car for my birthday. Well first we had gone to huffines Chevy in Plano where we had purchased a used trailblazer. When test driving we didn?t hear any issues with the car. Not even 30 minutes after having the car I noticed a rattling noise. The very next business day I messaged our salesman and he had us take the car to the service department where they had it for 3 days and then said the turbo was out in it. Not sure how it was missed on the Chevy inspection, they put us in a loaner and then 5 days later said the part was on back order but should only be another week. Got a phone call a week later saying it was going to be 4-6 weeks before they might have the part in. They had a 3 business day/200 mile cool off period. We wanted out but they were then going to put us in a newer used car with less miles the day we were going o look at it the called and told us legally they could not sell it, the owners they got it from on trade in had totaled the vehicle but had paid cash for repairs at that point I was so mad and we were done and walked away. I had forgotten that a family friend rusty McDonald worked at elderado so I called him up and told him our situation. We went into the dealership on a friday evening. Rusty then had Landon help us out. Their goal was if we could get into a new vehicle that?s what they were going to do. My boyfriend had said well if it works out I might trade my truck in as well, Landon was made aware that we were looking for me a car so Landon said yall primarily came for her so let?s get her deal done and then we can look at yours (my boyfriend). We told Landon what we wanted our payments to be. We never felt pressured into anything. Everyone was so nice at the dealership and we did get a brand new 2026 Chevy trax. I tell everyone if they are looking for a new vehicle to go to elderado Chevy and they will be well taken care of. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you for turning a really bad car experience into a pleasant one and made us very satisfied customers.

2025 Mazda CX-5 review
Perfect car! Traded in my CX-30, which was a wonderful car, but I wanted better visibility and more backseat space. The CX-5 ticks all the boxes: reasonable price, driving comfort, beautiful interior, smart dial system to use with the screen (which makes driving much safer than a touchscreen), plenty of cargo space without feeling too large, All Wheel Drive, and fun to drive. And some luxury options even on the lower trims.

2025 Mazda CX-5 review
I bought myself a Christmas gift, a new CX5 SignatureTurbo the day after Christmas and I absolutely love it! I don't' know why I didn't get one sooner. I have always been a Toyota, Lexus guy, but I must say this classy vehicle beats the others. Why, let's start with the interior. Mazda makes some of the most beautiful interiors! Exteriors too!! The fit and finish are superb! The CX 5 is extremely quiet and smooth riding, and I can honestly say it is quieter than any Lexus I have had in the past. There is also the fun factor! If you haven't tried a Mazda, you need to. They are a driver's car and fun to drive. The trim level I have has the Bose system and has a beautiful surround sound. Crank up the volume and it's awesome! The safety features are excellent, and everything is conveniently located. There is no need in paying for other Luxury cars when you can get a Mazda and save thousands, and they are the best keep secret out there. Luxury, fun, good looks for much less. I am definitely staying in the Mazda family.

2025 Mazda CX-5 review
We were loyal Subaru owners previously but were forced to look at other car makers when the 2025 forester had problems and recalls. The 2025 Mazda cx-5 was the most similar car, with no recalls or issues. We were pleased with the price and ready availability, made the jump from Subaru and haven't looked back. We owned several Subaru's previously and never had any issues with them - our most recent was fifteen years old. As retirees, the new safety features like the backup screen and warnings for blind spots are terrific. I just hope the Mazda proves to be as problem-free. Also, the Mazda CX-5 was highly rated by our insurance co. and lowered the cost of our insuring our new car.
