Serra bought Park Auto in 2017 and although many Park employees are still there, the overall management is clearly different and more oriented to corporate sales instead of customer satisfaction. My recent purchase experience showed they are no longer the same company that I respected and trusted in the past. My suggestion is to shop more carefully and compare other dealers.
I had been in the market for a new vehicle for a few months and went into this dealership several times over the past few months and was never disappointed. The salesman Alex Maurer met with me each time to help me figure out all the features and add in I wanted while staying within my budget. He was very upfront and honest, never pushy, and really took the time to find out what I wanted. After several months, and a lot of work and effort on his part, he found what I wanted for the price I wanted as well. I was in and out and didn’t have to spend an entire day going back and forth on the price. He and the finance team worked really hard when I was not there to work out the deal I wanted so all I had to do was come in, sign paperwork. He took the time to fully go over all the features of my new vehicle and how to use them. I will definitely continue to be a customer of this dealership after the experience I had!
My experience has been very positive so far as I look to buy a used vehicle. I am especially impressed with Melanie Krill’s efforts and professionalism to help me find the right fit vehicle and help overcome the objections I’ve had. She is an excellent Sales professional. Note: Did not purchase vehicle yet.
Lazer, Ameer and Shawn were very kind and respectful. They helped us feel a part of their car buying family and even shared puppy pictures when we asked! These guys were very knowledgeable about the vehicles and helped us with a very low pressure buying experience with our new to us car.

Can???t find words to express my sincere gratitude to Tom Davis, David Piatt, and Rick Preast! I am a widow and first time car shopping alone. Within minutes, I felt like I was with family! I never had one minute of discomfort. I???m sure everyone is treated with respect, but I believe these guys went above and beyond to make me comfortable. We have leased 5 cars from park mazda over the years and couldn't be happier. I am currently in a cx5 and my wife is in a Subaru. We have dealt with the same salesman every time. His name is Paul Burke and he has absolutely been great to work with. We even sent a friend there to see him who ended up buying a car.He's very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. I would recommend park mazda and Paul anytime. So if your in the market for a car or suv go see Paul! Great place! Great service!
I was looking for a Mazda 6 with light interior, push button start, and a sunroof. After much searching, Mazda of Wooster had it! I called Tom in sales and within a day, we had a deal. Drove 6 hours from West Michigan and was greeted immediately. I test drove the vehicle, Tom briefly went over the features and owners manual, and I was on my way home with a beautiful blue Mazda. Zoom zoom!!! The dealership even filled the gas tank so I didn't have to make a gas stop the entire trip. I would highly recommend Mazda of Wooster.

My experience with Park Auto was most excellent. Sales rep Johhnie Criss was very professional as was Mike the finance manager. I'm very pleased with how the entire transaction went along with the follow up after the purchase was made.
This dealership and service center always has the best service. All the employees are friendly and the service is very efficient. I live in Canton and drive the extra miles to use this dealership! Everytime I have been in for an oil change or repair I have been greeted by a friendly face, had everything thoroughly explained to me and I have never waited long. They have even taken and picked me up again from a nearby strip mall so that I did not have to sit around at the dealership for hours while a unexpected repair was done! Thank you for all the great service!!!!
We felt extremely well taken care of! The salesman, finance manager, and entire staff made us feel welcomed. I would highly recommend Bradley Wright and this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!
